We placed an online Order with 10 items. - Matcha Latte x2 - Iced Passion tea - Pink Drink - Ham & Swiss Baguette x4 - Bacon , Gouda & egg x2 when we arrived there was only 6 items on the counter. we asked them if the other 4 items were being worked on they said yes. a minute later they informed us they were out of Ham & Swiss Baguette but can replace it with any other item. We asked them for Bacon , Gouda & egg sandwiches to replace they got them ready and off we went. Staff was friendly the store is a little on the busy side so not a quiet place to work on your computer in. read more

Wait times for mobile orders are incredibly long at this location. Typical wait time for a simple cold brew coffee is 20 minutes. The baristas are too busy making all of the milkshake "coffee" drinks and ignore simple coffee drinks that should take less than 5 minutes to prepare. read more

I often stop by after my morning run I try and take on the weekends. It's located in a strip mall where the anchor store is Raley's, right at the corner of Tracy Blvd & Valpico. This place is always packed, they've got a huge staff on Saturday mornings. They get a ton of business from the workout people next door. The staff here is friendly & quick, they do a good job handling all the business they get. read more

TRACY ,CA STARBUCKS my mother is elderly and need to use the rest room but was denied unless I purchased went and my purse and I said OK I'm ready to purchase something. Can you give her the code to the restroom? The lady with the black hair and black frame glasses refused to give code until the actual purchase was necessary. I said ma'am, I have my wallet purse right here. I'm going to purchase it. Well I am with another customer. You're just gonna have to wait. Have you no compassion for the elderly people? Did you know you can be sued? I just found out.. let me post what I found out The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ensures that public facilities, including restrooms, must be accessible to individuals with disabilities, which can include elderly people with mobility issues, guaranteeing them the right to use accessible restroom facilities when needed; essentially allowing them to use the restroom if they require it . read more

I come to this location almost everyday, they're usually pretty slow when I go in but still take a long time to prepare my drink even when I mobile order, tonight I came in 15 minutes after I placed my mobile order thinking they'd be on the counter when I walk in, they were not, my app said "ready to go" so I just wait, the girl making drinks is preparing a drink but also talking to a friend maybe a co worker that was off shift I assume because she was in regular clothes on the opposite side of the counter than the employee. The employees name tag read "CeCe", she's just going on and on about needing to move out of her parents house, and while venting to her friend and making drinks she used a lot of poor language. 5 minutes passed the girl is still working on the same drink moving like a snail but keeping her friend entertained. I go up to the counter and show her my app says ready to go but I'm not seeing any drinks, she then says "yea I'm working on it" I say "so they're not ready yet even though my app says they're ready?" She says again with attitude "I'm working on it" at this point I ordered my drink 25 minutes prior. She then apologizes to her friend for being inconvenienced and said "sorry girl we're so busy tonight" There's no reason 2 drinks should take 25 minutes, if you're that busy save girl talk for after work and/or ask for help. read more

I am usually not one to comment or leave a review on things, but this shocking mistake could have landed me in the hospital. I stopped by this location on Sunday to start off my road trip. I ordered a Trenta Black Iced Tea with CLASSIC syrup as a replacement for the liquid cane syrup they use. Instead, they put 12 pumps of CARAMEL in my tea. I am allergic to caramel and have never had it in my life before this day. I had an allergic reaction, but couldn't take medication because it makes me drowsy, and I have to drive for the next 7 hours. read more

Giving this location the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars and will update my review after giving them another try on another day. My husband and I stopped in a little after 1:00PM on Saturday after grabbing some keto tacos down the way from Rubios for lunch. We ordered 2 x Grande Breve lattes. before ordering I asked if any of the holiday drinks were available as sugar free. They told me no (which was fine and the expected answer) and proceeded to say they were completely out of all of their holiday syrups. After paying for our drinks, we stood to the side and waiting for our order. Many people came and went prior to our names being called... we waited a little over 15 minutes for our coffees which felt like a lifetime in the moment. They handed us our HOT grande coffees in Vente cups without a sleeve. (I'm guessing they were out of grande cups) The cups were so hot I hardly hold them. When we asked they said they were out of sleeves so they have us a second cup to double up as a heat barrier. So long story short- our drinks were great once we finally got them. It just took awhile. This location has a drive through as well and I'm guessing the drive through had them slammed. They also seemed to be out of just about everything (except the free holiday plastic cups if you ordered a holiday drink which they had no syrup for that they were handing out at the register to some customers. Not us since we didn't order a holiday drink) I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with the assumption they were slammed with their holiday releases and we caught them at a bad hour. I'll update my review to more or less stars based on how my experience goes when I return. read more

Super busy! I did a mobile order. That's the way too go. I walked in and a lady found my order fast and I was on my way. It was packed inside but spacious and looked nice. Super yummy iced caramel macchiato, and banana nut bread (choose not heated) was very good. read more

This is one of the Starbucks that I almost always go whenever I'm in Tracy. The food and drinks here are the best and they serve them super quick. At the same time, their service is always positive, friendly, polite, and always in a good attitude, which is awesome. The ambiance can range from chill and light noise to very busy and loud. Even when it's at its busiest, I will still go here just because how fast they make the drinks and how precise they are at making customized drinks as well. I highly recommend going here if anyone either loves coffee or Starbucks or even both. read more

The employees at this Starbucks are beyond kind. My parents recently moved into the area. Aliah/Aliyah (forgive me if I spelled wrong) helped me order a great coffee and refreshers and gave excellent recommendations on places around town for my parents. She went above and beyond as an employee. I plan to return and order coffee anytime I visit my parents. I always use mobile order and I always tip. But, the orders are inconsistent in how they are made. Sometimes the cup is heavier as in it has the right amount of coffee and choice of creamer. Other times it is light as in mostly foam with little flavor or coffee. I'm tired of rewarding people for a bad cup if coffee. read more

