This place does an immense amount of business. Right off of a pretty busy Farm to market Road and edit great intersection which allows somewhat decent access. Starbucks, in general, is pretty slow and this one is the slowest. They're also inconsistent- some days drinks are good, other days not. The last one had too much syrup, little foam, and little ice. On a positive note, they're very friendly. I'm glad there are other coffee shops close by. read more

This starbucks is big and beautiful plenty of room inside and out! I love that its located right next door to a new nail shop! So I can get my coffee or tea fix while getting my nails done. It's very clean and well lit in the night, not overly crowded either I think its a nice little hidden gem. Atleast for now. read more

This location is huge compared to all the other ones I've been to in Texas! It is very clean and has a lot of tables to do your work or to chat with others. They have bigger tables for bigger groups. More conveniently located outlets around tables and number of outlets available. I came during happy hour and it was not as busy as I thought it would be. definitely quieter and less people if you wanted a good place to do some quiet work. they have cool looking mugs as well! read more

I only write reviews when I feel that customer service was so unbelievably neglected and missed. I ordered my drink and it's pick up time was 11:59. When I arrived, they had a line of people in drive through but it was average - maybe 8 cars maximum so I decided to go inside as I expected they were already finished. There were only two people waiting in the cafe. I didn't leave with my two drinks until 12:44. I had to ask at one point just to verify they were there. Im not certain I read her name correctly from her name tag but it started with 'A' I think it said Avery. She didn't look up a single time, or communicate to any customers waiting for their drinks. She placed them behind the plexi when she was done and moved onto other drinks without calling anything out or acknowledging a single person waiting. I saw an elderly lady come up to the area and reach as far as she could to grab her drink behind the plexi glass, almost knocking it over in the process. All because miss barista didn't feel like doing her job by calling anything out or talking to any customers waiting in the cafe. When I approached the counter to check if mine were even there, she didn't even acknowledge me of course, I had to say "excuse me" just to get her attention. The amount of carelessness I experienced was just absurd. Emily came out onto the floor and actually serviced a customer, smiled and thanked them. She was wonderful. A true friendly barista who cares about giving a pleasant experience. Avery had me waiting longer than everyone else in the drive through and cafe who came after me for whatever reason. I saw a girl with green hair making the DT drinks so I saw no reason for her to be so behind with my two espresso beverages. I worked at the Pat booker location for years and I know busy... it was not busy here whatsoever. Maybe she was in a bad mood, or just didn't like the fact I was standing there watching and waiting. I finally did get my 2 drinks 40+ minutes later and I had a busy day of moving ahead of me. My usual jitters where nowhere to be found and my boyfriend and I saw no increase in energy. I'm almost certain she served me decaf which makes everything even more absurd. I was a barista for 4 years so I can't help but observe drink sequencing and critique the service. What I saw was Avery picking up and reading multiple cups before even starting one. Looked to be like she was picking and choosing. I was so disappointed with the lack of urgency, lack of communication, lack of customer service, overall lack of effort I'll make sure to avoid elbel and this lazy barista in the future. read more

Very slow. I made a mobile order for pick up in store, but when I showed up the door was locked and a sign stated drive thru only which should've been indicated on the app. There were others that did the same and tried to wait at the door due to the line being so long all the way to the main road FM 3009. Eventually I was able to get in line in which I waited an additional 25 for my mobile order that according to the app was done by 9:40am. I was at the window by 10:05am. I asked that my order be made fresh because I was sure it had been sitting all the time and I had a frapp not a hot coffee, and they didn't do that. It was watered down and my danishes were cold, not even warmed up. I will no long take my business to this location. read more

I am so impressed and thankful for the Staff at this Starbucks! I am expecting and have been craving the Mango Dragonfruit refresher. I order 1 or 2 a day and I just ordered it on Ubers eats to be delivered. I always order mine with extra berries on the side. and since I didn't know how to include that on my Uber eats order I didn't request it. When my order arrived I opened the bag and to my surprise they remembered and added some on the side! Thank you so much! You guys Rock!!!! read more

For being a brand new location, the customer service is les than sub par. After sitting at the drive thru order screen with no response, I drove to the window, the cashier seemed surprised, I explained that I had been sitting at the order screen with no response, she said "oh yeah, we were busing doing something" and turned away from me. I said can I place my order, she said yep as if I was bothering her. No apologies, no greeting, no have a nice day, nothing but rude service. I will not return. read more

On my way to church I stopped by this Starbucks and ordered a Grande Green Tea latte w/ soy milk,along with other stuff for my family. Verified at the pay window drink was made with soy. Cashier said yes and takes my $26. Then the cashier tells me they are out of Guava Ice Tea lemonade so we substitute that drink for a peach tea - my daughter didn't like it. I drunk almost half of my Green Tara latte and started feeling sick - guess what? Drink had whole milk and I have been in the restroom all day!!! Come one Starbucks - don't you take food allergies seriously? To add salt to the wound, I called the store and spoke to the manager, Gary Sanchez and told him what occurred with my $26 order. His reply. I just got here and that shouldn't happen. I will let the day shift know. What? Are you kidding me? How about a sincere apology? What about can I replace your latte? This Starbucks is the worst one I've been to. They were out of the item we wanted and did not give us what we ordered. On top of that, after receiving our food, I was told I had to wait for them to fill 7 online orders before they would make my coffee. Didn't matter to the person I was talking to. She had an I don't care attitude. When I asked if she was the manager she said, "unfortunately yes." Great attitude for someone in a management position to have. Her poor attitude must rub off on the employees she manages and most likely has a negative impact on the business in general. I requested a refund on my food and left. As I was leaving, she loudly, in a sarcastic tone, said "Happy Holidays." I went to the Starbucks on I-35 by 3009 and I was very pleased. Food and drinks were promptly served together. Kudos to the manager there and to the upbeat staff. The Schertz manager might want to get with the I-35 manager and learn a thing or many things so she can improve! I've been to this location twice during very slow hours. First time was last week during the evening and I waited 10 minutes for my order and they made it with the wrong milk. And just now I went through the drive through and now drinking at home and wrong milk again. I won't be coming here ever again. Please hire employees that can follow simple directions. read more

Not to be THAT kind of Karen, but this location has slowly become disappointing with each visit. Two months ago they were doing great every morning and my drink, along with many others, would be ready in about 7-10 mins, just as the Starbucks app stated. Lately it has been taking up to 25 minutes, even when I order on the app. I'm not even sure what the point is of ordering on the app, when people who order in the store will get their drink before you..? Isn't the sole purpose of the "ordering ahead" to put you..ahead of everyone else at the store ordering and make you first priority? I don't know, I just have not been impressed lately. They also are in so much of a rush that the custom drink proportions are often highly miscalculated( for example, if you ask for a splash of sweet cream, you're going to get about what looks like 5 splashes and your drink might as well not even contain coffee anymore) and it doesn't even taste as it should, but I wouldn't be able to wait even longer since I already waited almost 30 minutes for one drink. If this happened once, it would literally be whatever, but it's been happening for several weeks now and I guess that's my fault for continuing to go to this location. read more

I commute an hour one way to and from work and I choose to stop here at this location. Their service is super fast (drive-thru and inside) even when there's a line wrapped around the building. The baristas (esp. Olyvia and Nick) are always incredibly nice and are always genuine and I have never had a drink made incorrectly no matter how complicated the order. My mornings are always better because of y'all! read more

There hasn't been one time I have ordered since they have opened that they have gotten my order correct or served promptly. Lost tickets and excuses of, "we are busy" are given rather than customer service. I understand it is busy at this location, but I have been to much busier locations with better and more prompt service. read more
