Terrible. Mobile order is a nightmare. They mark items as complete regardless of when they actually start to make it. Manager is too busy walking around and hanging out in the lobby then actually managing the lines, mobile order issues, and upset customers. The location of this Starbucks is super convenient for me and my many coworkers who work at Marina Heights... and the drinks are consistent (as you would expect from any Starbucks)! Baristas are overworked at times, yet still friendly. And, on that note, it can be super busy at certain times in the morning... but I'm not one to knock a place for having a lot of customers, especially when they are fully staffed and still have those long lines. The lines could be, in part, due to the fact that they do not allow you to order ahead with your app... so if you don't like lines, then head down to the next closest location. If this store ever adds the ability to order ahead with your app... or the ability to redeem your rewards (for free drinks, etc.), then it would earn the fifth star. I went to this location because I was in the area... and let just say I won't be returning... this is the most dry, hard, nasty oatmeal I've ever had in my life. With as much traffic that comes through this place in the mornings, the crew is surprising quick to get our order ready. They have not messed my prefer up once and are always friendly. The fact it's housed within Marina Heights is great for accessibility to employees there but the dining area space is a little cramped. This being the only coffee shop on the Marina Heights campus results in a lot of foot traffic for this small shop. Even during the busiest times, the staff remains poised and professional. Love coming here for a quick afternoon pick me up or morning coffee. I work at Sun Devil Stadium so the walk or golf cart ride over is quick and easy. I definitely prefer popping over here over going to the Starbucks on campus. Great size and selection of merchandise as well. read more

It's nice to have a Starbucks at work but this particular one has pretty slow service. Frequently more than 15 minutes is spent to order and get your items. 10 minutes are spent on the line alone which is always wrapped around. I understand that it is really busy but there is lack of efficiencies. For example, one person should not have to get all the coffee drinks themselves. Have two people at the coffee station and one person for the cold drinks. Also would be nice to have more than one cashier. The staff are really nice but there is also a lack a sense of urgency there which is frustrating when you are late from break. read more

I recognize that drinks will be wrong sometimes and that's okay. However I consistently have problems with this starbucks location making the drink I ordered incorrectly. I think it's because this particular location has a ton of turn over in staff, and it's hard for them to keep up with the demand of the workforce with this location being so small. I'm not usually one to even leave reviews but I'm bothered by the fact that if you search this Starbucks online it says opened until 330. I have a broken leg and legit walked a long distance just for some coffee. I get it's more of a personal problem that my leg is broken but it was a painful walk that I put work into just so that I can get a drink here because I work 10-13 hour shifts. I really wish the information on the site was more accurate this alone made my experience for this particular Starbucks very displeasing. read more

I came into this Starbucks as i do everyday, i always purchase a large coffee or two & ask for a large water. This time i came in i asked for two coffees I forgot to ask for two cups of water with the drinks I purchased, when i realized i then asked the barista that gave me my two drinks if i could please have two large waters the barista then gave me two smalls and i asked if they had large, the barista,who looked like the manager then stated "we normally take water orders at the front counter because we charge you for water" i then told her I'm sorry i never knew that and I've also never been charged for a large water. I then thanked her for the water and she rudely just walked away to the back room. I don't feel this is exceptional customer service and it should not be a problem to provide a customer who is a regular and rewards member water! read more
