After coming a third and fourth time I've noticed the staff is kinda rude. Weird vibes. Everything else is good. Lots of seats and pretty decent coffee.

I was looking for a cafe to fo some work before my meetings and found 1st Cup! Awesome location, plenty of parking. So much room to lay out my laptop and jump on some meetings. The service was super friendly and they have some exciting lattes!! I'll be back for sure!

Love the vibe here, really cozy seating and great place to catch up with friends. The two times I've come here though were to study and outlets were either limited or far away from spots I wanted to sit. If you can get one of the few side tables it's great for studying though. The baristas are very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations on what to order. The first time I went I got a banana latte which had a deep and strong roast flavor! Definitely kept me awake while studying. The second time I got an iced chai which was very spicy and had strong cinnamon flavor! I prefer a strong chai flavor so this was very different and much appreciated from regular milky chais.

First time visiting here and loved it!! It's such a cute and spacious spot, great to study or hang out. It's right off the freeway with plenty of parking so easy stop on the way to work. I got a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte and it was only $4.90 for a medium (16oz)!! I added cold foam for $1. It was very good, not too sweet. I also got a croissant which was delicious. They have different pastries and food items like bagel sandwiches as well. Service was very friendly and quick. Would come back for sure

This was my first time at this cafe, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, and they served up one of the best lattes I've had. I didn't try any food, but they do have a menu available. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated and relaxing, with just the right balance of laid-back background music and the soothing sounds of the baristas at work. It's spotless inside, and I loved the humor right at the door with a sign warning parents to keep their kids close or they'll be sent back jacked up on espresso ‼The amenities here are unmatched. There's ample seating inside and out, including a terrace, a fire pit (with wheelchair access), an herb garden, a kid's play area, and even a tiny dog park complete with poop bags. They also have at least three private meeting rooms available to reserve (though I'm not sure if there's a fee).As a late-night coffee lover, finding a high-quality spot with late hours is a game-changer. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town!

I ordered with a friend here and I will definitely be coming back by myself to try a few other drinks. The ube shaken expresso was point! It was beautiful to look at and so tasty I felt the caffeine high all day from this. I can't wait to also buy their coffee beans.

Lavender Iced Matcha Latte was amazing and the cream cheese danish was simply divine!!!

Passed by this cute coffee shop and it was a very nice surprise, great coffee and atmosphere!!! Will be back!!!

Tucked behind I-45, this spot is not at all what I expected. Likely a former residential home, or really unique commercial development, the exterior would lead one to believe that they're not in for much...but they are. Expertly punctuated with a variety of textiles, the interior is expansive and bright. Everywhere you turn there's a door leading to somewhere, and many spaces are available for office rental. At 2pm on a Monday, this spot was near full! Neither the coffee nor the customer service were the highlight of my experience, but I can't judge if that's typical from one visit alone. I'm certainly excited to try them again on a sunny day. I'm looking forward to getting some work done while bathed in the sunshine provided by their floor to ceiling windows.

Wow! I was looking for a new study spot and saw this one was right off 45 which is super convenient and i'm glad i stopped by. The service was friendly, they gave me some recommendations for my first time (I went for their seasoning Blueberry lemon refresher, yum!) and they have a variety of snacks and pastries which is also convenient. They're open pretty late for a typical coffee shop which I love! The environment is super chill, the decor makes you feel right at home. Outside they have a bonfire seating area along with other tables, what I enjoyed the most was the dog friendly area. They also have a mini play area for kids which overall makes it a very family friendly place. I look forward to keeping this place in my rotation and can't wait to try more of their drinks!

If this place seems familiar, it's because it used to be Hebrews Coffee. We were glad to see another coffee shop took its place because the location is cute and parking is readily available! There were a bunch of tables available for us to choose from on a weekend afternoon too. I will say, the coffee is fine- we got a regular latte and a white chocolate mocha and the temperature and consistency were good but the coffee itself was nothing to write home about. Still, cute spot to hang and get some work done.

Came here to get some work done and I was stunned by how spacious this place was! The conference rooms, couches, and backyard area were quite nice. I ordered a cappuccino with peppermint syrup and it was delicious. The espresso was pulled nicely and the peppermint complemented it beautifully. WiFi was very reliable!

