This place is getting worse and worse. Ordered two drinks in advance says 12 min to make I get there and still another 15 min. I understand busy morning but when I see people get there after me order in store and get drink after me not very good business First post was two years ago. This is the last straw. Once I use to the rest the cash that I have loaded on my card will not be going here anymore. Ordered a venti white mocha like always. Cup felt light. Took picture of how much was filled up but then my mom saw that it was double cup but also a sleeve. These people gave me a smaller drink but just put it in the larger cup. This is insane! Don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly. But more often than not the lobby is closed which forces a super long drive-through line. And that is not disclosed when making online orders. This is a good Starbucks. Big communal table where lots of people can sit, sip, and work. Also café tables for chatting and quasi-Bauhaus upholstered chairs for lounging. Outside, there is a patio and a breezeway. The high-traffic bathroom needed some TLC, but got the job done. I've been here a handful of times now. Ordinarily, I shy away from reviewing Starbucks locations, because well - let's face it - Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks is...well, you get the idea. Reviews mostly boil down to service, because everything is basically the same. So, why chose to review this location? Easy: the FANTASTIC seating options! Let's face it, Starbucks nowadays are small and packed with hard, uncomfortable chairs in the "fast food model" of "make seats uncomfortable so we move people in and out of here quicker". There are fewer and fewer locations with decent seating for someone like me - who enjoys to sit a while and read a good book. This location (one star deduction for the drive thru), is large and has plenty of decent seating. I am particularly impressed with the "breezeway" seating outside. LOVED IT! Service was the usual. Gentleman who took my order was nice enough, nothing special. Didn't wait long for my drink and food, which is unusual when you're dealing with a location featuring a drive thru. I HATE Starbucks started focusing more on building locations with drive-thrus. It never fails - the drive-thru customers always seem to take priority over those actually in the store. The SLOWEST Starbucks in the entire USA! I've been here 4 times now while visiting the area for Christmas. (I know you're saying why come back 4 times if it's this bad, but we're in Cibolo y'all and the options are very limited for drive thru coffee) Anyways I thought "maybe they're training new people, maybe just short staffed" but nope, there is always at least 4-5 inside "working" and the end result is always the same. I've never been a die hard fan of Starbucks. But when I recently discovered their iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, I've become a shameless addict. This location is closest to my house and it never disappoints. My drink is always perfect and the service is always friendly. They have a nice drive thru window. I even signed up for their rewards program and earn 2 stars for every $1 spent. You can do this by downloading their app and preloading a Starbucks rewards card to use as payment everytime you visit. I have noticed long wait times occasionally, but honestly I've noticed this with so many other establishments. That is just the time we are living in. I could just park and order inside, but nah. I love the convenience of the drive thru window. I will wait patiently with a smile on my face. I'm sure I'll be there tomorrow. See you there! read more

New Starbucks just opened in Schertz on FM3009. It's Starbucks what else can I say. Just opened today with a local artist playing guitar inside the store. They have an artist drawing customers facing in front of the store. The inside of the store is very spacious. The outside seating is very spacious as well. This Starbucks opens up early at 4:30am to serve all your caffeinated needs. There's parking a lil bit of parking in the front of the store but I'm sure that will be crowed when more businesses move in next to Starbucks. There's additional parking in the back though. Be careful if this dudes taking your order, they lost my yeti Coffee mug I brought from home, told me someone took it, call me 30 minutes later to say they found it under some papers but when I came to pickup it was dirty like they made a drink in it, he then refused to give me a refund, when I WASTED a whole hour, from the time of waiting for my first drink, driving back to work driving BACK to Starbucks to get my drink, that took an entire hour our of my day and they refused to give me a refund on my $6 drink, and when I kept asking for my refund he just walked away and ignored me. I was very excited when this place opened up because it was so close to home. I really want to like this location but they are not doing so good. The best thing about this location is the employees. ALWAYS very friendly, polite, and smiling. They store is always very clean and the set up is very nice. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. What I don't like... 1. The drink quality is usually bad and the drinks are inconsistent. The drinks are either dull/flavorless or they taste burnt. Mostly they just taste like warm frothy milk. I can order the same drink and it NEVER tastes the same or even close to what it should. 2. Some days they take forever to make drinks or the drive through is extremely slow. Located next to a high school and major thoroughfare I have no worry about 1. Finding parking. They have two lots and they do not block the Drive Thru entrance. For such a booming community between Schertz/Cibolo/Selma it's refreshing I can get my work done in an accomodating shop. There are 30 seats outside in the lourve covered "wind tunnel". Another 12 seats in front with umbrellas which is perfectly designed to be in the shade after 2pm. They created "wind" and "shade" and seats that will allow you to post up for more that 20 minutes without your back killing you.
