My husband and I needed some caffeine after arriving in town on an early morning flight from the east coast with a 1 and a four year old. This place was close by and offered drive-thru. They have a lot of great options and soooo many syrup flavors. My husband got an iced latte and I got the same but added the tart cherry syrup. I think it was the best cherry latte I've had! Darn so disappointing to pay almost $7 for a coffee you don't like. I specifically asked for sauce instead of syrup and she said yes. I also asked for an add shot. The drink is not good. She gave me an extra large stray for my medium drink. I tried to slightly honk and she ran in before I could even blink. Nothing did it one last time ignored. Horrible experience. And now I'm out $7 with a coffee I don't even want to drink. And the service was bad. I want at 815am 03/31/2026. Get another job if you don't love it, I was kind no need to get annoyed that someone is particular about sauce over syrup when spending their hard worked dollars for a coffee. Stopping off today for a quick morning coffee, I was surprised to see no line. I quickly ordered a maple bourbon cold brew and zoomed off for a busy day. Sugary sweet, a little smoky in smell, and most importantly: caffeinated. Scooter's helped keep my energy levels high from 8AM- 1PM. Thumbs up! This drink of theirs was much better than the last drink I had at Scooter's so I'm glad I gave them another try. While still not a coffee spot of choice for me, I appreciate that it's in a great location. Service was curt and speedy. No complaints! read more

I honestly used to love this place and used to come here about four days a week. I was a loyal customer and I was actually getting ready to contact them to see if I could tag them in videos I've been making with my dog and their pup cups however after coming to their store this morning and being told that it would be $1.80 for white ice on my cold brew, I will not be coming to the store again. Apparently new ownership has decided that that they are going to change the prices. or maybe the up charge included the two pup cups I'm not sure but I will not be back ever again. which is a shame because like I said, it's literally 5 minutes from my house. read more

The WORST customer service/food experiences that I have had. I ordered a coffee this morning and the milk was spoiled/separating (even before the ice melted). I was running late for a hike, didn't get to enjoy my drink, and returned to the store afterward. I asked if they could remake it or if I could get refunded. The lady who I spoke to was incredibly rude, demeaning, and obviously lying about her position. I told her my concerns, asked if she could remake the drink or just refund the purchase since I wasn't able to drink it, then asked her to print off my receipt. Initially she said she couldn't. I told her I own a few franchises myself and knew that you could. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and she said it was her. I then asked to speak to the franchise owner and she said she was out. She told me "because you left and that's how our milk is, I won't give you a refund or remake the drink for you without charging you again". I asked politely for her name and then she told me "one minute", after I asked for the receipt again. She started working on it and once she printed off the receipt, I told her "thank you, what was your name again?" And she said I don't have to tell you that and slammed the window closed. I can understand if I was being unreasonable or requesting this franchise to do something unreasonable but that was not the case. This is the most disrespectful interactions I've had with a staff member over something they were in the wrong/responsible for. Even though she didn't tell me her name- like everyone knows, it's printed on the receipt. In addition to the low quality and EXPIRED drink that I paid for and don't get to drink, not in a million years would I want someone like that working for me or representing my business. I left the coffee on the window seal for her to throw away since she didn't plan on opening the window again. Please do not entertain this scooters coffee shop in Phoenix. read more

The drinks didn't really stand out. I prefer other coffee shops. The girl was friendly but she didn't understand what paying part cash and part card meant and we didn't realize it until we were already on the road. She said yes we could pay part cash and card, so we handed cash first and then pulled out our card. Only the card was printed on the receipt, no cash deduction which means the cash was kept for herself or put towards the tip jar. Either way we won't be back. read more

I'm a huge Scooters fan, it's the only coffee place I go to. I go to this Scooter's location frequently during the week. The discount for students is so helpful. I love the cold brew w/ cream -- I usually get carmelicious or mocha. I also love an iced latte w/ mocha and coconut. The pumpkin spice latte's are the best when they have it in. The location is really convenient for me and the barista's are always so friendly and good customer service. read more

T R A S H !!!! Absolute dumpster fire of a location. They are always out of something every single day. They are never open on time. Whenever I get there in the morning (as per opening location hours) and cars are waiting in line - the baristas still have the store closed but sit there taking photos of their coffee.
