I got my usual latte but of course that's a Starbucks product - I shouldn't expect it to taste the same. It didn't. If I go to again, I'll have to change my latte order from coconut milk to be made with Dutch Brothers' customer favorite alternative to dairy milk. Whether almond, soy or oat. Coffee is too sweet and not worth your money. It seems to appeal more to kids wanting sugary coffee, not high quality or enjoyable unless you want a cavity. I'd rather support a local coffee shop and get a latte or mocha that actually has a good flavor! read more

We love the Sutherlin Dutch Bros because of their amazing staff! One stands out to us, a young man named Matt. He is always so sweet and friendly. Makes great drinks! He's quick and is quite the multitasker. He remembers our orders and gets them perfect time after time. My husband enjoys going with me, he says Matt just makes your heart feel good when you pull away. We love you Dutch Bros! The employees are always so friendly when we come here, and we never have any issues with our orders. When we moved to the area, we were not familiar with their menu, but with a few recommendations and a little 411 about the app, we are becoming regulars. I've already earned a couple free drinks and my favorite thing about this place is the fact I can order my toddler a "not-so-hot" chocolate milk. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros and as someone from the east coast it had its legend built up for me. I was excited to try it and honestly i was not disappointed! Jerrica is such a sweetheart! I wanted to try something new and am not too familiar with DBs menu. She provided some recommendations, went with the 9-1-1. We were holding up the line and it backed up a few cars and she got yelled at as we didn't move the line up. I was exhausted and needed a pick me up. I stopped at this Dutch Bros to grab some much needed caffeine. I pulled up to the drive thru with two cars ahead of me, which immediately became one car. I then proceeded to wait ten minutes, watching only one drink be made and handed out. Exasperated, I finally left the line with no coffee. What made it even more frustrating was seeing two employees working. It was so frustrating that it pulled a former Yelp Elite member out of a hiatus. So I've been here several times throughout Oregon and Washington and I have to say that they literally have the best hot chocolate around. That would include California Oregon and Washington and that would be under the condition of using a drive up window coffee place. I like the variety that they also have ice drinks and mixed drinks meaning slushy type drinks. My kids like to seasonal drinks and my husband doesn't really care for the coffee. My best friend and I were driving down to California and stopped here for a late night pick-me-up (driving since 10 PM) it was 3:30AM at this point, we had the cheeriest and absolutely friendliest barista, he made our experience GREAT. Wow, talk about an experience. Visited some friends in Oregon and always love going to Dutch Bros, it really is the best. This last weekend tho made our road trip so much more memorable. Hunter was the man, he told me about all the sugar free options they have now and helped me make a BOMB cold brew drink. Everyone here was so fun and friendly and really made our day. Like I said I love going to Dutch Bros to begin with but this location really went the extra mile and made us all feel special. Dutch Bros is a MUST! Their White Chocolate Annihilator is my usual order, and it's good both iced and hot. Temperature of the drink depends on the temperature outside. The staff here is nice. The guy who took my order chatted me up about LA while I waited for my coffee. It was nice. They were efficient with taking my order and taking my credit card. This particular location is right off the 5 freeway on the North bound side, so if you're passing through Sutherlin then I suggest making a stop. You won't regret it. read more

Happiness comes in many forms, but road trips are one of my favorites. Especially if the traffic is light, the roads are good and the conversation is interesting. Driving to Southern Oregon is usually a delight and reminds me that this state is an amazing place to call home. And not just my beloved Portland, but the land farther south filled with lush valleys, snow capped mountains and roaring rivers. But it is a long drive and so finding a Dutch Bros. in Sutherlin was a welcome sight. I tried to stop at the location in Grants Pass, but the lines were too long. I've not had Dutch Bros before, and I'm glad to say that my first experience was amazing! I pulled up after driving for 18.5 hours from Southern California and needed a pick me up. Joey, recommended a fantastic hot beverage and a smile to light a room. With a friendly personality and a "on the house" drink for being a newbie to the chain, I will definitely be back for another coffee whenever in the area! This location is conveniently located just off the 5 freeway in Sutherlin, OR. The local scenery is breath taking, and no I don't just mean the sweet guy with the great coffee recommendations! ;-) Give it a shot, you won't regret it! I just had the best experience, at this location specifically! Like good enough to think about getting on yelp and writing a review! I'm from San Diego, driving up to Stevenson, WA. Currently on my 3rd day of driving/towing a 50 ft trailer, I really needed a coffee! The most amazing barista took my order and after some small talk and finding out where I was from, he filled up a stamp card for me and wished me luck. Of course, I missed his name but definitely the best start to the last leg of this 1,175 mile drive! Thank you! I go here religiously and lately there is different staff which is fine but I have gotten a few times even today to where I pay and the give change and immediately turn there back to the window and joke with other staff. Just kind of not great manners. Last few times I tipped they don't even acknowledge it. Quality has been less lately. Not impressed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. How disappointing. If Travis Boersma knew how horrible our experience was I know he would make this right at this stand. This was the worst coffee I have had since the 80's when drinking coffee at Denney's. At 6pm on the 26th of December after a rough day of travel we needed caffeine. Thinking we'd hit up a McDonald's, we saw the sign for good old Dutch Bros. My 12oz breve tasted like someone started to put sweetener or syrup in it and then dumped it out but used the same cup. I do not like sweet coffee drinks. What's worse is a coffee drink that sorta has that sweet taste but you really don't know where it came from. It was lukewarm and to top that off I had fine espresso grounds at the bottom. I have never had that with any Dutch Bros. coffee before. My husband had his usual Vanilla Latte which wasn't sweet at all. Please Travis....have a talk with these folks and teach them the ways of Dutch Bros.! read more

As former Grants Pass residents, we know Dutch Bros. well. Driving home in the dark while weary from the holidays, we were thinking about going to McDonald's for coffee when we saw the Dutch Bros. billboard. Decision made. Unfortunately, after a long wait at 6pm at night, after getting back on I-5 we discovered that our drinks were not so good. My vanilla latte, while nice and hot, had no trace of vanilla or sweetness, and didn't taste good. My wife's breve "double shot" was lukewarm, didn't taste good, and had coffee grounds in it. The person who took our order was extremely nice, though. Extremely disappointed. read more
