Stopped at this Starbucks in SeaTac Airport before a flight and ordered a cappuccino. I expected a wait since airport locations can be busy, which wasn't an issue. When my name was called, I watched an employee place my drink on the pickup counter. As I was putting a sleeve on the cup, I noticed pink lipstick marks around the drinking area of the lid. I immediately brought it to the attention of the employee who had called my name. The drink was remade, which I appreciated. However, I overheard employees discussing what happened. One employee said to the other, "I just made it," and suggested that maybe a customer had taken a sip. That explanation didn't make sense to me because I had watched the drink being placed on the counter and did not see anyone else handle it before I picked it up. What disappointed me most was the response. Receiving a drink with someone's lipstick on it is an obvious food safety concern, yet no one apologized or acknowledged how unsettling that experience was. I'm giving 2 stars because the drink was remade, but the situation was handled poorly and left me with concerns about cleanliness and customer service. It's like a tradition for me that if I am at the airport always look something for a war drink. Perfect! Here's Starbucks in front of me. I got some Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites (I am addicted with these!!!) and a pistachio latte which really paired perfectly with my egg bites. This stall got a long queue and it moves a bit slow. They got few tables and chair for a quick peaceful munching. Overall the experience was substantial. They got the job done here and that's the most important. Last chance for Starbucks before grabbing the train to E Gate. I usually place my MOBILE ORDER while in the security line. Sometimes it's ready as I walk up and sometimes it is not. They have always got my order right and while I would PREFER a local coffee shop, at the airport that isn't an option. read more

This? Is a strawberry refresher... I DONT THINK SO! This place is a disgrace to the Starbucks name. I asked for a venti strawberry refresher and this is what they give me. TO TOP IT OFF. I asked for two of them VERY CLEARLY, even holding up 2 fingers. When I asked for my other refresher the woman RUDELY told me I didn't get charged for it and need to go back in line and pay for one. 7/6/24 this location was super busy! Crowded hallways, filled with people waiting to pick up their order. I placed a mobile order thinking that would be a lot faster. It wasn't. I noticed a lot of people that were after me were provided their order. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, she stated we're so backlogged on the Mobile orders. The orders we are providing is from the café line. I noticed for the Mobile orders, they had an abundance of cups on the counter. They don't know which order came before, what order. The counters were such a mess. There was no organization. I waited 50 minutes, left without getting my order and I lost $9.00 as my flight was already boarding. I would not return back to this location again. I will go to the main terminal before coming to this concourse. I left unhappy =( read more

Overall it was good, the line was long so we ordered off the app and it got done quickly. Only downside is they up charge by an extra $1-$2 compared to the regular stores because it's an airport which isn't great read more

my daughter purchased a $9 cup of cappuccino for me at the airport just before we boarded the plane. it was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had! It tasted like old coffee grounds and hot water. in drinkable.... last cup of anything I will ever drink from Starbucks ! read more

Had a great coffee experience here while on our way home from Seattle. We had missed breakfast and it was already 11:30am by the time we got through the insane 1 hour, winding, "worse than Disneyland" line to get past TSA into our gate. This Starbucks was the first one we saw after getting through TSA, it was on the left hand side (hopefully I am leaving this review for the correct Starbucks!) We each grabbed a cold sandwich, and ordered a coffee drink. Everything was done fast and correctly, and we felt a whole heck of a lot better after getting some food and coffee in us. Great experience and I would definitely come back to this Starbucks again if I am in this airport in the future. read more

On my travels I often try to get to a Starbucks location, first because I have my daily start the day drink at one at home every day. Just my personal routine. So even on travels, illogical to one at most airports too. Refreshes me along the way when making a connection. The SEA stop was no exception. It was really very convenient, got some refreshments and made my connection smoothly. Staff fine too and less line congestion that some other airports. Not surprising as an airport in Seattle would have multiple locations at the airport. Not always the case but not surprising in their home city. read more

Well now, isn't this a surprise? An unclaimed Starbucks location in Seattle? Given, I believe it's been clumped together with the location in the food court but nonetheless, it isn't getting the love it deserves! Whether I'm in Seattle for 15 minutes or 15 hours, I don't consider my visit to be complete until I have a Starbucks bevvy in hand. I had a few minutes to spare during my layover between San Diego and Victoria and naturally, I was feeling a bit chilly from going North (in advance). I popped in to get a grande chai tea latte and it is deeelish; the perfect internal heating source for my trip back home. The service was friendly and prompt, and left nothing to be desired! Plus, the wooden feature wall inside is ADORABLE and caught my eye so fiercely that I actually asked someone to please shuffle a bit so I could get a pic... sorry not sorry! They were open and polite! I had waited at the Gate D starbucks for over 10 minutes after they opened. There was a long line that would get shorter when people had to leave to make their flights. The Starbucks hadn't even opened their gate yet! I looked at the reviews and decided to try a different one. I headed to Gate C to see if this location would be better. It was already open and serving drinks. The line went quickly and the barista chatted with customers. I got my drink swiftly and was able to grab my coffee before my 5am flight. I needed this coffee. It's nice to have the coffee shops running on time when you can't bring your own coffee and can't miss your flight while waiting. Thanks! read more

Concourse C Starbucks delivers! Steady flow of customers, but not a long wait because the order-taker, barista, and manager were all in motion. I ordered my go-to turkey-pesto panino, and selected pumpkin bread-cake for desert. The order-taker was patient with my slow-loading Starbucks app, and the manager jumped in to take the next customer at the other register. My food appeared, toasty warm, just as I finished paying. It was 8pm. I was tired, facing a 2-hour layover, but I was nourished by this good food and experience, and ready to settle in with a book before the final leg of my journey. Can never make my coffee right. Just ordered a grande SF vanilla latte that tasted like hot chocolate there was so much milk and syrup in there. Had them remake to be told I'm dumb because theres the same amount of milk no matter what. Tired of the messed up coffee every time I come through here which is about 6 times a year. read more

C concourse SeaTac airport ordered a Carmel Macchiato and a tall iced mocha. The drinks were good but the barista was slow.

Worst cup of coffee ever! First they give me the wrong coffee and then when they correct it, it's the worst thing ever! I tried the new Blonde Cap. What was worse is that they gave me a cup that looked like it had been used it had old stains on it. Then the coffee was sour. I should've known better than to get Starbucks at an airport in Seattle. Perhaps a mom and pop place or even Coffee bean would be better. Long wait in a terrible line for a subpar cup of coffee. read more
