We also requested pico, which took additional time to receive. Throughout the rest of the meal, there were no check-ins to see how the food was or if we needed anything. The next interaction we had was when the check was dropped off. I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but attentive service, especially something as simple as checking in and keeping drinks refilled, goes a long way. Guests do notice these details, and they directly impact the overall experience, as well as the tips servers receive. This particular one here consists of coconut milk, pandan agar jelly, red beans, and water chestnut coated in tapioca. The hubby ordered the grass jelly and coconut milk dessert. The grass jelly has a mild herbal depth and it is balanced beautifully by the smooth, lightly sweet coconut milk.