I do not like most mushrooms and didnt know this before coming but I still liked the coffee, as it seemed a little less heavy than traditional coffee for some reason. They have a decent food selection consisting of pastries and house-made latin/american dishes ranging from homemade chips and guacamole to Chilequiles. Note that all food is either vegetarian or vegan. The theme of the place is artisenal Latin/Mexican. If you dine in, you will receive your cold drink in a tall ceramic mug/cup most likely in an Aztec/Mexican style, while the hot drinks will be served in a mug and the food is served on festive plates. They play light Latin music in the background. They don't really advertise their syrups if you come in for an iced latte like me, but basically any of their artisanal coffees can be made iced or cold and you can choose from any of those ingredients/syrups in those choices to flavor your own custom latte. I also added a slice of banana bread from the pastry case adjacent to the register. The alchemist - a pretty light tasting latte with obvious notes of cinnamon. I liked it. Banana bread - more like a triple slice of bread. Its gluten free and very dense. A little on the dry side, obviously. Overall, I can see why they're highly rated. A must visit if you want to try some of the best coffee woodlands has to offer.

However, it is obvious that the person that started Barbarossa has a great vision, and we have been going since they were just about to open their second shop. The owner provides above average products yet sadly it is almost always ruined by the incompetence of the hired staff. So I will be sharing my experience today, as well as the pattern of the most baffling interactions I have had over the last year. Today, my partner ordered the breakfast bagel (this comes with avocado), I ordered a croissant with only eggs over hard (this doesn't come with avocado according to their menu). Also it is necessary to ask for eggs over hard otherwise the egg whites will be oozing off your croissant. And I mean this with full disrespect because while cooking is a skill that requires development. How. On. Earth. Do you serve someone a raw egg? It is clearly visible, you don't need a food thermometer, it might literally be the simplest thing to cook. You can practice at home for next to nothing! When you ask for eggs for hard here, they will be close to over medium if you're lucky. Today, since they put avocado on my partners bagel I guess they decided to just add it to mine because why not? Well why not is because it's not on the menu, and I did not ask for it and I'm paying for the item I asked for. Not your random remix. Additionally, every time I order, I make sure to specify I want my matcha UNSWEET. Every time they say "ma'am it doesn't come with sweetner" and I hold my tongue because I know well enough if I don't say that, they add SWEETNER. And since my husband ordered this morning and didn't say unsweet, my Matcha ended up sweet. Once? Fine. Twice? Everyone makes mistakes. It's a drink idc. But every single time unless the customer specifies? Are these people being trained? Do they have the capacity to be trained? And sure you might be thinking wow that's harsh. So I shall share a previous experience. I wanted to purchase a lanyard, we all know a lanyard is about 20 inches long right? Well I asked to buy a lanyard in the drive thru, I was told they didn't sell lanyards, not that they were out of stock. No according to this employee they don't sell them, never have. Mind you I had just seen it in the store a few days earlier. I'm not one to argue so I acted as if it were my mistake. A few days later I stopped inside to see if they had any left in store. They had several, I took it to the register and asked to purchase the lanyard. She said "you mean our dog leashes!" ........... I thought she was pulling a little joke. She wasn't. I'm sorry have you seen someone walk a dog? Have you ever seen a dog leash shorter than 2 feet? Have you ever seen a dog? She genuinely begins to argue with me because she can't find the button for dog leashes in the system. (DUH girl! Because the company you work at doesn't sell dog leashes. How do I know that and you don't?) The manager walked over and chose the LANYARD button to which this young lady says snarkily "oh I guess it is a lanyard". The manager looked bewildered at her and I thought surely he will now realize how lacking his staff is. However that wasn't the case. So I beg. Please train them. Fire them. Replace them with robots please. I don't care. I'm even happy to give them gentle instruction on how to do their job if you'll at least teach them not to talk back. Don't assume they know what a lanyard, or a croissant, or a cup is because it just might be to the failure of your company. Bonus: a lot of these kids seem to not know that the source of sugar is what they call "flavoring" :) If I don't want sugar, it feels like common sense that I don't want vanilla with sugar in it? Sincerely written as a person that supports smaller coffee shops in hopes that they succeed over chains.

That's exactly why this visit to the Spring location was so disappointing. When I first arrived, there was nobody at the register, which already set the tone for the visit. What should have been a quick stop then turned into over an hour. I ordered a smoothie and breakfast tacos, and even the smoothie took a while to come out. I finished the entire drink before my food even arrived. After about 30 minutes, I checked in with the staff and was told it was due to "miscommunication" and that someone was new, while the person who took my order was in the back on the phone. I had to repeat my order multiple times, specifically asking for no hot sauce and no salad. Despite that, after another 15 minutes, the tacos finally came out incorrect, with both hot sauce and a salad, and they were lukewarm, not hot. To make matters worse, the smoothie itself wasn't properly blended. What stood out most is that they weren't particularly busy, just a light morning crowd. I've been to the Tomball location when it was much busier, and the service there was still fast and attentive, which set a high expectation. Overall, the experience didn't match the premium pricing. I truly hope this location improves, but based on this visit, I wouldn't return to this one.
