This 'bucks is more efficient than others even though it's busy being right off the Interstate. I will venture to guess that one reason is that the workers were all adults. Not that teens aren't the best service workers, but some just aren't suited to social interaction, and if you put them together in a team, that seems to multiply their anxieties and inefficacy. Such wasn't the case here and I got my order accurately and pretty quickly. I'm sad they didn't bring back the eggnog latte, but the helpful fellow taking my order commiserated. It felt good to hear him imply he had worked there more than a year. The one thing I really don't like about Starbucks is the amount of unrecyclable waste they generate, if I'm going to sit down and drink my coffee I do wish they would serve it up in an actual ceramic or glass coffee cup. read more

There are only 2 Starbucks locations that are a reasonable driving distance from me, and this is the only one of the two that is in its own building. The have a drive-thru and a nice sized seating area. When I came in I needed to use a restroom, both are gender neutral as well as handicap accessible and the one I used was clean. Cleanliness was a little less than desirable near the trash however, as it was pretty full and at least one piece was on the floor. All three employees I saw were busy so I am not convinced it was being ignored out of laziness, but out of having lots to do and not noticing yet. Everything else seemed clean though, including the tables I was close enough to observe. The cups were well organized and snacks/bottled drinks were well stocked near the cash register. I got my standard chai tea and it was what I've come to expect from a Starbucks. Also don't forget to use your rewards app. Overall, a pretty average experience at Starbucks, not perfect but the drinks are good. read more

Honestly they've only got my order right 1 time ever since I started coming. I asked for a vt vanilla bean frap with mocha&caramel drizzle in the cup + cookie crumbs. This new (2021) Starbucks serves quality food and beverages. I'm there often and some of the staff greets me by name. I find them friendly and efficient. Nice building with a comfortable seating area. It is easy to get in and out from the highway. The see-through fireplace is cool. This is the second time I have gone there and yes it's a new location but has now been open a few months. It's right down the road from me so I was really looking forward too it. They make horrible coffee. I would go a bit further in town to get a better coffee at a different Starbucks location in Saint Joseph, MI. When I went the 2nd time to the location in Stevensville (first time drive-thru), the place was filthy! Literally flies everywhere! Tables and chairs had not been cleaned and the flies were flying around the counter where the food is displayed - yes the food is in the glass display but flies were all over, even the ceiling! I will never to go this location again! Beautiful building, nice location, close to home, but that does not make up that they do not know how to make the Starbucks coffee and the place was filthy. Coffee is not cheap and I am very disappointed! read more

Overall bad experience every time I go there so I've stopped going. The older barista named Gary (gray hair) is mean and seems angry all the time. They don't know how to make the drinks correctly. Service absolutely sucks, be prepared to wait over 20 minutes for a drink that doesn't even taste right. Employees just don't seem to care. This is the job they choose, if they're not happy they should work somewhere else. Wish this Starbucks was actually decent, but it's not. read more

Products and drinks were great as always but the person who took our order was getting upset that he couldn't hear us and then he handed us the wrong order and got upset that we wanted to receive what we asked for and then had an attitude when we asked him to please fix our order and we added 4 things to a drink and he had an attitude about it. read more

RUDE! I went there this afternoon and the girl at the window didn't even acknowledge me, I greeted her and she completely ignored me and just put her hand out for my payment. She never told me my total. When giving drinks back she didn't say which was which, and ALL Starbucks do that. She had such an attitude for no reason. Legitimately didn't say a single word to us, usually local Starbucks have amazing service and great people. Customer service was awful. Would not recommend!!! read more
