I decided to have a light lunch at this location on a moderately busy Saturday. I got a bacon, sausage and egg wrap, a slice of lemon pound cake, and their new horchata frappucino. The wraps and sandwiches are not made there, and they are microwaved, but having said that it was a decent wrap. Maybe a little light on sausage but the outside was more crisp than I expected. The lemon pound cake is very good, a nice treat to go with your coffee. I usually get a mocha frappucino but the horchata one is just as good and a nice new flavor. The coffee makes the horchata taste somewhat close to the mocha, but there's a noticeable difference. Service was friendly and prompt. The interior is quite nice. Some of the places in the Panther Creek Shopping Center have a bit of a tired look, but this place fits the area vibe without being shabby. Nice outside seating under the trees. The restrooms were clean and ready. Two identical all-gender restrooms, no gender based waiting. There is a long statement on them about being for customers only, stemming from a lawsuit from several years ago. The tables are comfortable, though I only saw a couple with outlets so there could be competition. It's a Starbucks, and it's fine. read more

I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink. The old man at the counter i believe is racist. I had a Mobil order i submitted before there was anyone in the store but ignored it and serviced all the white peoples names Mobil orders and the people that came in the cafe which by the way were only 2 people that came after me and got their order first. I have an Asian name in real life and I came in and was the only person to sit down and wait while he was talking to the customer and not even working. The service is always friendly. There is typically several tables filled with local regulars in the morning enjoying their coffee and a chat. One of my morning go to's is a bagel with coffee. The coffee can sometimes have a bitter taste and the bagels aren't made in house, so they aren't as fresh tasting as other local bagel spots, but if you're in a hurry and place a mobile order in advance they will have you taken care of when you arrive. read more

I ordered a white chocolate mocha. This is what I got. It's literally filled 60% of the way. This Starbucks is inconsistent which is disappointing cause the workers are so sweet but they rip you off when it comes to filling up your drink. One of my favorite Starbucks locations. They always get my drink right and even when it's busy they are hustling to get things done quick. Props to when they corrected the mistake of another location without hesitation! I got a drink at different location and they botched it. So I immediately drove over to Panther creek, explained what happened (I mean it was a $6 drink! I wasn't about to let me coffee go to waste). This was my first and last time at this Starbucks. I used the mobile app tonight to place an order for an iced coffee, which is usually proceeded by a seamless pick up at the nearby Starbucks. Once in awhile, baristas get the order wrong and I get that mistakes can happen. This time, it was a request for no ice and when I saw the cup filled with it, I asked the nearby barista if she wouldn't mind remaking it. She did, but then she used the wrong milk. When I pointed this out to her, she flew into a huff. She angrily yanked a new cup out of the storage cuff and a bunch of other cups went flying onto the floor. Afterwards, she slammed the soy milk onto the counter in clear expression of her annoyance. Last but not least, she gave me a cup that was three-quarters filled and grumbled by way of explanation, "That's the last of the iced coffee." Look, I get that things get busy and things go awry; I'm not going to be irate over the small things. But if the barista kept misreading the order, I don't think it was necessary to take it out on the customer for merely pointing it out. I wasn't rude about it and even smiled at her in hopes that it would dispel some of that misplaced anger. Unfortunately, I got a teenage temper tantrum in return and that most definitely wasn't part of the order. I'm still a fan of the franchise, but this was a sour enough experience that I'd be willing to travel an extra ten minutes to a further location. read more

They are definitely a friendly bunch here! They make our drinks great too! This location is very much practicing good health and safety measures by having tables set up between the "barista bar" and the rest of the store. Want to sit and have your drink? No problem! They have tables set up outside for that. This location is part of a major parking lot with other businesses so you should definitely have a space to park. I get my morning coffee here about three times a week and it is almost always the same guy at the register. He might be my favorite Starbucks employee across any location! He is always super friendly and very quick and if I ever have a question about any of the coffees he has been extremely knowledgeable. The location itself is busy but not overly busy there's always an available seat inside as well as outside. I highly recommend this location, mainly because of the personnel. read more

I've usually had good experiences here, but today I have a complaint about one employee in particular. A 20-something-year-old barista named Ashley was extremely rude. She was not busy when I was trying to order but I had to wait regardless, there was no greeting or friendliness on initial interaction, and as I tried to order my first item she literally walked away to do other things while I was talking to her. I am deeply disappointed in Starbucks in general for their no gender bathroom policy. I tried to use the bathroom at this particular Starbucks, and I guess I picked the wrong door. It was not locked and as I opened the door, a young girl was coming out. It was very embarrassing. I apologized and went to the other bathroom. That bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was paper all over the floor and a toilet seat paper still in place on the toilet. Because of their new policy, and this incident, I will not be going to Starbucks again. The staff is mostly friendly and the drinks taste good. However, I noticed that some employees here sometimes seem to cheat and try charging you more, for example, they may charge you for grande and still give you tall. When you tell them about the mistake like when they had charged for an item that you asked to be a reward or a refill, they may reload back on the card only part of the money. read more

I love Starbuck's coffee but I buy it to make at home; however, I go daily to the Panther Creek Starbuck's location primarily for the staff. I can't express enough how amazing the staff are!
