Came in with my wife for 2 cups of coffee and a bag of beans. Time was just after 5 pm on Sunday. The person behind the counter refused to accept a hundred dollar bill, saying she does not have change. I only had hundred dollar bills. We had no choice but to leave. I felt very sad and somewhat humiliated. Com'on people, you've been open all day, you suppose to have enough change. On top of that the place is filthy, the counter was very dirty and disgusting. I took my 2 daughters to Starbucks in Stroudsburg today and of course because of COVID-19 they were doing their part and wearing mask as should everyone else, as they were walking in there were 2 guys walking ahead of them with no masks on while everyone else was and should, one of my daughters made a comment about it and was told that they would have to step back outside because they were supposedly up to capacity, but they let the 2 guys that had no respect for anyone else's health go in and order, oh did I mention that my daughters are Hispanic and the 2 guys were White! Would have given more stars but the staff for the most part are rude and look miserable. The barista named Christian is the worst. Rude, sarcastic and always bad mouths his job. When he's there I ask for someone else or I leave. First interaction with him, he questioned why I was getting a refresher because it's a summer drink and it was fall. Just like any other Starbucks that you've been to. The staff is fast and friendly, the place is clean, the coffee is consistent. Street parking is plentiful and there is also a lot in back. Get your fix here, but do support your local businesses when you can. read more

Whoa this Starbucks is pretty big, and well situated right on Main street. Easy parking great coffee, and the perfect airconditioned spot for a break from motorcycling the back roads of the Poconos. Perfect rest stop!!!! read more

The Starbucks here is pretty standard, but can get busy on some days. The restrooms are clean ad the staff is friendly and efficient. I've made the walk from here from ESU plenty of time and haven't regretted it once. read more

This Starbucks is super cute, located in the heart of Stroudsburg which is one of my favorite little towns. Great open layout and very clean. Sometimes the line gets backed up, but that can be the case with most Starbucks. I think the difference here is that you expect crowds to occur during time frames, and anytime I come here there is usually a line, regardless of the time. Maybe people really like this location. It's a nice place to come and work, plenty of seating. Location makes it worth the visit for me. Wish they had more comfortable seating though... read more

Terrible customer service. No one says thank you and I stood alone at the counter for several minutes while the coffee dude refills the machine. Although he told me it'd be a minute, there was no mention of the wait when he asked me what he could get me. This is across the board, and has steadily declined. Only had one of my drinks from my mobile order ready after I ordered and showed up 20 minutes after ordering. I waited a while to see if the other one would come up. It was just a hot tea with honey and sugar in the raw. So about 10 minutes I asked about my drink and they asked me what size and what drink. I let them know and they gave me the hot tea very quickly making it on the spot. With no sleeve on the cup. If you've ever had a hot tea from Starbucks it's hot af. Probably too hot to drink immediately. Not only that but it didn't have any of my add ons in it. It wasn't too busy either. Maybe im just upset because im sick and not feeling well but for the price of these drinks I should be able to get what I want in it. read more

I go to this Starbucks at least 2 times a week. Its usually pretty good. Went in this morning on my way to work and keep in mind that I work down in the Bethlehem area. No one in the store but me and 2 others that were sitting down drinking coffee. I go up and place my order ( Venti PSL hot). They make my drink and hand it to me. I proceed outside thinking nothing was wrong. I get to my vehicle and start proceeding to work. I get to the red light to take a sip and realize this feels kind of light. I open it up and it's half full. Hmmmmm. I drive around the corner and go back in. Still there's no one in the store. I tell him it's half full and he apologizes and starts to make another one or at least I think. He takes my drink from me and adds just frothed milk to it with some nutmeg seasoning. I'm in a hurry so I just say thank you and leave figuring it would taste ok. Well I was wrong. It tastes like hot milk with nutmeg. Disgusting. How the hell can you mess this up with no in in the store. $5.57 for hot milk. read more
