    Doesn't happen often. They are usually jammed with mobile orders, they sometimes have tendency to for get about the walk ins

    I ordered my drinks that I always order and the guy made a face when I handed him a 100 dollar bill I told them I have nothing else and he made a face so the service was already out the window. However when he handed me my drinks they were greedy with the crumble and fudge and I paid EXTRA FOR ALL THE EXTRA STUFF and my iced chai latte was so MILKED DOWN I COULDNT TASTE THE CHAI... 0/10 worst customer service all because I payed with a 100 dollar bill.

    Just wanted to explain my experience at this locations I had today. I have never had a issue really with any Starbucks in AZ or CA because I've ordered a lot in both states. Today 11-16-22 I ordered in the morning around 530am and my order was taken on my app. The app said 545am pick up and I picked the in-store pickup to not wait in line if long. So I get to the location and no line or anyone in the store. So I decide to drive up to window and to pick up order, no line or people inside at all. I see 3 girls at the window, 2 facing me and 1 has her back to me. I know they see me but none help me. I wait a bit then they decide to help me. I say, I placed a order but I picked in store but I saw no line and decided to use the drive up. The girl responded, I saw you drive by but you didn't order or stop. I say, ya I know I preordered on my phone and I saw no line so I just used drive up instead of inside pick up. The girl takes a breath and explains, you didn't stop and order or stop to say your on way so I didn't know your coming to window. I say, I know like you said I drove by but I already ordered. She again tells me the same thing that I didn't stop and order anything so we had no clue your coming or ordered anything. I said, ya I ordered online and my order is right there and I came to window instead cause I don't see anyone in store or line. She repeats to me again the same thing and then just says, next time stop and place a order so I know your coming to window. I say, ok but I did order and I'm missing my banana nut bread in my order by the way. She says, someone took it. I ask, so is there any left. She responded yes but someone took yours so let me make you one. I tell her, just give it to me cold and in the bag cause I have to leave. She does but says once more, next time stop and order or say something. I say ok, sorry and I'll order in line I guess ‍ then I leave. I normally get this really nice girl I've always had a great experience with and a great smile . Make my day a lil better before or during work days This time it was pretty weird and I went to work pretty bummed out I still recommend but maybe have a better attitude at the window. It was to early to reply negatively to her so I let it go and left. Enjoy you Starbucks and your day

    I'm honored to say that for my 200th check in at this location, I had my favorite, final coffee prior to giving up coffee for lent 2021. I ordered a grande, hot flat white. It had the perfect amount of milk frothy goodness and it hit the spot on a cold evening. Yes, sometimes the baristas get overwhelmed and mess up an order but they are only human. We make mistakes and learn from them. If you respectfully ask your barista to remake your drink, they will happily do so. One reason why I keep coming back. Starbucks is my guilty pleasure.

After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes before our server, Diana, came to take our drink order. After placing it, there was another extended wait before we saw her again. While she was assisting another table, I asked about our drinks, and she mentioned she would be right with us, but it was still quite a while before they arrived. Once we received our drinks and placed our food order, service became very limited. When our food was delivered, both my stepson and I had empty drinks, and there was no acknowledgment or offer for refills. I had to ask, which shouldn't typically be necessary. We also requested pico, which took additional time to receive. Throughout the rest of the meal, there were no check-ins to see how the food was or if we needed anything. The next interaction we had was when the check was dropped off. I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but attentive service, especially something as simple as checking in and keeping drinks refilled, goes a long way. Guests do notice these details, and they directly impact the overall experience, as well as the tips servers receive. I'm sharing this because I know this restaurant is capable of much better, based on past visits. I hope this was just an off day and not the standard moving forward.