The only Starbucks nearby so it gets super crowded. Pick up orders just accumulate on the counter from mobile orders. Lots of parking but it gets busy so check your mirrors before you pull out of a spot. read more

These employees deserve pay increases! Talk about a hard-working, aim-to-please staff! I'm impressed and I don't typically review coffee venues. The woman operating the food orders was incredibly friendly and asked everybody in line if they wanted a food item. She was ready and enthusiastic to help! The young cashier was in training with a patient young man training him. Both did great. It was BUSY with a long line. These workers were even bringing "pupacchinos" for all the anxiously awaiting dogs . My food and coffee order was perfect and the wait was reasonable considering the number of people in line. Whoever hired this staff and keeps them motivated- much props! Staff- keep it up. People notice & appreciate. read more

Was my go to. Every morning like clock work our family spends $25 a day at least. Yesterday I walk in and total was just under $20. I only had a $100 bill it was already after the daily rush but I was told they couldn't break the bill which is fing ridiculous. They said it's policy and they don't have big bills, didn't realize $20s were big bills. Spoke to managers and she reiterated the same BS asked for DM phones number and Called and spoke with Nicole who confirmed that was in fact false and they should have no problems giving change and she was going to call the store. So now instead of spending that $25 a day for the next 2 weeks I went and got 2 boxed of coffee pods and will save myself $300+. Good job starbucks, can't imagine with all the bad publicity you are already getting, that losing out on revenue from sales is something they can afford. Sad thing is my daughter used to work at this store how far it has fallen. read more

I came to this location today and ordered a grande matcha latte hot with 2 pumps vanilla syrup added. I ended up getting a cold matcha latte. I was in a little bit of a rush today so I ended up keeping the drink but it's the little things that mess it up. How communication was broken down from when I placed my order to when I received it is frustrating. I think I'm just going to try the other location in town and see if they can get my order right my next visit read more

I glad that we have this place 5-10 min. close to my house. First week of Jan. I got a Doctor's follow-up appointment & everytime I visit my Doctor @ David Grant Military Hosp. I take the time to treat them with Señorita like everyone's fave. I will hand a box in the gate & in the Tent were Covid testing being held for Health Workers. Anyway, that day I was pressed on time so I made a call to order ahead. A young guy helped me that day. Very pleasant, respectful & friendly. Customer Service always excellent. The bread never fail of being fresh, warm & perfect that you will be addicted. Price unbelievably affordable. More power & God bless. read more

I am giving a 1 star because I was a walk in customer whom ordered a brew coffee that took 20 minutes to be made due to baristas only working on the app orders. I kept asking if each drink put out was for me. The thing is my coffee was not even a specialty. It was a regularly brewed coffee that used to be the cashier would give you. My daughter had an experience yesterday as a walk in customer ordering a brew drink and it took 45 minutes for her to get her drink. I walked into Peet's inside of Raley's and got my drink right away and will do so when I want a coffee in future. Ignoring walk in customers is just bad business. I am done. read more

This Starbucks makes either the 5th or 6th for the City of Tracy. It's located on the South end of Tracy, in the strip mall across from Raley's; next door to Subway, Chilaberries and Taqueria La Mexicana. It's like most of the Starbucks you've visited, but unlike other older ones, this location host both outdoor seating and men & women restrooms. An A+ in my book. Time and time again, never fails you're going to be waiting 15 minutes plus for your drink. I need a separate barista for the mobile orders alone. I get some drinks take some time, but 15-20 minutes for a coffee is insane. The place may seem like it's not that busy, don't let that fool you. Once you've ordered you'll soon see there's dozens of drinks ahead of yours. If you're looking for a quick drink, highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

While I do have my favorites (in both Vietnamese coffees as well as fruit juices), I actually haven't had a drink I didn't like - and I buy a lot of different drinks each week, sometimes even ordering with delivery during the week in gallon size quantities because we are that hooked! We absolutely love the lihing drip they make in the summer and put on some drinks that we buy it on the side in a tub!! They've also on occasions had some food items that have been very tasty. Keep in mind they don't always have food on their menu but when they do you should consider yourself lucky to catch it and take it as a sign to go for it!! You won't be sorry! The customer service is stellar with the owners Kat & Sam who are consistently friendly, accommodating and really get to know their customers, you can tell they put their heart into what they do. I love that they offer their customers to try things before committing (although who are we kidding, anything you taste I'll bet you'd like!) These boba baes and everything they do are definitely worth the hype, so I suggest you hop on board and grab you some... and don't forget the BALLS!!!

NARRATIVE: I arrived just after 7:00 am of a Wednesday and found the place open and to myself. After checking out their extensive wall menu, I ordered a plain Bagel with Lox, an Asai bowl and a Sea Salt Caramel iced coffee to go. Like I mentioned above, they have an extensive menu which really impressed me. I was also impressed by their super large espresso machine. My order took about ten minutes to prepare and I headed off with my bag and drink towards home. At the house and before tearing into my food, my camera ate first. My Bagel with Lox was dynamite. Super thick cut of fresh salmon with cream cheese, capers, onion and cucumbers gave the sandwich a nice crunch. My Sea Salt Caramel coffee was great and their Asai bowls are impressive. SCENE: Located at the corner of W. 11th Street and East Street, Isabel's Cafe now occupies the old Sandwich Spot location. RECOMMENDATION(S): Awesome food! Highly recommended. The only negative I had was, unlike Sandwich Spot where you could watch your sandwich being made, Isabel's doesn't have that option. Everything is prepared in the back, away from the customers.
