I've been coming to this location since I've moved and I have to say this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations I've been to. My drink is always ready when I use online ordering, and the people are always nice. Not to mention they are fast! Yesterday was my birthday and I got my free drink. When I came to the window a woman let me know they're remaking my drink because the put ice in it and I had asked for no ice. I absolutely love how they fixed this mistake. They could've easily just handed it to me and I would've drove off, turning this into a bad experience. Instead they turned it into a GREAT experience because the woman at the window was super nice, asked about my bday then gave me the extra mess up drink too. She also wrote happy birthday on my drink which I thought was so sweet. Definitely try to go here! read more

03/23/19: 4.00 out of 5 - This Starbucks is spacious and clean(could be cleaner though)...bathrooms, too. Unfortunately, this one can be crowded and loud due to the noise of the customers, but that should be expected since it's a Starbucks that have free WiFi, comfortable seating and tables. Regardless, the partners are nice and, like many other Starbucks, they are consistent in making my drink right. That's what makes them great at what they do. As far as a Starbucks goes this one is your typical place. The one thing I do not like about it is the way the drive-through is situated. Not a very comfortable place to wait in line. The workers are friendly but seemed a little slower than other Starbucks. read more

For me, the hours are what stink about this location. Sure the one just a few blocks down has better hours, it tends to be much busier and I prefer the smaller locations. As far as Starbucks go, I'd say this Starbucks is a pretty Starbucksy Starbucks. It's right on my way to work and they have a drive through. Their service is fast and the drinks taste the same here as they do everywhere. Overall, it's you know... a Starbucks. So, that's okay and stuff. I really appreciate how convenient the location is and the drive through makes it accessible. Inside the store, they have a good variety of clearance mugs and other Starbucks items. If you opt out of the drive through convenience, you can probably find some screamin' deals on coffee-style wares. read more

Went through the drive-thru ordered a frappuccino for my son and two cake pops for me. When I got home I grabbed the bag and both cake pops fell out the bottom of the bag. I called Starbucks to let them know so it wouldn't happen to somebody else since they had defective bags. She told me if I wanted to come back she would replace them. I told her I didn't feel like driving all the way back to Starbucks right then. She said " okay thanks for letting us know" I don't understand why she didn't offer to replace them on my next visit. This Starbucks is horrible. I've been coming here for a month, everyday, on my way to class. It's horrible in a sense that it doesn't come close to what you expect from Starbucks. There's always a ton of employees, but I always have to wait for my beverage. I was the only inside customer and they were all standing around having personal conversations. At first, it seems quite nice. Clean. Efficient. The young man was very nice. Then when I asked them to turn down the music because it was blaring, the female barista ( der her breath) commented "its not really that bad." Normally I wouldn't bother to write a review for a Starbucks, but the quality of the drinks at this one is inconsistent. While the staff is all really nice and friendly, I've gotten a couple of frappuchinos from here that were sub-par - kinda on the watery side, like they'd been sitting out for a while, even though they were freshly made. I might not come back to this one and I'll probably just go to the one a couple of blocks away on the other side of the street instead. read more

So just went through the drive thru ordered a Matcha Green Tea latte, got it drove off, got a mouth full of powder. The did not mix it at all. I went back and went inside. Baristas are busy but acknowledge me, after 5 minutes, I tell the barista that my drink was never mixed and handed it to him, he apologized, I asked for a refund back to my Starbucks card, he says "just one moment, I am going to grab my manager". He goes in the back to get her, I hear say "what?!", she comes out does not speak to me, say "how did she pay?, what was it?" Okay just scan her phone" and walks off. No offer to remake, no apology, no acknowledgement. So since that is how the manager handles customers, this location will not get any of my money, rewards, nothing. This is the only location on our side that stays open after 9pm. I guess I will be at Dutch Bros!!! read more

I don't usually write reviews, however this time I felt it was a good idea for the General Public for FYI. Walked to this location for a nice cup of Specialty Java this A M. When I stepped up to the counter to make a selection from the Menu Board listing the the different items all I saw was Tea and Frappuccino Drinks. Puzzled, I told the Lady at the counter I needed to see a better selection, (I'm a very visual guy, I like pictures to see what I'm ordering, especial Specialty Coffee). Not even seeing a list of Hot Coffee items, I told the Clerk I'm stepping out to your Drive up Order window I know I can make a good selection from there. After seeing the list with pictures I went back inside and ordered a Caramel Macchiato. As I waited for my drink I spotted the Hot Coffee Menu Board way over at the extreme right, a person would need to step to the right to get a good look at the items on the Board. They have a very friendly staff that works the drive through. And they are very efficient and I am usually able to breeze right through.

They may have the best service in the world but every time I get a drink here they make it wrong. I don't pay 3-6 dollars for a drink for them to mess it up every time. And I have talked to my friends and they say they mess up their order every time too. So it's not just me. I will not be returning here. I understand they are busy but I should be able to get a drink here once with it being correct. The only thing I feel I can get here without them messing it up is water. read more

This is a great Starbucks, everyone is friendly and service is quick and they always have one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches, the slow roasted ham and Swiss on a croissant, not good for counting calories but a great splurge for every now and then!
