Service was 5 stars. They were all so sweet and helpful as we explored the menu options. The food was perfect. Cinnamon roll was warm and gooey, the egg nest were perfection and our kids devoured the muffins. Ambiance was a roomy chic coffee house perfect for work or pleasure. We had 2 of the specialty coffees and they were on point. We will defiantly be back!

New name and owners and it's great! Veteran owned and super friendly staff. From their site: they serve "organic, fair trade tea and coffee. (They) work with local dairy suppliers and bakeries to source the freshest, highest quality offerings". They also roast they own coffee. They still have their drive thru service which is also convenient.

I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast from crave! They had some cool iced coffee combos! I loved that they had a drive through for convenience too.

Awesome spot to sit and relax with a drink and snack. I ordered the chai with almond milk because I wasn't feeling a 4th cup of joe today. They also had matcha available. Lots of baked sweets like salted caramel bars, cheesecake bars, Oreo bars, sandwiches, salads, and more. I read good reviews of the lavender homemade syrup but unfortunately they've stopped making it for autumn (hopefully they'll consider making it year around). The sweet young girl helping me offer other syrups to add to my chai. I selected the blueberry hibiscus because it was the most unique. They also offer homemade vanilla, hazelnut, and cinnamon. There's non homemade strawberry, raspberry, and more. It was delicious! Great flavors of sweet and spicy with perfect drinking temperature and foam. I would recommend asking for it extra hot if you plan on traveling before enjoying. They have a drive thru!

This is a great spot to drop in (or drive through) and grab a quick beverage and snack to go. The exterior ordering window is super convenient and the inside is setup with several areas to work or hang out and chat at your leisure. There are long wooden tables with benches, tall cocktail tables with stools and a few seating areas with couches and chairs with coffee tables set up around the place. I stopped in on a weekday morning and grabbed a seat at one of the benches to work on my laptop for a bit before meeting up with a friend to have coffee there. They had a couple power strips plugged in around the tables which was nice with multiple people using devices nearby. I ordered a latte and grabbed one of the bacon, egg and cheese croissants from the refrigerated area. They offered to warm it up, which I accepted, but it was microwaved a few seconds too long and was served piping hot but the bottom layer turned mushy from the steam. I wish they had a toaster oven they could have warmed it in! They had a variety of muffins, bagels, and various baked goods on display that all looked delicious. I'll have to try some of their other breakfast items next time I go!

Fast and friendly service via the drive thru today. The food and coffee were both amazing and filling.

Been here 4 times. Every time the coffee was good but takes forever. Waited 20 minutes 3 of the times at the drive thru.

This place doesn't disappoint. I had forgotten they change the menu 3 times a day based on the fresh ingredients they have on hand. This day they had a brisket sandwich with fries, which I substituted for a delicious garden salad. You really can't go wrong.

We were seated on the terrace by the door, which was less than desirable but still good. The chair I was in was awfully uncomfortable, but the benches were suitable. For food, we ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts, Earl Grey tea bread, chicken tamales, berry French toast, mushroom bruschetta and fried oysters. The Brussels were good and perfectly cooked. The Earl Grey tea bread was good, but too sweet for me (not a sweets person). My friends ordered the chicken tamales and berry French toast, respectively, and enjoyed their meal. For me, the menu didn't have anything that caught my eye, so I made a meal of the small plates. I love mushrooms, but I felt that the mushrooms in the bruschetta needed to be chopped. Their meaty texture and large pieces made it less than desirable, even though the flavor was good. The oysters were well-cooked and served in an ample portion, but with cocktail sauce rather than aioli. When asked, she brought me the paprika aioli that's on the Brussels sprouts. Still, I think a lemon-and-herb aioli or a lemon-and-horseradish aioli would have been more appropriate for a fresh brightness to cut through the breading. It was almost a good meal, but oftentimes the devil is in the details.

I love that they constantly have new menu items and features so you can keep coming back again and again for something new. This last time, I ordered some sweet potato pancakes (that must have been a special because I can't find them on the menu now) and they were SO GOOD!!! They had nuts in them and they were not too sweet which was surprising in the best way. My wife got the classic chicken and waffles and loved them and our 3rd wheel got an omelet. He cleaned the plate so we know it was realllll good. We also got the fried okra as an app for the table and we were all big fans. The sauce took them over the top on flavor. We have never had an issue with the service. They've always been communicative and friendly, offering great suggestions on the menu. I love the inside of the restaurant. It fits the vibe of the menu very well. It feels very hometown southern which is perfect because it is my baby's hometown and we will continue going back every time we visit.

I was hungry and didn't know what or where to eat, not like there is a lack of options, but did I want ramen or something more local in regional flare? I picked the second one. I ended up at Tupelo Honey because fresh southern fried chicken sounded amazing and this place wasn't going to break the bank. I guess this place is a chain but I didn't know this until I was eating. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive and they answered all of my questions about the food. The restaurant was super clean. I ended up ordering the half bird with original seasoning on it. The seasoning the put on it is a crystallized honey power and something else in it, it gives the chicken a nice sweet flavor but not overpowering. They also have a spicy version for you spice lovers. The half bird came with 4 pieces as one would expect, the crust was crispy and the chicken was awesome. I was eating the dark meat and couldn't get over how juicy it was. The real test as you all know is the breast, is that going to be dry? Nope, it was so moist and flavorful, it was a home run. I guess they brine their chicken for some good amount of time and it shows. My sides though I wish I would have gotten more adventurous, the meal came with two sides so I got a salad and the fried potatoes as a recommendation from the waitress. They were good but the mac n cheese looked better. Overall this place is great and I would go again. It's right downtown and the service was fast and friendly. Great place for some fried chicken .

We were there on a Saturday night and people were everywhere. But once we stepped into the lobby there was a lovely piano bar . This hotel has a calm, refined feel to it. The bellman met us at the door, took our bags upstairs and even walked around to show us where to park. The only downside for me was that our room was just a little bit elevated from the street so we could hear a lot of the Saturday night fun that was going on. If you would prefer not to hear the street sounds you may want to request a room on a higher floor.

The…read moreroom she gave me was nice, everything was functional, but the bathroom was poorly designed and the whole room in from the previous "generation" of hotel room, so an update is needed.. hopefully in the next couple of years. The property was very impressively decorated for Christmas!! I loved how the large, two story Christmas Tree was in the main lobby and extended to the mezzanine level and they decorated it so very nicely! I also noticed the garland inside and wreaths outside. The whole property was nicely kept up to shape as well, so regardless of seasonal décor, I'm sure it's a beautiful place any time of year! This property has a restaurant onsite, Spoon Bread is what it's called. They also have the Piano Lounge. The Piano Lounge has a bar, which is a nice (and clearly popular) place to hang out and meet prior to leaving the property for dinner. Also a nice place to gather for that after dinner night cap with co-workers. Sleep quality was decent. HVAC in the room was nice and quiet... the worst part of the room was the bathroom, which I hated because you can't open the door and use the shower, because the door opens into the tub. They need to replace the door with barn style or pocket doors, like other properties have. Only other issue was the valet. I tipped a dollar on one drop off one day and the valet gave it back. I've never had that happen before. So, a dollar isn't enough and you prefer nothing at all? Noted! Overall, the stay was nice, but next time I'm in town, I'll try the AC across the street - It's looked way more festive outside and it's worth a try.
