This store set-up is "stoopid", with two o's! Wow! Doors are locked. No one allowed inside. Mobile orders ONLY. Loooong lines @ drive thru and people waiting on the sidewalk, near door. An employee will come outside and take names, then return inside to look for orders, then come back outside and call names. What? Less efficient system ever! Customer are not being serviced or cared for, quite the opposite. Every Starbucks in the free world allows customers to walk inside and pick up mobile orders. Get a grip! read more

Stopped by during travels and purchased a breakfast sandwich and coffee with a friend. Saturday at 8:30 am had six employees. One person in line. Cashier was nice. Drink was made correctly and timely. Inside was very nice. Only complaint was no salt or pepper which was needed for the food. Food is always consistent which means prepackaged and microwaved. Everytime I come through Valdosta it seems this location closes early for some lame reason.

Standard Starbucks, which would make this a 3-star rating. However, when you are driving home from Miami and have to make a pit stop in Valdosta, the vision of Starbucks is even more welcome and cherished. Bf and I ordered a large (aka Venti) mocha through the drive-thru. Service was fast and courteous and the drink was made as expected. If you are in Valdosta and need to get some coffee to continue on your drive to wherever, stop by this location. read more

Stopped here on the way South when we needed a stop. The parking lot is small and not easy to enter or exit. The cashier was RUDE! My wife wanted to verify the size of the child's drink and the cashier bit her head off. My wife ordered a small chocolate skim milk and a small chocolate whole milk. The cashier asked her why? Really?!? My wife replied that is the milk they like. When my wife asked for her frappacino without whipped cream, I held my breath waiting for another question from this woman. I think my wife's look told her not to. It wasn't like she was making small talk, it was like she wanted everything to be justified to her. The chocolate milks were not marked in anything we understood, so we asked which was what. The girl said it was on there and we should be able to tell by color. Really? My husband and I stopped in to take advantage of the frappuccino happy hour promotion (only time we patronize Starbucks is during these promotions). One drink was ready well before the second drink, which I'd never experienced before - we usually get both drinks at the same time. It wasn't busy either. The store was clean. Stopped here yesterday morning for coffee while traveling for work. The coffee was great, service was great, but the parking lot is a disaster! Maybe it was too early for me to navigate properly, but all of the entrances/exits are one way and they twist around all sorts of directions. Nice place to grab your usual Starbucks, and it's right off the highway. But not a quick and efficient parking lot when all you want to do is get back on the road. read more

StarBucks. How hard is it to make a Cinnamon Chai Tea Latte with Soy-Venti, It's on your menu. I ordered thru the drive thru and was given a Venti cup of hot water and one tea bag. WTH? While I was in their they apparently screwed up on other patrons orders as well. I went inside and had to wait another 15 minutes to get the correct drink. I'll follow up if corporate does anything to correct this. Also my husbands complaint - one way in and one way out. Be prepared to be frustrated at getting out of a parking spot. keep driving! 10 people in line, 7 employees, one register open. No dark roast so I get Pike's. No cream or milk dispenser although the guy just emptied all the trash over there (slowly and laughing with a big crowd of trainees. Who trains on Saturday morning?) Barista forgets to give me the milk or cream dispenser so I have to open my cup and block her service area. Then I have to get back in line bc cashier forgot my egg bites. My boyfriend was a traveling AGM and worked at the Drury next door quite a bit. I was living in Atlanta but would come down on weekends. This Starbucks was a great place to get out of the hotel and get some work done. I spent hours on hours sitting outside on the patio doing work with my dog. It was always calm and quiet here and I never really had issues with drinks being messed up, the store being messy, or associates not being helpful. read more

