Non Texan here... have heard rave reviews about Dutch Bros and it didn't disappoint! Lots of parking available, as well as a drive thru. There's also a walk up window for service as well. The line of the drive through went quickly. We ordered through the walk up service window. Very cute and clean venue. The barista was super friendly and helpful as this was my first time. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the offerings on the menu. Lots of their drink options are available in sugar free. The flavor options of many of their drinks are endless. Ordered a hot Americano, Golden Eagle hot, and an iced sugar free Golden Eagle. All drinks were delicious. The sugar free didn't have any odd aftertaste and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a sugarless option. Will be back to try other coffee and non coffee options! read more

It's confirmed to me that every Dutch Bros has the same quality across the board. I live closer to Austin so I'm never in new Braunfels but since we were around and I wanted some coffee, we stopped in. Wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the two stores if I wasn't physically there buying the drinks. Plus the crew is always so friendly! read more

I've had Dutch Bro's one time before this in El Paso and had the Golden Goose. Decided to try it again and get an iced mocha. Service was quick, but watching the barista make the drink when we drove up to the window I saw lots of ice already in the cup. Then more iced poured on top. I was wondering how the lid was even gonna close honestly. The drink was tasty, but a few sips in and it was immediately gone. Whaaaay too much ice was in the drink. Much less needs to be used. Not worth it otherwise for the price you pay. read more

Absolutely horrible experience at Dutch Bros in New Braunfels!!! I stopped in for coffee Monday morning on my drive back to Houston in hopes of a great Cafe Latte to start the trip. A long line of cars at the drive thru made me think this was a good place for coffee so I pulled in. Rather than wait in the long line I parked and walked up to the service window; after 3-4 minutes a young lady came over to take my order. While I was waiting, I noticed the interior was a wreck, the floor was dirty with puddles all over and used containers thrown about. I stared to walk away, but since I'd already parked and was out of the car, I decided to stay and get some coffee. I got my coffee, went back to the car, and didn't try it until I'd driven down the road a mile or two. It was barely lukewarm, more like room temperature. I started to drive back, but didn't want to fight the traffic, so I just dumped it at my first stop. I'll never go back to this location of Dutch Bros and probably won't try another location. With their pricing being the same as Starbucks, it's not worth the gamble. At least with Starbucks you KNOW you'll get good coffee. read more

I'm not a coffe lover even tho I grow up in Italy , I drink it only if I really miss a cup of coffee or I have a busy day, but this please have the best coffe, not even comparable with Starbucks. So delicious and not to sweet, the staff was friendly and helpful. read more

Love this place!! I place an order basted on The Macrobarista's post on Instagram and it is only about 4 WW points. I order an Iced Americano with SF White Chocolate, SF Caramel, Soft Top and a splash of Half and Half. The Macrobarista said it was so good that he gulped it down. This is what I will always order. It is amazing!! And the coffee flavor is prominent unlike some other coffee places. read more

Very good Dutch bros location a lot of people complain about the customer service but since this place was open all the staff is nice and quick with making the coffee. That said there are times where the coffee is better than others that make it for example the girls are pretty good at doing their thang with the lattes. I always go through the drive through so I never have trouble with them taking my order. read more

Sorry y'all _______ I went around 12 to get an energy slushie thing and they handed me something with barely any liquid and the rest solid ice. Out of the 3 times I've been here, once for a latte it was just ok, once for an energy slushie and it was amazing, now this third time where someone clearly messed up the ice to slushie ratio so bad it's only liquid I'm drinking defeating the entire purpose of getting an overpriced fancy drink... I don't really get the hype of this place. Please don't hand anybody drinks like this. I have gone here 1-2 time a week since they opened and normally they have good service it yesterday it sucked. I got in line and there was only 2 cars ahead of me so thought it would be quick. They had no one come outside to take orders even when the line got to 6 car behind me. The 15 min I waiting to order 5 cars left. By the time I got up to order there was 9 car behind me and they finally sent someone out. They also got my order wrong Ben when I repeated it twice. Super disappointed in this location. The 3 sister stores near my home are literally packed daily, great service, friendly, fast and I have never waited in line this long. 25 minutes. They may be short staffed...but no. I asked and the guy said they just have only one service station open and have to walk across. Yet, no one came out to take orders until I asked this question. He immediately grabbed a iPad and went outside to put orders in. He should have noticed that there are 10 cars behind me and were 5 in front when I pulled up. Not wait until someone asks if they are short staffed. Numerous cars went around us and left because they are only doing each order at the window. The walk-up window was getting served faster and I should have just gone that route here. The sweet girl that did make and hand me my drinks was very nice and cheery. Drinks were spot on and good, that I will give Dutch Brothers. Have never had a drink not made right. Each location is owned by someone else or they have sister stores. The location is already located on the busiest road in the morning. Dutch Brothers is our go to in SA and the NB location just fell short today. read more
