I get the same drink every time I come to Starbucks. I have a member login and I load money to my account so often I'm always getting a free drink. They messed my drink up and I realized it immediately upon handing it to me. No problem it's a simple fix. I said this isn't correct and clearly asking for it to be fixed was a problem because the lady had an attitude for no reason. I didn't say anything though because honestly I don't care to be rude to people nor do I care to reciprocate any negative emotions/behaviors. When they handed me my new drink it looked as it should but upon drinking it was very clear she just added a ton of cream. My whole cup tastes like heavy cream and no flavor whatsoever. That honestly pissed me off but again I don't reciprocate negativity and I don't openly express my disdain so I'm simply throwing it away and leaving a review. This is Starbucks has probably one of the rudest customer service. I ordered two coffees yesterday morning (the one coffee we were waiting on was just a PLAIN coffee). A barista gave me one drink and I was still waiting on the plain coffee ten minutes after. I said "excuse me! We're waiting on a plain coffee" she said, "ok? They're working on it." She was blonde and had her hair up in a messy ponytail, like she woke up out of bed. No one was working on it lol, everyone had plastic cold cups in their hands not the hot cups. Eventually the cashier that took out order came over maybe three minutes after and apologized and "didn't know what happened." The baristas were joking around, taking their good ol time making drinks when the whole place was full of people and a drive thru of cars wrapped around the building. Customer service improvement is a must as well as new employees. It was very busy so I completely understand but don't tell customers something is being worked on when it clearly isn't. read more

I live closer to the Towson Starbucks, but I drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks for two reasons. First and foremost they have a drive through and secondly because their Vanilla Bean Frapps are much more flavorful and the cup is filled appropriately. The people are always nice, the order fulfillment not so much. I ordered the new Mango Dragonfruit drink which technically came out today but I've gotten at other stores in the last two weeks, the drink is pink with dragon fruit in it. I was given a yellow drink with no fruit. When I questioned if it was the right drink I was assured it was. I'll post pictures of the two drinks and let you decide if they're the same. The yellow drink tastes good so I'm not returning it but it would have been nice to get what I ordered. read more

I used to like coming here for the drive thru... but today was terrible! 1. The teller lifted up his shirt and scratched his butt right in front of me!! I'm not talking over the pants. Under the pants. I saw his underwear. Then he used that SAME hand to GIVE ME MY DRINK!! I am so disgusted. At least the straw was in the packaging... 2. Service was so slow I put my car in park multiple times - I only ordered one drink. 3. My cup was covered in my drink when it was handed to me - I used about four napkins cleaning it and my cup holder up. 4. My drink was super weak and I didn't have time to go back inside and get a new one since the service had been so slow. I paid $5 for that, which sucks. I don't think I'm coming back. read more

After my many adventures to this Starbucks I have acquired a multitude of desirable drinks. I have tried a wide assortment of their drinks and I feel that the quality is great. Every time I go there the quality of the drink is good and no matter who makes the drink all of the baristas have made it with great quality. It's a very enjoyable atmosphere where some of the employees seem very excited to be there and enjoy working there. I would recommend it, even comparing it to other stores it is consistently better because some other stores have issues with making the drinks with the wrong balance of things leading to the drinks not tasting as good. This Starbucks is slooowww. I had to get two drinks for a friend and I that I was meeting up with. I opted to not go through the drive through because the line was long and I thought I could get through a little faster if I went inside. I went in and there were a few people waiting already. I ordered my two drinks which also took awhile to get to the counter despite there only being one person in front of me. Once I was waiting for my drinks I was maybe waiting for 7 minutes (not the end of the world) and got one of my drinks but not the second one. I told the barista I was waiting on one more drink after she called my name and gave me one. She didn't acknowledge me and just kept on going. I thought she was going to make my second one but instead she made three more drinks for the drive through then made my second drink, but still didn't actually say anything to me about waiting for my second drink. For all I know she didn't hear my and was just going about her day. I get that the drive through is important but when you give me one drink and then don't acknowledge the customer and I don't get my second drink until 5 minutes later after you've made 3 other drinks with no apology, that's not good customer service. I'll go to other locations next time. Also, when I left the store the drive through was empty. Definitely should have stayed in my car. read more

It tasted watered down, zero whipped cream (and I even asked for it), and luke warm at best. My husband's iced maple pecan latte with cold foam wasn't even mixed -- all the flavor syrup was at the bottom. This is the second time I've had less than stellar experience with this location. It's like they're not even trying. And the cashier at the drive-thru -- don't even get me started on her. Super rude and not very knowledgeable of the items being sold. The SLOWEST Starbucks ever. They have multiple employees working the floor AND the drive-thru.. yet it seems to ALWAYS take them a ridiculous amount of time for them to get drinks out to customers. They get orders wrong literally 75% of the time. Their drive-thru line is ridiculously long most of the time due to their slow service which usually results in a number of cars just leaving. I glanced at the screen that times the drive-thru cars inside the store once & some of the cars were standing there for over ten minutes. I get it's a new location, but they ought to hire a manager that is capable of taking lead and speeding the employees up. Great location, it's a shame the service is so poor. read more

I purchased an iced coffee at this location and left to run a couple errands. I stopped back in within an hour of leaving (ice still at the bottom of the cup) and asked for a refill. The manager refused to allow me to get the refill price. I have NEVER had an issue at any other Starbucks with this! I reminded him I was there an hour earlier and purchased a regular priced iced coffee. He said, "sorry... it only counts as a refill if you stay and get it in the same visit." This will likely be my last visit to this location. It's a shame because they have always been friendly prior to this. I visited this location 5 times a week. read more

Just had the worst experience here. Drive thru took over 30 minutes and the order was all wrong. I understand they were training someone but you can't let that impact quality. I ordered an iced half caf coffee. They just poured hot decaf in with ice so it was completely watered down in 5 seconds. They also forgot the sweetener. My husbands matcha was all milk. If you want a good drink, keep driving. This location is horrible. I have left the drive thru several times only to discover that my drink isn't full. They can't make a good frappuccino. The district manager Lynn Goldstein left me a message. I called right back, she picked up and ended the call before either one of us could say hello. I texted her right after that and haven't heard from her. Clearly she doesn't care about customers, the poor quality of drinks or Starbucks. I have gotten such great service from customer service, but Lynn is a different story. I said the best way to reach me was email and she calls instead. I called back within 5 minutes. She would have been better off not answering the call than getting it and disconnecting the call. Not only does someone need to check in on the baristas but Lynn as well. read more
