Needed a quick pick me up (that wasn't Starbucks) & stumbled upon this place for convenience. Convenience was key and not only was this quaint coffee shop quick but they have a drive thru!!! If I had more time this would have been a great place for a coffee date. Ordered the snowflake latte-sweeter than I prefer but very good and the espresso had great flavor. Overall CUTE atmosphere and they do pour over coffee (huge bonus in my book) will definitely be back. They offer several different coffee choices, flavors, milk types and they even had seasonal menu items. read more

This is a disgusting establishment. The coffee was stale and bitter the first visit here. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. At my second visit found a fly in the coffee. I try to make a point of finding non-chain coffee shops when I travel, and I came upon Bella while driving through Spartanburg. What a delightful find! It's a cute little drive-thru only coffee joint, so if you're looking for a place to sit, this is not it. If you're not sure of what you want, like I was, just drive up to the window and ask. They have a menu of featured items, but you can order pretty much whatever you want. I'll definitely be back if I happen to be in Spartanburg. read more

I am a new loyal fan of Bella Latte. Their coffee is most delicious but what really hooked me (and will probably keep me from going back to Starbucks anytime soon) is the service I received. Being a first timer I was trying the Frozen Vanilla Latte, no whip. While waiting on our drinks the gentleman behind the window struck up conversation with us and gave us information on how their drinks were prepared (and letting us know that in one of our drinks the whipped cream is made with a small shot of flavor so it's not perfectly white). Also, they have a "frequent drink" club that you get stamped when you order and when you hit so many drinks, you get a free drink (any drink) of your choice (and any size!). Call me easy to please, but this surely did! Sure, it's just a drive thru and there are no places to sit and surf with your wifi connection but if you want really good coffee and specialty coffee, this is my recommendation. read more

While on a road trip I appreciated indulging a non-chain place, I opted for the americano and it was OK. I have to admit that I am a bit spoiled with my Whole Foods extra dark french roast from Allegro so I have found that most americano's from shops fall short of my homebrew now. Ok, after dropping my kids off at school, this is the place I run by to get my day really going. They're always quick. I like to change my order up with different flavors in my coffee, and they never get it wrong. Bella Latte kicks Starbucks right in their Triple, Venti, Half Sweet, Non-Fat, Caramel Macchiato @ss. We hit up the Bella Latte any time we're on the westside of Hub City and they never disappoint! Always nice folks working the window and with two drive throughs, you don't have to wait or be forced to stare at the trash and chewed up gum on the sidewalk (I'm looking at you Starbucks drive through). While traveling south on 85, we were in need of some afternoon caffeine. Found this on Yelp and it was so worth the 5 minute "detour" for great cappuccinos. Would definitely recommend the side trip. The drive thru makes up any lost time! The baristas were so nice too! read more
