Our family and friends used this particular location to have a small get together today. We purchased various drinks and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The atmosphere was pleasant and the customer service we received was quite acceptable. No complaints whatsoever! The service was so good, I HAD to not only call to compliment Chris who was working in the drive thru at 12:25 on July 23,2025, but I also had to come leave a review. This is my go-to starbies as it is but man, Chris showed exceptional service today. He helped me pick a drink that was a perfect recommendation for what I needed. And then went above and beyond by checking in on me and offering me a water after I explained my situation (needing hydration after working with kiddos). Coffee here is not consistent. I can never get a good iced shaken espresso at this location. Often times mobile orders are made pretty late even when given an extra few minutes. Starbucks as a whole is more expensive now and the drinks are subpar. I've stopped patronizing Starbucks mostly. You can get good coffee at smaller coffee shops with better prices. Also the points system isn't favorable anymore. read more

This is by far the best costumer service Starbucks out there. I travel all around the US for work and I've been to plenty of Starbucks. This one is the best so far. My husband & I visited this Starbucks on a road trip. We can confidently say, it is the BEST Starbucks experience we have ever had. Hopper (I believe that was his name) greeted us at the window with a smile & our mobile order drinks ready. The drinks were made perfectly & he even made sure we had everything we needed before leaving (napkins, straws, etc). Starbucks the product is good. The problem is they choose to close after 7:00 or 8:00 without warning. Just handwritten sign saying "we're closing at 8:00 for the next 4 days" . Got there at 8:02, and was told they broke down the equipment earlier, so they could leave at 8:00. Did me a favor, really. Bought an espresso maker, and am now trying different coffees. I also found out that their lattes have a lot of sugar in them! Not sure how that happens. Used to go to store on Blackstock 3-4 times a week. I have tried them out 2 times in last two months for convenience, but they were closed at 7:00 or 8:00 not 9:00 or 10:00 like their schedule shows. read more

I am appalled at the filthy bathrooms only hours after being open early in the morning especially amidst a global pandemic. There was no soap to wash your hands or paper towels to dry them! I wanted to check out this spot after the remodeling and closing to train the staff. It is much better than before but I'm still not impressed with the quality of the drink I purchased. I wanted to try the featured item, Hazelnut Mocha Coconutmilk Macchiato. Wow thats long to say... Anyways, I love coconut milk but the flavors are just so bland. I should just stick to my classic americanos. The store itself it beautiful, beautiful woodgrain, framed art, and modern fixtures. The employees are friendly and theres lots of great snacks and merchandise to check out. I am impressed with Starbucks "reserve" line, the concept of crafted, small batch coffees from tiny farms around the world is intriguing, however the price point $18 is hard to get past. Don't bother ordering ahead by the app. Doors are locked and you have to go through the drive through adding 15-20 minutes to what you thought was going to be a quick stop off the highway. Then, to make matters worse, the GF marshmallow dream bar that I paid for, they were out of (all other products they were out of were clearly marked on the app). Another two minutes to get a refund. Not sure what people are talking about. I am a gold card carrying Starbucks patron and regularly hit the drive through at this location. I've never been anything but happy with my drink and my service. The baristas are always lovely and even once when the line was wrapped around the other side, it moved in a timely fashion. To the person who said "go to the pine street location instead" I've had my drive through order wrong twice there. Had to park and take it back inside. That's NEVER happened here...... Hateful, rude, sloppy people working at this store. They were extremely rude to my elderly father who is hard of hearing. I was appalled and embarrassed for the parents of these employees. Also, while waiting for my drink they slammed someone's mobile order in the pickup tray - it was a Frappuccino with whipped cream piles up through the opening of the lid and the biggest mess of chocolate drizzle I've ever seen, running over the top and down the sides. How is anyone supposed to drink that mess? I walked in this place with a happy attitude and left feeling frustrated and sad for the world. Stopped by this location before starting my road trip back to Atlanta. They have a drive thru but I decided to walk inside and check out the interior. It's nice and open with adequate seating for a smaller sized Starbucks. I actually replied to a couple emails and had no problem finding a spot to plug in. They had a nice selection of pastries and snack options. The service was fine and I was in and out in no time. Not sure what it would be like during peak times as it was around 11am when I stopped by, but this location is fine for a White Chocolate Mocha which is all I ordered. read more

I usually don't openly complain about a business, but I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Let me start off by saying that I love Starbucks and my friend and I go to this location about once a week. However, after all the issues over the last few months I don't think we will come back. The first time we had a bad experience was 3 months ago. The girl taking orders didn't smile or say anything. She simply stared at us, waiting for our order. That's cool, I thought. Maybe she's having a bad day. My friend had a coupon with a barcode on her phone that she wanted to use. When she informed the girl, she pointed to the scanner in front of her and made my friend scan the coupon. The coupon unfortunately didn't scan, but the girl failed to tell us until after the transaction. She wasn't helpful at all, and didn't offer to fix it. The second bad experience happened a month later. This time ordering was fine. I got my drink within 5 minutes, but my friend waited almost 20 minutes before deciding that the staff had forgot about her drink. When she informed an employee, she received no apology, nothing. She had to wait another 10 minutes before finally getting her drink, which tasted awful (she let me taste it). The third bad experience we had happened two weeks ago. We decided to try the drive thru. We sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes without a response from anyone inside. There were a few cars in front of us so it was not like we were the only ones in line. I don't know why but the staff chose to ignore us. If we hadn't wanted coffee so bad we would've drove off, but we ended up parking and going in anyway. The next bad experience happened today. I ordered a tall coffee. When I walked to the small counter to add some half and half and sugar to my coffee, there was no half and half! Every Starbucks I have ever been to always has a small container of half and half sitting out for customers, but there was nothing. When I went to the pick up counter to ask for some, the employees did not even look at me. I had to get back in line and wait almost 10 minutes just to get a splash of cream in my coffee. Overall, the staff at this location seems very disorganized. I understand it's new, but the service is inconsistent. I doubt my friend and I will continue to frequent this location. read more

Nice place, but there is very limited parking so I could not go inside like I had planned. The employee at the drive thru (taking my money, not the person that took my order) seemed like I was wasting her time when I asked for a straw. No smile, no "thank you", or "have a good day". This is an average Starbucks customer service wise - which is basically hit or miss. At least it stays consistently in the average range - rarely bad and rarely really good. The main issue is that the employees have such poor customer awareness. Thats not uncommon at some Starbucks locations, its just more persistent at this one. They walk past you several times, have managers taking inventory, and fastidiously avoiding direct eye contact with you. Finally someone gives in, looks around at everyone, and approaches the register when it appears no one else will lol. read more

I'm trying to hit the road for a long drive and decided to get some coffee. Yelp, the Starbucks App, and their Facebook says they open at 6am. It's 6:15. I stay in the drive thru for 10 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hey, things happen right. After 10 minutes I decide to drive around to the front and just go in. I see two guys working in here. The doors are locked. They both see me, look dead at me. One walks to the back they other just keeps ignoring me. It's now 6:20 as I wrote this review.
