I am giving this location five stars. First of all there's plenty of parking outside as it's located in the area of all the outlets stores. Second, the place is very spacious on the inside with many seating arrangements that are appropriate for studying or working. Nice outside covered seat area. The inside is huge plenty of seating for a group. The service was amazing. Unfortunately we stopped for lunch and many of the items they didn't have on hand. The eggs bites are consistently delicious and under $5.00 for two. The restroom needed attention but not surprising after a busy lunch crowd. read more

I am a coffee snob LOL I like Starbucks the way that I like Starbucks with the specialties and the special requests that I make. I was initially hesitant about this location and yet it's super right on the way to my work. After it was built I liked the ability to have a very long drive-through line, only because it doesn't impede traffic. I also like that you can pull right in and go inside if you don't want to wait in the drive-through line. In my experience thus far both options have worked awesome. My experience has been hit-and-miss with how long the lines are. Because of the convenience right off the 84 this location can often have a very long drive-through line which makes sense with people going to work. I have found in those instances that I'll just pop inside instead. I have found that this location makes the best version of my specialized drink out of any place. So I'm extremely happy with that. I happen to love the salted caramel cold brew with extra foam and sugar free vanilla syrup. So many places get it wrong somehow. I also like the Sous Vie (sp?) egg bites and my preferences the bacon Gruyere (sp?) ones. I like them Double baked. This location gets it right every time. The inside is extraordinarily clean and well kept. There is a lot of seating for people who want to relax here and the coffee bar is really long for pick up orders. It's a very good sized location they made it spacious inside. The team members have been all extremely friendly and polite.I've been very happy overall with the opening of this location. If you're on the 84 there are a lot of options. This Starbucks is a good option particularly if you're in the area. read more

So happy there is now a Starbucks at the Columbia Gorge Outlets! And it's a drive-through, even better! service is exceptional, the drive through lines moves quickly and orders are correct. Inside is very clean and the baristas all so friendly. I'm always driving out to Hood River and other areas in the Columbia Gorge and Teoutdale is the half way point. almost always I stop at the Chevron stop to fill up my car with gas. Now I go through the Starbucks drive through for a pick-me-up; either a non-farm no-whip hot or iced mocha, depending on the time of day and weather. So convenient! located immediately to the left as you enter the Columbia Gorge Outlet Mall, please support them and keep them in business. Spread the word! read more

If you're running low on energy from all that shopping at the Columbia Gorge Outlet and need a quick pick-me-up, this would be the closest place to grab a caffeinated beverage and/or snack. Located next door to Levis and Coach, this Starbucks also has a drive-thru. I ordered their Nitro Cold Brew and Honey Citrus Mint Iced Tea. The Nitro Cold Brew tasted as expected, but I would recommend having the Honey Citrus Mint Tea hot instead of cold. I wanted a place to sit and relax for a bit, but unfortunately there was no clean table in sight. Every vacant table I went to was dirty with crumbs and beverage spills which seemed like these tables had not been wiped for days. Despite the baristas being friendly, business was rather slow and so were they with making my drink. I get put-off when napkins aren't enough for me to clean a table myself and I have to tell someone to clean it. It shouldn't be my job to do that. They had enough baristas behind the counter to at least have one of them that wasn't doing much but talking to at least wipe down the tables for people to feel comfortable enough to stay a while. read more

Everyone was nice, BUT I had gone to get some homework done and I needed an outlet but there was no tables open so I respectfully asked the cashier if I could move the tables and she said yes. I adjusted the table so nothing would be blocked & THEN in the middle of doing my homework, CHLOE comes out and raises her voice and tells us not to block the walk way... I went there with my boyfriend I'm between our shifts. I asked for a chai latte with oat milk, but she said they don't have oat milk. Okay fine I understand that, but they also didn't have cinnamon to put in my drink. Then, they didn't have any of the sandwiches besides the sausage one and the one with Gouda. So I got the Gouda one which was terrible but better than sausage. At the time I finished my order the lady asked if I wanted anything else and I told her I'm afraid to ask since they literally don't have anything. When we paid and got our food we sat down in a corner and waited 15 minutes before we went to the counter where we got it because they didn't call our order when it was done and our food was not warm anymore, and my chai latte was as bland as the baristas hair. I've had the worst experiences at this Starbucks location this past week I went there Saturday and ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and they had a decent amount of costumers but not a overwhelming amount and it took me a little over 35 min to get my drink and while waiting I saw the workers were putting close to no effort to making the drinks decent.They we're making grande drinks half way full and we're making the drink messy. When I got my drink I saw that they barely added any Carmel when I lid for extra Carmel and paid for crunch on top and they put one shake on top and the drink was airy and poorly made. Then I came back to the same location the day after and left my wallet there and when I called the worker they said to call back when they were less busy and that is unbelievable there are important things in someone's wallet and it's just not a thing u can stay waiting on and when I did call they supervisor hung up on me and I had to call back and then finally told me that my wallet was there.Then said they was no ID in the wallet when they're was clearly one. When I got my wallet there was over 100 dollars missing and I told them and tried to tell me they're was nothing they could do but has to be a regular thing that happens. So it's not comprehensible that they don't take names to whoever turns it in. They said they couldn't do anything about it when they have cameras and could do more they were offering no efforts to help me.It's ridiculous that's the type of people working at that establishment when other Starbucks has so much more helpful workers. read more

this place is so clean and organized. although they didn't have tap to pay. the people that work there are patient and nice. not to mention the good costumer service. they had spilled a little coffee around the cup and they spotted it when they served it but cleaned it before we touched it. this was a good experience. read more
