Came here for the first time. Great location. Lots of parking. I had a little trouble with the Drive Through person... My Usual Order is: A Grande White Chocolate Mocha with 4 Shots And 5 Pumps. Rarely is this hard to understand. Rarely am i asked questions about my order. This time. At least a half dozen times. She's repeating what she thinks i've said but not what I said. I eventually got what I wanted and she was pleasant enough when I got to the window. So she gets a pass.... This time. I will be doing my usual Mobil Ordering from now on. 09/11/19:  4.0 out of 5 - I've been stopping at this particular Starbucks because of the convenience of it being close to home.  At this particular Starbucks, most of the times, I would Mobile Order my drinks our of sheer convenience.  Here's how I rate this Starbucks: Location Cleanliness - This Starbucks has a big space in the same parking area of the Harbor Freight Store off McLoughlin. Much like many Starbucks, this location has ample tables and seating with a few outdoor tables available.  The interior design is Rustic Contemporary with a slight Industrial touch.  This is a very busy Starbucks, and as many individuals that flow through here, this Starbucks is relatively clean, and seems to be kept quite clean throughout the day. 4.5 out 5 Customer Service - For any business, Customer Service is a VERY BIG DEAL to me as a consumer.  And, it should be to you, as well.  This Starbucks does meet a base standard, but that being said, this is Starbucks.  In comparison to other Starbucks, though, this location does slightly better than most. However, the Customer Service should and could be improved upon. 3.5 out of 5 Staff Friendliness - Usually you are addressed with a greeting when coming in, unless it's busy.  And, when they are, you are obviously greeted accordingly at the register.  For the most part, the Starbucks staff here don't come off as snooty or anything, and occasionally do engage in small talk with the most frequented customers. 3.5 out of 5 Bathroom(s) - Now, this is often an overlooked area of many businesses.  Bathrooms are an important part of a consumer's experience.  Besides the obvious usage, the bathroom also has an affect on the senses and is also where people wash their hands.  As many Starbucks that I've been to, this one is pretty clean and well kept.  Understandably, it is opened to the public and is often used by the homeless and transients, bathrooms need attention. This particular Starbucks seems to be on top of it and understands that importance.  4.0 out of 5 Product(s) - Now onto the product.  The reason why I visit Starbucks when I am in the mood for a coffee or espresso drink, for the most part, is the consistency.  I often order a Venti Iced Americano or Iced Caramel Macchiato.  And, so far, this Starbucks have not disappoint.  Consistency is key to any consumer product. 4.5 out of 5 Overall, this Starbucks is good to go with room for improvements.  By this time, many of you are already familiar with the brand, so there isn't much else to share. I do like the coffee here. I'm a bold roast of the day actual coffee drinker and not a lot of foo foo. The service is good but not upbeat like the other coffee place. Sometimes seems like the darker more "emo" people work here. They greeted me quickly and were friendly and helpful as I deviated and got just a little foo with my caffeine. I don't like that they don't give you a free drink on your birthday unless you have their app for a certain time and have put money into it. I absolutely love this Starbucks I went here almost daily - then I moved literally to a year ago this month and I came back in town for work I of course came back to my favorite Starbucks!! And they remembered me 2 days in a row 2 different employees! They remembered my order and everything- my name - the whole bit - SO BEYOND impressed!! That's some customer service and attention to detail! I was so over joyed I just love those people!! My order is always correct and I just have to give them props !! Of all of the Starbucks locations I have been to over the years all over the country, I have always had consistency UNTIL NOW at THIS location. My Bacon Gouda Sandwich was still slightly frozen and cold in spots and my Hot Chai latte was strangely watered down and barely sweet in a way I've never experienced (isn't it poured from a premixed box?). Steer clear of this location. Somehow they can mess up the simplest things. read more

This Starbucks consistently will get your drink wrong. It seems like whoever is taking the order and whoever is actually making the drinks does not have the same recipe for Starbucks beverages. I go more often than I would like to admit, because it is the only drive-through Starbucks by me. Often if you go inside rather than through the drive-through, you wait for way longer than you should. I understand when restaurants and stores are backed up, but the key to slow service is being apologetic and acknowledging your customers. I've often had staff at the Starbucks pass on the problems to other team members rather than apologizing. Needless to say I'm done with this Starbucks. read more

I frequent this location at least two times a week, sometimes three times a week because they have the best customer service! Not only is this an inviting coffee spot but very clean! It's a Starbucks. Consistent and easy. And the staff was lovely (reason it got any stars). However. The drive thru is extremely tight, and my truck got banged up. They need signage that oversized vehicles don't fit. If there isn't a warning I assume I'm going to fit in my truck. Now I have paint damage. read more

This Starbucks has been pretty consistent for me! I love the workers there, and they are all super nice and warm. There has been a few times when I've asked for light ice with my drink, and definitely NOT gotten light ice, but that does not happen very often. LONGEST DRIVE-THROUGH WAIT TIMES EVER!!!! this is the 3rd or 4th time I've come through this Starbucks and every time it takes at least 15 MINUTES to sit in the drive through. Not sure why this location has such a low rating, the customer service is always spot on and the drinks have always been accurate for me!

I get they need to be quick, but what good is quick if accuracy is sacrificed. I gave them a chance but I will never go to this location again. Drinks are usually made incorrectly AND they had the audacity to correct me as I order when I know what the order is and yes I learned "how to order at starbucks". They talk so fast and read back orders almost as if they are conarts trying to mess you up and pay for something you did not want. My drinks ALWAYS have to be remade 3 to 4 times. I am a patient individual which is why they even get a 3rd time. They do not listen and they correct you like you're stupid. I even looked up the menu and read it from the online menu. I studied.....YES studied, ordering drinks from Starbucks because I figured ....ok ...give this location the benefit of the doubt....but no. The last and final time I ordered a drink, I corrected them and the MANAGER rolled her eyes and exhaled to insinuate how stupid she thinks I am, when her actions and how she handled the issue shows her lack of professionalism, courtesy, and sense. I'd say common sense but common would mean everyone has it and apparently this crew does not. Enough is enough. It's a Starbucks and I came through the drive through on a early Sunday morning so no waiting. The problem is the drive thru. If you have a decent sized truck, minivan, SUV, it's a little hair raising and sphincter puckering to make it through the drive. I've tried this location multiple times but continue to be disappointed. Most recently I ordered a peppermint mocha frapp with an extra espresso shot, but received something so full of cinnamon there's no mistaking, no espresso shot either. I called the store and informed the lead or supervisor who apologized and offered to remake my drink. While I appreciate her customer service this is my last straw. I can't in any good faith return to this location or recommend it to others. read more
