my husband and I stopped in Valdosta to gas up when we're on trips and on the way back from Florida we stopped to give me some coffee and run to the restroom. I ordered on my app and when I came out from the restroom, the manager told me to stand at the end and wait and I was just waiting talking on the phone and she came up to me. She said by the way do you think you might've ordered somewhere else and we looked on my app and I ordered my coffee at the location in Lake Mary Florida, and she was very sweet and went ahead and fulfilled my order since I was standing there, which was really kind since I was the one who messed up!! it's conveniently next to a Fazoli's hidden down a bit immediately when you get off the exit when you're going north off of 75. read more

Quick stop for coffee and bathrooms... My husband wanted to take advantage of a rewards promotion during our roadtrip. The location was staffed appropriately to accommodate the promotion. We stopped at 3pm and the store was BUSY. We ordered using our mobile app. All parking spots in their lot were full so we parked at the back of the Fazoli's lot. The drivethru line was wrapped around the building and the line to order inside was 4-5ppl long. Our orders were ready before the time estimated on the app when we ordered (yay!). Bathrooms were clean too! Only "negative", there are no outdoor trash cans. We had trash from a previous stop and picked up from our pup, and tossed all trash straight into the dumpster. read more

We stopped across the street for gas and came over here for a much-needed coffee before getting back on the interstate, but we should have gone somewhere else after I saw what their star rating was. But we still decided to stop here because we thought how bad can a Starbucks be? I would give this location 1 star, but the staff member at the window was nice and made our dogs pup cups when he saw them. First of all, the wait time/line for this Starbucks was insane. I have never waited so long in a Starbucks drive-thru. They are always so quick and precise. We waited in line for over 15 minutes for one coffee and only a handful of cars in front of us. Second, the ordering box is BEFORE the menu. You cannot even read the menu because the intercom box blocks it. Who thought that was a good idea? Maybe this contributed to the long wait time since people can't see what is offered. Third, when we finally paid and got my coffee I was greeted with a burnt, almost cigarette ash taste. Nothing else can describe it besides foul. I have never had worse coffee served to me anywhere, ever. All I ordered was a cappuccino with almond milk, which I don't think is that hard to make. We had already gotten on the interstate by the time I had taken the first sip and discovered this, so I decided I would just throw it away and get a redbull the next time we stopped for gas instead. Good Starbucks to work at. Very clean location with friendly workers. They kept the glass by the machines clean, the floors were swept, and the bathrooms were cleanly. I got an iced coffee with light ice and they actually made it correctly. We grabbed a table and the outlet to plug the laptop in was on the ground but I like that each table had one. Long time Starbucks gold card member and prior partner. I am also a long time restaurant manager and train many people in the art of hospitality. Currently visiting Georgia for the first time from the Seattle area. Upon entering this store, there were three guests seated in the lobby area and two gentleman in front of me in line. There was a drive thru attendant (male), and female barista (blonde), a second barista battling a sauce transfer, a pos attendant and someone working maintenance (trash). Not a single person gave a greeting which is synonymous with Starbucks. Instead, I received unwelcoming glares from the drive thru attendant and the blonde barista. Additionally, as the two gentleman in front of me had completed their transaction and the pos attendant up and left with zero acknowledgement nor, "I'll be right with you". I was left standing there with no hospitable offer of service. I walked out of this store annoyed. Traveled 7 min farther from my hotel to another Starbucks. Highly recommend the Starbucks on the college campus. read more

I was traveling and decided it was time for a fresh cafe latte. This store was the closest so we stopped. It was a very difficult parking lot to get into off the street. I was surprised when I walked in as the interior shopping area was empty. No coffee supplies, cups, etc. And there were no snacks, sandwiches, goodies etc. Very strange like they were maybe going to close soon. Also, they were not accepting Mobile Orders. So I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly Barista who took my order and thanked me. I got my order quickly and was on my way with my usual Carmel Latte. Stopped in here during our trip in Tennessee. Staff was very friendly and warm towards us. Drinks were made as ordered. The overall atmosphere was inviting and it was very clean and well-kept. They have the collectible mugs for Tennessee here, so if you want to collect one, you can (approximately $13). The only negative here is that the entry and exit are very close to a highway entry / exit ramp location so the traffic can be a bit tricky. Drive safe! I had the Caramel Frappé and it wasn't my fav. For my first time it was a "ok" experience. I want to try again. They were fast and even added the custom stuff I wanted! Most importantly it's located at Exit 18 on I-75S. I stopped here driving from Atlanta to Weeki Wachee. Everytime I've stopped it's busy, so instead of waiting in line, I always do a mobile order while I use the restroom. The staff has always been nice despite some rude customers I've seen there. read more

Only plus was the girl assigned to deliver mobile orders was super sweet and apologetic. Absolute WORST Starbucks from West Palm Beach, FL to Valdosta GA!!! Bathrooms are disgusting which I think speaks to the other areas of the store that are not visible to customers! I had to ask & wait at least 10 minutes just for hand soap because neither bathroom had any or paper towels! I ordered my usual drink which is extremely simple & made the same at every Starbucks except for this one. I'm surprised the district manager of this location allows this Starbucks to continue operating under such poor conditions! THE WORST STARBUCKS - this location is terrible, I have been many times because I travel on I-75 frequently, and they have made my drink incorrectly a few times, but today will be the last time I ever stop here. Located right off of I75 in a great location. Fairly clean environment with 7 coffee tables, a meeting table, and 6 leather chairs however the bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning. Friendly staff with no wait time. Drink quality was spot on however we ordered a trenta and were given a venti. And since these days my penchant for hopping in the car (rather than a plane) I always check out my route to make sure I know I'm going to be able to stop somewhere along the way. Not only to refuel, but as a pit stop too. Rest stops are not for me! While driving through Valdosta, we stopped at Starbucks. The bathroom was closed and the waste cans were overflowing but the 6 people sitting behind the counter did not like the interruption. They had disdain for us the moment we walked in and it sent them over the edge when I couldn't find their hidden, overflowing trash can and I put my paper towel on one of the tables blocking the bathrooms. If there are no bathrooms to clean, no customers to serve, why are there 6 people that don't want to do their job behind the counter? read more
