All other Starbucks should be trained by this store and staff! Coffee hot flavored and perfect every time. I judge all other Starbucks by this store standards and some Starbucks need to come to this store for education and instruction! I am never disappointed at this store. Service is normally amazing, I unfortunately had a bad experience in the drive thru. Snarky remarks under the breath, rolling eyes at me and so on. I'm unsure on the workers name but, she's the only elderly one there. read more

New Clover grind & brew coffee machines make terrible coffee. Starbucks coffee went from the best to the worst overnight

Saturday morning. Ordered a Trenta pumpkin cold Brew via the mobile app at 9:11am. 9:42am I left with my drink. When customers were inquiring about their orders staff was rude. One staff member came out and made sure the whole cafe heard her say she came off her lunch early to help. She mentioned it about 3 times. Same employee made a wonderful comment after someone who had been waiting longer than me asked about her order "about it being one of the great things about working with the public" as a nurse that comment right there lost sbux a Gold member since at least 2012. When you have people walking in the door and ordering and walking right out with their order over people who have waited 40 minutes maybe you need to keep your comments to yourself. 20 people waiting in a limited space for coffee don't need to be told they are the rude ones. read more

Semi-handy off the freeway, though tucked in a corner with odd traffic patterns, and hard to get in and out of with mall traffic. Service was... distracted, I guess. Got drinks at the drive-through, and they asked "hot or iced" but when we got to the window it was wrong. The girl was friendly, but seemed distracted by what was going on inside. Also forgot to give me my card back, and I almost forgot it myself. Drinks were typical Starbucks. Weird size names (a "Tall" is very, very short...) Prices are high, as usual. Sweetie got her usual caramel macchiato. I tried a caramel frappuccino, and was disappointed. I don't know if there was too much caramel syrup, or some kind of artificial sweetener, but it tasted sour. Anyway, caffeine for the road, but nothing else to recommend it. read more

Great coffee, but busy. Doesn't this describe every Starbucks though? Ordered two drinks which were correctly made and a price of lemon loaf via mobile order. I waited around for the lemon loaf for awhile before finally walking up to the counter to inquire about it. It was then that they told me they didn't give me a piece since they were out, but then asked if I wanted anything else. Overall, an average Starbucks but could use some work on organization and communication. read more

Ordered brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and It was made wrong twice and disgusting

I've been here a few times. Service is spotty, at times good while other times really awful. The other night there were at least 6 employees working on a slow night. All the yelling and screaming between them reminded me of junior high. I can't blame the workers but rather the management for allowing this to go on. Tonight the Wifi was not working. Upon making them aware, the shift manager said it happens because "a lot of people are using it", uh. I let her know there was nobody in the store but one couple talking to each other and not using any device. She then said she and her other two workers were logged in and that contributes to the slowdown. Really? So the Wifi doesn't work because your employees are logged in? Wow, what's wrong with THIS picture! I asked later if she could just reboot the server. She said she didn't want to do something she's not suppose to. Of course, because going out of your way to provide internet service to your customers is something that may get you in trouble. Gotcha. Awful service, and of course it just happens to be the only Starbucks in the area. read more

This is a very amazing Starbucks with very respectful workers. I've had no problems occur during my time here. The bathrooms are well catered. It is a good place for working on work. They have many food options and they sell deserts! It is a good night stop for when you are tired to get that kick of energy to keep going wherever your destination is. The lobby is beautiful with paintings on the wall and gorgeous tiled floors. It's overall pleasant to be here. And they make you feel at home. I had a wonderful experience with a specific worker named Ethan who was very helpful in helping my mom make a good decision on her choice for a coffee. read more

This is the most least friendly staff of a Starbucks I have ever encountered. Coffee is always good but the employees are rude and disrespectful. There were teenage girls that came through with their parents and they asked for a coffee and didn't like it and asked them to remake it and an employee snatched the drink out of her hands and stomped to remake it. Was even cussing while remaking the drink! I've never seen an employee throw such a temper tantrum like she did. I never see a smile come from any of the employees. If you can't give customer service, then don't work for the public! read more

Starbucks does a tummy good when on the road for 3 hours.

Thus Starbucks is super fast and efficient. Their staff is very friendly and they have never messed up my order which frequently happens elsewhere. I literally drive 15 minutes out of my way to come to this Starbucks when there are others closer to me. I appreciate you guys! read more

9 out of 10 drinks is correct but when you get the 1 drink it's watered down ice mostly. There are a few staff members on top of their game here but the majority are not. Not te best consistent starbucks. read more
