This location left items out when they handed me my order in the drive thru and I didn't catch it until I had already gotten on the highway. I drove all the way back and when I tried to get my missing items the manager was unapologetic and just really rude. I didn't feel like a customer but like someone she was doing a favor for. I think I now understand why this location never has a line... the team there comes across as entitled and unorganized. There are too many other Starbucks where their customer service is a priority and where they are more accurate and timely. The manager said I had to wait for my coffee out of the drive thru line because she wanted to keep her times down. The time it took for her to explain all this, she could have just made my coffee. They have team members pushing cars through the line so their times are faster but then waiting at the end of the line for the items to be walked out to their car. There is no assigned place for customers to actually wait. It's an unorganized mess! read more

While my drink was tasty the service was subpar. I came in prior to 8 am to get three cups of tea. Why did that take 25 mins to receive?? It's fricking tea?? There were no apologies offered to any of us waiting. When a customer asked for their money back and voiced his displeasure with the stores service he was met with attitude. The drink maker stopped making our drinks to refund the order ( I'm assuming he was a supervisor of some sort). Rather than apologize and refund he decides to argue with the already upset customer!! Not sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. I came here today because I had some time to kill between a doctor appointment and an event. So I originally ordered a peach tranquility tea but iced. This was my first time ordering it iced, and it turns out it's more of a hot tea. Darlene, however, not only asked me if I wanted a different drink, but she also suggested an iced peach citrus infusion tea. I can't really do caffeine so I asked her how much caffeine was in it, and she pulled up the Starbucks app for me and had an answer. She also apologized that I had to wait a few minutes to order and she checked on me later to see if I was enjoying the drink. Very impressed by the customer service at the Starbucks, which is interesting because the other two reviews on here were complaining about it. The only reason this location gets four stars from me and not five is because when I initially used the restroom, it was a bit messy and running out of toilet paper. read more

This Starbucks is the best!!!! They are never slow always get my order right and are super nice at the window EVERY time. I drive down Telegraph ever day and I have been to them all. No other Starbucks will get you in and out of line as quickly as they do and they are the busiest since they are right before the highway. Today I picked up coffee for six coworkers . They got me out of the lonnngg drive through line in 7-10 minutes with all the correct drinks. And they are working understaffed through a pandemic! Keep up the good work ! read more

I've always been very pleased with the service at this location! Baristas are always smiling and very friendly! This location offers both dine in and drive thru, as well as mobile orders. The drive thru line can be long at times, and I recommend going into the store if this is the case. There is also plenty of seating inside and on the outside patio! As far as the drinks and food, I feel it's pretty consistent with other Starbucks locations. I haven't had any issues before! read more

The barista was beyond rude. I waited for 13 minutes for them to make whip cream since they didn't tell me they were out until after I paid. Once I got my drink, it was lukewarm as it had been sitting in the counter for 13 minutes with no lid. I asked for a remake and the barista told me my drink was "still hot enough". After some back and forth, he finally remade it and handed them both to me saying "See? Same temperature." Note: they were not the same temperature. Bathrooms are always extremely dirty, pee all on the floors. They are also very rude, if they get your order wrong they start slamming the blenders and get an attitude. Last time they had to make my drink twice, the second time they told me I ordered my drink wrong, even though I was looking at my receipt. The dark skin girl with the locs & pierced nose has a horrible attitude. But yet she is the shift manager. She rolls her eyes and talks about me with her teammates when my drinks are wrong. Considering i just had Starbucks and had a wonderful experience, i was highly disappointed when I came here. The service was okay, nothing super special or super bad. I was disappointed with my dragon fruit spritzer. It was watered down and light in color, didn't seem to have as much flavor as the one I had at the airport (surprisingly). I was rather disappointed when visiting this location. Not a whole lot but just enough to take my business elsewhere. I was here for an appointment early Saturday morning - and I mean early. I believe I was in the parking lot opposite when this Starbucks opened up that morning. I went to the meeting at the agreed to time and had to cross some light traffic in the drive-up window. The parking lot and landscaping and décor and outside architecture are all what I have come to expect from a Starbucks. I went to order at the counter. I noticed they were a little light on the scones - and everything else that you would expect in the pastry case. It didn't look like anyone was going to freshen it up either. As I waited I looked around - it wasn't the worst Starbucks I had been in but it had opened about 30 minutes prior and it was me and one other person in the place. I didn't leave the cup on the table or the scraps of paper all over the floor. A couple of the tables had crumbs on them. So I waited. Finally one of the servers decided to detach herself from the trio of servers who were deeply in conversation about something or other that had nothing to do with scones or coffee. I was sort of greeted and decided against the pastry because they didn't look appealing. I wanted a coffee but wasn't sure what to call what size - there is like demasiado, mediano, grossiano, teeniano - you know it is. The teeniano threw me off because I remember only three sizes but this one had four. I asked the server what the sizes were and was treated to a tired, bored demonstration of customer service. I just stood there transfixed for a just a moment and made my decision - 'Well, thanks. I'll just be going. Have a nice day.', I said pleasantly and departed. This person probably could not remember but I did recall when I went one of the first of the Starbucks in Lynnwood, Washington. Still a struggling company even the employees didn't seem to understand why people only wanted to get coffee from them. I recall this place I am referring to was in an old Kodak film processing building. Every day a line of cars would go get their morning coffee and lunch coffee and evening coffee. I wasn't making much money at the time and would walk over from my government office job, through an evergreen shrouded park to the kiosk and get my coffee. The clerk was ALWAYS happy even on a misty, cold, windy day with a line of cars outside waiting for a hot drink that had to be prepared and fresh really quickly. Time goes by. read more

I waited a long time in my car and saw other people go in and come out, and that's on me. What I remember most from this experience (other than waiting in the drive thru line with a cranky, hungry toddler) was catching a glimpse through the pick-up window at how hard the staff was hustling and my experience peasant interaction getting my food. The worst Starbucks I've ever been too. They have the rudest and most incompetent, and lazy employees at this location. Wait times are longer than a 5 course meal at any restaurant. These employees are not happy to be there and certainly do not care about the customers. Every other day they have someone training who does nothing but wait for drinks instead of actually training. I was in line at 3:50pm & by the time we got to the speaker it was 4:05pm and they stated they would not take my order as it was after close. After waiting for this long in line it was quite aggravating. They said they wanted light roast and the barista kept insisting on medium roast and I finally said blonde roast but he poured him medium(obviously my parents did like it) and ask for a refill.
