    Spinach Feta Pastry.

Comestibles and Potables. Had the Ginger Lemon Tea. Not gingery, but flavorfully SWEET. We also had the Chai, which was very good and spicy. Spinach Feta croissant was good -- flaky, savory, warm, and chewy. Good flavor. Vibe. Great for 3rd space place. Seats about 30 inside? And 10 outside? Enjoyed sitting outside in the sun. Thoughtfully decorated with plants too. I like places with mirrors and lots of light. Nice job. Appreciate the art is more elevated. Hospitality. Barista was superfriendly and knowledgeable. Patient! Of note. Lot parking and loos were cleaned and stocked. Overall. First time at this location. Sweetwaters is a lovely local coffee-tea chain. Would return.

    Quad Iced French Vietnamese Coffee

We went to try one of the new Fall beverages. We chose the Pumpkin Cold Brew. It's become our second favorite next to the French Vietnamese Au Lait! Our server was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She was able to answer all our questions and address our concerns regarding food allergies. She ensured our drinks were safe! The decor and ambiance was as always warm, comfortable, and calming. We love seeing the back wall chalk art that changes with our visits. Thank you Sweetwaters! We will be back!

French Vietnamese Au Lait (size: quadruple, light ice)

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea continues to be a stellar coffee spot no matter where! The French Vietnamese Au Lait (size: quad) has both a rich flavor with subtle sweetness which makes this coffee drinker content. Light ice helps prevent the drink from being watery. I appreciate that Sweetwaters is a business started by University of Michigan Alums (HAIL and Go Blue!) and people of color. From the story behind the company logo to the merchandise sharing more about the zodiac animals, I can tell it comes from a place of respect & representation not commodification. This franchise of Sweetwaters is a location whose service is friendly and continues to uphold the lasting quality that the Sweetwaters name is known for. While the environment can be noisy due to chatter or white noise from bean grinders at times, overall, it's a space that feels welcoming & open. Puzzles and games are available for in-house activities. I like seeing the artwork around the walls which is often local artisans selling their pieces through QR codes. I also enjoy noticing how the chalkboard artwork changes each month or so. I always recommend Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea because it never disappoints!

They have the best Ginger Fizz. I've been to other Sweetwaters but at this location, the ginger is strong but in a good way! Plus, the crushed ice makes the drink so much better than large cubes (like at other locations). The service was okay, I think the person helping me is new but I don't know for sure. She didn't seem confident about what she was doing. This didn't bother me. What bothered me was seeing her and her two other co-workers touch their long hair and face and then proceed to make beverages for customers. Not food safe or sanitary.

This was my first time. so many beverage options. I was surprised to know that the double is actually a single. I'm very impressed with the selection of savories and sweets as snacks. I ordered the chai tea latte hot. They only had 2% milk so I opted for the half-and-half cream. Very good. And for a savory, I got the leek and Parmesan pastry. Great flavor combination! Fantastic! My friend ordered the spinach and feta pastry, which she thoroughly enjoyed! I sampled the housemade ginger lemon tea. It did not have a strong ginger flavor that I was hoping for. The establishment is very clean. Great outdoor tables on the north side of the building in the shade. Great for summer sitting. The person that we gave our order to was very patient and took her time to explain our options and got our order exactly correct!

I like their music that is played over the speakers. It's just like their coffee it is calm and relaxing. I taste their latte as being all natural and very good. Even as I pull up to the parking lot I am greeted by the manger with a smile. This place is great so if you love coffee make one these your top 4. That's is all. Chief Believe in yourself prepare for the unexpected and be ready.

Quick and great place for a treat! I got the dreamy chai and it was delicious. I only wished there was less cream. I also got passion fruit iced tea. It tasted more like an herbal tea rather than passion fruit but was still great! The best part was the person working! She spoke to me over the intercom who helped me pick my drinks. She was really helpful and nice while I was choosing what to purchase. I used the drive thru so I didn't get a chance to see inside but the drive thru itself was very quick.

