My regular stop when traveling between Indianapolis and Louisville. It is quick and easy to exit I-65, pick up my coffee and breakfast, and continue my trip. I order on the app and my food is always ready when I go inside to pick it up. My favorite breakfast is the potato, cheddar, and chive egg bake. These are addictive! I also like the Truff brand hot sauce. Although I always pick up my order to go, the interior is nice and the employees are friendly. read more

I placed my order in the app and went through the drive-through, and I was very pleased with how polite they were. When my order came out, the barista was polite, verified my order, called me by my name, and was polite upon my leaving. The Butterfly Refresher that I ordered was very colorful with the three colors, and a very good helping of boba. It had a great taste and was not packed plumb full of ice; it had enough to keep the drink chilled and plenty of flavor with just the right amount of caffeine for me for the remainder of the day. read more

Honestly, I think you can never go wrong with the pick me up from Starbucks. They have everything you can want when it comes to caffeinated drinks. Will they have decaf too but do we really need to go to Starbucks for decaf? Lol This location is very clean compared to a lot of locations. There are several tables you can sit at and catch up on your emails or just chat with a friend. there are even a couple really comfy chairs if you just need to relax from traveling. If you have not tried the mango dragon fruit, may I recommend this drink. I get it with water versus you can get it with lemonade. It is sweet enough without the lemonade and it's a very refreshing drink especially on a hot day. My only complaint at this location is the service is extremely slow like two star slow be ready for a long wait! read more

We stopped by on Friday, Dec 29th about 3 PM and when we ordered our venti drink and asked that it be split into two granda cups we were told that they do not do that. We have been Starbucks Gold members for over 12 years and do a lot of traveling, so we have experienced the occasional barista that will not do that. We cancelled our order and left. I walked in to order only to be told that there is a 40 minute wait for drinks. A couple people behind me walked straight out when they heard the wait time. The workers were kind enough but you could tell they were overwhelmed without proper staffing on a promo day. I don't mind it being slower (this place normally is a 10 minute wait) but this is something I feel could have been avoided since the promo was advertised for days. I will say this is a good place to work if you need a remote stop. The music is at a good volume and there is plenty of seating - including a bar area. read more

Nice location in Seymour, just off interstate. Plenty of tables with comfortable wooden chairs and a nice bar area overlooking the action behind the scenes. This is a newer location, so the decor is modern and inviting. A great stop if you live here or are just passing through. We just tried the amazing COLD FOAM CASCARA NITRO, which I highly recommend. It's an amazing lightly sweet new drink that people who enjoy iced coffee should try. It's beautiful and tasty. read more

I have visited on many occasions with great interactions with the helpful staff during each exchange. On this particular morning, I walked in 5-10 min after their opening at 5am. They say some people are full of sunshine in the morning, and the staff were a great a great example on this foggy and misty morning; shining bright with delightful smiles as I walked in the door. Ordering my go-to espresso macchiato, they were kind enough to utilize my personal mug, offer me the .10 discount, and finished my drink before I had time to question when it would be ready to drink. I'll be honest and let you know - for future reference - that this was one of the better espresso macchiatos I've been served in my days. Balanced and subtle, just how I like it. Thankful for their hospitality on this unconventional early visit for me. Grateful for their pleasantness despite the early morning rushes. Impressed with my drink and the visit overall + the décor at this modernly furnished Starbucks is pretty nifty as well. I enjoy the throwback to the traditional Espresso counter where I was able to work, watching and listening to the orchestra of sounds of known to making espresso. Right off the exit to Seymour, IN with less than 30 seconds ride down the main drag of Tipton, you can't miss it if you keep watch for Starbucks sign and shop on your right. The worst Starbucks I've ever been too. First let's start with them not checking if they had the food item before they charged us for it only to be told later oh we don't have it after we paid. Then onto the watery soupy oatmeal that dropped all over me due to all the water. Third they gave me brown sugar that expired in October of 2020. I can't make this up. I know it's brown sugar whatever, the point is clearly things aren't being checked there you shouldn't be giving out 7 month old expired products. Then let's move on to my coffee that was suppose to have 4 shots of espresso. Turns out the drink was all sugar and literally undrinkable. Thank god we were just passing through. Firstly me state that I am a "senior" person. So the senior person who waited on me, was a mess. She could not remember what my black coffee order was; Dark roast, 2 raw sugar, extra heavy cream, 1 shot. I was at the counter and she had to look at my phone(saved as a fav) for EACH ITEM! As she got the cup, her fingers went along the lip and into the cup as she held it to get the shot. Starbucks... please give a memory test for at least a simple cup of coffee before hiring. I downloaded yelp to make sure this place got what it deserves! The people there were the most kind and caring while also working effectively! Drive through and inside has tons of people. This was a stop for our road trip back home. I wanted to get a mug to have some memories, and I broke it not even 5 minutes after buying it by dropping it to the ground. Immediately someone came up to me and asked are you hurt? Did you cut yourself? Are you okay!? And all I could do was apologise after making such a commotion. They prioritised my safety and well being before everything going on. Not only that, after telling them I dropped it on accident and that I'm okay, no cuts or anything, they took it from me and gave me another one, no worries! Absolutely terrible. My wife was up to order and asked our four year old what cake pop she wanted, and the lady who was taking our order proceeds to take the next man in line. Then, it takes them about 10 minutes after that to take our order because they can't find the tea bags they needed for his order. While my family and I are waiting for the drinks, 3 families come in and order about 2-3 drinks each and EVERYONE gets their drinks before us as they left our half made drinks on the side. Four workers, but only two were actually doing work while the other two just sat around. Our order wasn't complicated. We ordered two Frappuccinos, one coffee and a cake pop. And to top it all off, no toilet paper in one of the two bathrooms, we told them about it, but they refilled the wrong bathroom. read more

We walked into the Starbucks and were eluded to a prompt and fast service. As orders started to pile up, their workers began to disappear one at a time. The drive thru seemed more important than those waiting in their lobby. The employees were also talking about when they were going to take breaks and what they were doing at the end of their shift. Zero stars in this Starbucks. When in sat am (3/16/2019) for two no frills lattes. 30 minutes was able to leave with lattes. Evidently drive thru gets priority over in store customers. I did inquire after a solid 5 minutes of not even being recognized as a customer if I should go through the drive through for service. All four employees were handling the drive thru. Once one of my lattes was made evidently it was time for her break. So after more drive thru orders my second latte was made. Unacceptable customer service added to my one hot and one lukewarm latte. Staff seemed brand spanking new. Lady at register didn't know how to ring up our order. She asked for help which is great and understand there's a learning curve so that was fine. We ordered 2 Matcha green teas with almond milk. The barista guy making drinks was also being trained as a lady was helping him make our drinks. An hour later we discovered it was made with regular milk and not almond milk. Not fun and my entire day I was very ill. That evening on our was back we stopped off again. This time I ordered a Flat white with almond milk. As I ordered I asked repeatedly that it be made with almond milk. This time I had to make sure it was made correctly and we watched closely as they made it. And again they used regular milk. We asked them to confirm it was almond milk and they apologized and said they will remake it. We mentioned this was the second time this happened. She again apologized and said our order was not printed to say almond milk and blamed the printer. Staff could really use training.
