Service .... what service? Ask to warm my banana nut bread.... didn't happen. Served my cold banana nut bread, waited 5 minutes.... no coffee... my wife left and came back in... still no coffee. When you pay "Starbucks" higher than needed prices.... you expect some kind of customer service.... Dunkin' makes some fantastic coffee at a much more normal price. read more

Quick moment to say thank you to the Starbucks partners at Bay Pines! This location is more reliable for friendly service than any other Starbucks I have ever been to...like seriously. This was my favorite Starbucks to "work from" back in dinosaur days, when that was a thing. It's spacious and has a high top which is perfect if you are a stand-up worker like me! I am grateful that they are up and running full time again through drive thru. If you have tried going here lately you'll notice they have been closed intermittently. I recommend checking the app to see if they are serving. They also have added a banner out front which has been greatly helpful! read more

This Starbucks is great because it's across from Walmart! And Bay Pines veterans Center, There is a drive Thru and plenty of parking! Everyone is so friendly here! The only downside is that they are limited on staff and have been closing at 3pm, So after work I have to drive to another location, but that's ok.They always greet me and my drinks come out perfect everytime! My favorite drink is the Iced venti sweet cream cold brew and and extra shot of espresso! So weather you're going to Walmart and need a pick me up or just going to store or to the beach! Don't forget to stop by and grab your coffee and a pastry Parking is very easy to get in and out too! Also they have free wifi if you have some extra work to do! They also have breakfast sandy and cake pops.As well as lunch sandwiches and juices for kids,Also for Valentine's Day stop by and get a pink iced drink. read more

I actually drive past two other Starbucks locations to go to this one now. My previous favorite location was the one on Park, but they closed back in May and I've not been happy with the service or drink consistency at the other local Starbucks. But when I come to this location, the employees are always really friendly and just seem like they are genuinely happy to be there. My cold brew drink is consistently made well where at other locations it's either all coffee or all cream. There are usually a few cars in line but there's plenty of room in the drive thru line and it moves pretty fast. Keep up the good work! read more

Speedy service, nice and spacious than most area Starbucks...both outside and inside seating...The are plenty of tables where you can get setup and browse the web...you can really work here or study because it is very quite at this location. This location is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a starbucks. There was a disrespectful employee that addressed my family and I very rudely on mother's day at that. We had placed online orders to redeem the BOGO promotion and knew that the locations may be busy considering the holiday. However when we waited for over half an hour we asked the employee how much longer it was going to be as we were watching people come in order and get their drinks right away at this point. It was at this point the employee kept telling us to be patient as they were behind and when I attempted to ask why we were being skipped when our order eta had long went over she kept talking over me. These employees have no respect for their customers and I will not be returning to this location. They were not busy inside or in the drive thru so the fact that we were just waiting inside for this long and then when we ask for an eta we were spoken to very rudely which is inappropriate for customer service. This location could definitely use an employee clean out to ensure the hiring of quality employees moving forward. If 0 stars were an option for the neglect of quality customer service I would have chose that over 1. read more

This has become my new commute Starbucks. The drive-thru is efficient and easy to navigate. Online orders are fast and accurate. My cappuccino is consistently good. I rarely go inside these days, but they do a good job keeping things clean and following COVID protocols, including masks. Can't ask for much more. read more

This is one of the better and most consistent locations in my area. Super friendly, quick when they have the staff (like all businesses now), and despite starbucks raising their prices its still a good option on the go because of location and because its consistent its worth giving this location the business (and tips). Never had any issues. In fact when my car died in the drive thru a employee helped me push it out So thats a win for me, going beyond customer service in my book. read more

I will literally drive way out of my way for this Starbucks. Most Starbucks I go to are very inconsistent and the Frappuccinos are very thin/ melted/ etc. THIS place is ALWAYS on point. I have never had a bad drink come out of that building. I always order to go because this is on my route to work and it is ALWAYS ready for me. The staff is always super friendly and kind. I absolutely love love love this Starbucks. The staff and drinks are high quality. It's always clean. Love it. I LOVE the morning baristas here. My order is always perfect and they're so sweet. My drink order is a little complicated and probably annoying but they never make it seem like a chore. I actually pass two other Starbucks just to get my order from these ladies. Even if I do Uber delivery, I still request this location because they're so awesome! 5/5 stars for amazing service -- I used the drive thru twice while in town and both times the person who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a couple questions regarding my coffee and the guy taking my order was helpful and patient. Once I got to the window, I was greeted by a woman who was also very friendly, asked how my day had been going, and if I had any fun weekend plans. It's the little things that make an experience memorable/positive, like just asking someone how their day was. I truly appreciate good customer service, so thank you Starbucks for showing a great example of that. read more

I want to first start off day that this store and the employees there are very revolting. The bathrooms were dirty, the bar was super messy and I being the customer seeing that makes me not want to go there ever. I have went there only one time and will never go again due to the fact that there are very rude and unprofessional employees there. This one employee made a huge big deal behind my back and a friend behind our backs. This employee name is Xander. He has had made various accusations about me and my friend having a fetish with transgenders. First off that is very untrue and that we had no idea this employee was transgender. He should be employed at this store or any Starbucks. He has been so rude at the times when me and my friend was there. Aside from that the store was very comfortable to do some studying but besides that Xander should not ever be employed at any Starbucks. He has worked at the Tyrone Starbucks and had accused everyone at the Tyrone store that they were out to get him. I hope someone sees this and have a talk with this person. WARNING!!!!! Age discrimination at it's finest! I walked inside and ordered a frappuccino. I stood at the pick up area for five minutes when a 20-something walked in, ordered and was given her coffee while I stood there still waiting for mine to be made. Her comment to me "I have to be at work in two minutes!" NO comment from the barrista thanking me for waiting. NO comment from the barrista asking was it okay to push me to the back of the line because a cute 20-something needs her coffee quickly - NO excuse, NO apologies. I won't be back and I WILL tell all MY NON-20 something friends to boycott. read more
