Our drinks were made just as we ordered. The baristas were welcoming and pleasant. My table was sticky so I ask for someone to wipe it down which they did in short order. My friend and I enjoyed an hour together with great coffee in an enjoyable atmosphere. read more

They don't deserve even one star. We stopped into the Starbucks on Grand for coffee after a fun morning of early morning tennis. While there, a Brinks driver parked behind our car and locked himself out of his truck, (with engine running), blocking our car so that we couldn't get out of the parking lot. After emphatic urging, the driver finally contacted Brinks and their solution to the problem was to send someone from Tri-Cities to bring a key. We waited from 9am to nearly 1pm. Starbucks, (who hires the Brinks company to pick up their $), refused to even provide my husband and I something to eat and/or drink while we had to wait for hours. read more

Great spot to stop and enjoy a cup of coffee with the sun streaming in the west side (I think that's west)--Grand Avenue side of the store. The store is on the east side of Grand. There's a decent size parking lot here and a decent size interior. There's a drive-thru if you are in a hurry. If you park so that you have to walk in front of the drive-thru, just be prepared to watch out as the cars come out of that area! I'm really enjoying the blonde espresso right now, so my Americano is rather hard to mess up, just as long as it's warm enough, which it was. Lots of options of taking a break here: comfy chairs, some interesting cushiony benches with small tables, tall tables, etc. Definitely places for people who need to study and those of us who are just hanging out enjoying a book or someone else's company. Regulars were greeted by name (I'm not a regular at this Starbucks, but it was convenient at the time). read more

I've been searching for the Starbucks on Grand Avenue for quite a few years, always assuming it was closer to downtown. This time I decided to look at the map and to my surprise I found it hanging out south of Manitou Park. This Starbucks has a drive through that is easy in easy out if you are driving north on Grand. I'm not sure how efficient it is. We were able to order quickly and our drinks arrived after a very short wait. Because I order long shots, I always expect a longer wait because a well poured long shot takes time to be perfect. This time my order was just right. You shouldn't have trouble finding a seat here except on a busy morning. read more

Disgraceful. Terrible customer service, bad business practices (sneaking in surcharges for things that were not requested), terrible management, and crappy food. This location is a prime example of why people are bailing on this company. Perhaps it's time to stop worrying about pronouns and politics, and refocus on what's left of your customer base. read more

Frustrated that this drink is basically all ice. I've only had 4 small sips. I think they need to not put so much ice in these drinks. Kind of a waste of money. read more

I've been a fan of Starbucks for a while and this specific store ruined my experience today! I ordered two Pink Guava iced teas from this location and they were super watery. I ordered mine without ice because it waters down my drinks. They must have put so much water in it because I felt like I was drinking water. I called at 8:40 AM and spoke with Sarah the manager and told her that I didn't like the way my drinks were made. She did offer to remake them but unfortunately, I didn't have my car for today that's why I got them delivered through Uber eats. I told her I would try and stop by to get them remade but it was unlikely I would be able to. I called later that day and spoke with someone and asked her if they can give me a Starbucks gift card instead so I can use that on Monday before work. She said they could so I had my husband take me over there after he picked me up from work. I went in and spoke with Kaitlin (not the manager but "the one in charge") she apparently was told by Sarah to give me one $4.00 gift card... I asked her why I was only getting 1 when I bought 2 drinks that were made really watery She wasn't very kind to me and expressed that Sarah told her I was only allowed one. I don't agree with that at all so when I told that to Kaitlin she gave me some attitude. I became very upset at that point because I paid for 2 drinks and they tasted like shit. I personally like my Starbucks in the morning for work, not during the afternoon that's why I asked for the gift card instead. I don't spend a lot of money here to get treated poorly by the manager or employees. I'm a valued customer and I deserve excellent customer service. I'm definitely not happy how they handled the situation, very poor customer service! Please don't waste your time at this location they will make you fill unimportant. read more

This is your typical Starbucks. The cashiers are always friendly. Not the cleanest Starbucks I've been to, but maybe it's more noticeable because there is excellent lighting here from all the windows on the Grand Blvd side. I come here often because it's so close to home, but it is also quiet enough to get some solid studying done. Parking is a bit limited, but they do have drive through. read more

I went into the building so I could use the restroom before ordering my drinks; however, I was disappointed to see that it was closed because of COVID-19... understandable though. I ordered an iced mocha, lemonade, and iced black tea to go. They wouldn't sell me the size tea I wanted because they didn't have the lids. When asked if I wanted sweetener added to the tea, I said I didn't know how much my wife would want so I'd just get a Splenda packet. After standing around for way longer than one would expect considering there were three or four employees and I was literally the only customer in the building, I finally received my drinks. When I asked for the Splenda the employee said they already added it. I grabbed the drinks and headed out without complaining. After getting on the road I tasted my drink and realized there was no chocolate in my mocha. Two of the three drinks were wrong and I couldn't even go back to make it right because I had to pick up my wife and son from a doctors appointment.... can't be late for that! At least my little guy loved his lemonade, made his day after having to get his four year boosters. read more

I'll preface this by saying I understand that drive thru's can get very busy, however EVERY TIME I go through this particular one I'm waiting anywhere from 10-25 min.! I mean every time. Unfortunately this is located very close to my house so I keep giving it a chance. Nope. Other Starbucks are very quick and efficient but this location seems to have an ongoing issue and the manager wants to hear nothing of it. I've asked to speak to the manager three times to bring it to her attention and I always get "she's unavailable." Then when said barista realizes that you're not happy waiting 15+ minutes for a drip coffee they start making excuses and get very rude. Not acceptable. read more

Baristas are incredibly friendly. Lots of people working on laptops there so there is good ambiance for productivity. And when I do bring in my kids the workers are always so patient and kind. read more