Oh how sweet it is. It's not too far from our shop. A chamomile tea, a latte with oat milk, spinach and ricotta croissant and a Turkey, cheese and egg bagel for breakfast this morning. The croissant sandwiches are pre-made, ended up getting a spinach and ricotta, wasn't too bad, warmed up would be better. The Asiago cheese bagel with egg, cheese and Turkey is quite yummy. It hit the spot. The chamomile is dried flowers that nicely are nicely steeped and blow up after rehydrating. It's calming. Their lattes are what we come here for, they whip up a good Joe here. Service is always great here and feels personalized even.

Enjoyable Imperial milk tea, sweetened black tea with steamed milk.

In the past year, I noticed that Sweetwaters has opened up in Novi. Previously, I've only been to the Ann Arbor location. The café is clustered with many other restaurants, at the Novi Town Center. I was in the mood for iced tea and two choices stood out: Imperial Milk Tea and Thai Iced Tea. Both drinks are only available cold, in sizes double or larger. The staff did a nice job explaining the differences when I dithered between the two. In the end, I went with the Imperial Milk Tea only because I've had Thai Iced Team many times before. The milk tea consists of sweetened black tea with steamed milk. It had a subtle and tasty flavor.

New cafe chain. I like it better than Starbucks because they have better food and tea selection. And do sort of make the sandwiches in front of you instead of just putting it in the microwave like Starbucks. Cons: Asia tea is meh, and sandwich is kind of small and expensive

Convenient location lots of parking. So glad they opened a novi location. Love their menu and coffee options. Very pretty interior. Nice baked goods selections. Expensive, but it seems all coffee shops are these days.

You can tell the quality of the bread, meat, and sides are far better than other sandwiche shops. You do pay for the quality but think it's absolutely worth it. We also got a side of tuna pasta salad that was pretty good! I wish they added a bit more celery but could see this going great with crackers.

They have a menu board with multiple options listed. You order at the stand at the back of the store, and then our food was brought out to us even though we had ordered it to go. I am not sure if that is always the process- I was expecting to go to the counter to pick it up myself so that was a nice surprise! We ordered our sandwiches to go even though we were dining in as we knew we would be taking home leftovers. The seating area inside is no frills. They have less than 10 tables inside, and when we were leaving all of them were full with people waiting for seats. They did appear to have 2 tables outside but they were not being used as it was raining. They did have a carafe full of ice water that was self serve by the door, and they had large cups available which I appreciated! My eyes were immediately drawn to the Spicy Chicken Caesar and the Napa Club. Since this was my first time I ordered both and planned to share half of each sandwich. When I opened the Spicy Chicken Caesar I was surprised by the appearance of it. I had expected a lot more lettuce inside. It looked more like chicken salad rather than salad with chicken. The flavor was good and it was not too spicy! The focaccia was very soft. The Napa Club had great flavor to it, but when I was eating it I could really tell that there was avocado inside of it. The predominant flavor was the garlic and herb aioli. I did feel the chicken was a touch on the dry side. Overall, my experience and food were good; however, I am not sure I agree with the rave reviews. I would return in the future and would love to try some of their other meats aside from chicken, and their pasta salad also looked nice. The service was friendly and I feel like the price was fair. It's a nice addition to downtown Farmington!

It's a place you'd never know about unless you drove by it or saw it recommended somewhere because people have almost never talked about it. The sandwiches range from unappetizing to great. Plenty of types to choose from and some unique options. Nothing nearly as groundbreaking as the theming implies, but far more interesting and quality than many other sandwich and sub places. Cranberry sauce on a sandwich was not invented here, but you won't find it anywhere else in the area. The salads used to be cold and unimpressive, but they've actually improved significantly. The chicken is bad and basically inedible, but that's true at almost every place of this caliber. For a few bucks more you get something way better and more appetizing than what you could at a Subway or Jimmy Johns. It's a step or two above Panera Bread. The shop is very spacious and large with a lot of cool decor and arrangements, but with the hours you'd never come here to eat in. They used to be open on Saturdays (and would sometimes hang up on you) but have cut their narrow times to basically nothing. Carryouts couldn't be more convenient.