Well, they picked the perfect place to open this shop. Right off Interstate 75. It is packed. Always. I stop here as a halfway point between my trips to Atlanta from Jacksonville. Use the potty, get some coffee, stretch my legs. But I regret it every time. I have yet to go to this place and it not be packed. Yesterday, I waited 20 minutes just to use the bathroom. Then another 10 for my coffee, which wasn't even made correctly. But at that point, I was annoyed and wanted to get home so I let it go and hit the road again. They need more space, more bathrooms and more staff. For the location, you gotta have more. It is a college town too so you always have kids coming to study - and I think this is the only Starbucks in Valdosta. read more

Allowed me to order ahead of time and refused to let me in or bring my order to the "curbside" parking spots. The signs tell you to check in and they will bring the order to you. The barista told me I had to get in the drive thru line for my order. read more

Since all of the local coffee places in Valdosta don't open till 9am, I find myself at this Starbucks each time my travel takes me this way. This Starbucks is located right off of I-75 and has a drive through, making it very convenient. Even on weekday mornings before 8am, there's rarely a line inside, so I usually order on their app and pick up in store. They've always gotten my sometimes complex order correct. They don't have all the fancy items that Starbucks stores elsewhere may have (like sous vide egg cups, which are my favorite "fast" food low carb breakfast), but other than that, they're your regular Starbucks store. read more

I'm almost the first one here every morning on the weekdays. I have to say the food is good. It's a bit pricey, but the ingredients seem better. Drinks, well look who we're talking about, of course there great. Though I have noticed drink may be slightly different depending of who makes them. I LOVE my local Starbucks. The drinks do vary just a tad depending on the barista making it, but it is never a huge difference. The most important thing to me is that every person on staff there is so friendly and will go above and beyond to help with any issue you may have. I live in a small town 30 minutes away and travel to this store daily mainly because of this reason. The drive-thru does get backed up occasionally, but the employees do an amazing job of moving the line as quickly as possible. read more

The woman taking my order was so nice, but other staff was so rude. They made my latte hot instead of iced and so I politely asked if they could make it iced instead. The girl I asked, glasses with long braids into a low pony tail could not have been more rude. She told me to go ask the girl who was taking orders to remake my drink, which I was not going to do because she was busy taking orders for customers, while this girl was not. She had an attitude the entire time speaking to me and asked for the drink order multiple times as if she could not remember. It was just a tall almond milk latte with vanilla. I continued to be nice because I understand we all have bad days. She then started pacing around the kitchen speaking into her headphones taking bad about me to the other employees, for simply asking for my drink to be iced, as I had ordered it. I couldn't have cared less if she would have just dumped my hot latte over a cup of ice and given it to me, that would have been fine with me, I just wanted it to be iced. I do not know why this seemed to be such a difficult task for her to do, as if I was asking her to remake 5 different drinks. Once she gave me my drink I thanked her only to take a sip and find out that she put dairy milk in my latte instead of almond milk, despite being reminded more than once. I just took my drink and left at that point. Please don't keep employees on the floor who don't have the basic human decency to be nice to others. read more

I mobile ordered a Midnight Mint Mocha frappuchino, and it was just a little bit off... something didn't taste like it usually does. Also, I ordered my drink with coconut milk, but I saw the barista make my drink in the Dairy blender... not cool at all. I go to this Starbucks multiple times every week and have received some of the best customer service of any Starbucks I've been to. My drinks have been consistently great and they are always quick about getting your drink to you. There are a few Starbucks in Atlanta that I would rate slightly above this one, but this Starbucks is the best one in south/middle Georgia for sure. read more

The last 10 times I've been to this Starbucks I've had to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes in the Drive Thru line with only 2ish cars in front of me. They have actually told me before that the drink I order every single time I come in there is not a real drink and it's impossible to make. They told me "That's not what you've gotten. It doesn't exist. They probably gave you a different drink instead." Well, they probably did because sometimes my drinks taste like total garbage no matter if it's something straight off the menu or something with a pump of something added. I do not recommend this Starbucks at all. A new one on the other side of town just opened, I'd drive the extra 15 minutes (that you're probably going to have to wait at this one anyways) and go to that one instead. read more
