You are being warned. If you don't order via mobile and aren't a regular customer, your order will be pushed to the side. I walked in this morning and order a americano. Simple right? Expresso and hot water, bam! Well that wasn't the case. Cause after I ordered there was a ton of "regulars" who came in. The Starbucks employees called them by their first name as they entered the establishment. Then the ladies behind the workstation stated making their coffee orders. So as I see one of the ladies heading over to the hot water line I walk up and ask her to leave room in my Americano, and she does. Well instead of had me the coffee as she turns around, she heads back to the workstation and places it in between her and the other lady and goes back to working on other orders. So there I am, standing at the spot to pick up my drink.... that is complete! With a lid and a sleeve on it. She continues to make 3-4 more drinks before she proceeds to give me my drink. The 3-4 more drinks she made, we for the regulars that came in after me. So they had a 1-2 minute wait, while I had a 5-7 minute wait. I get it. You want the regulars to continue to come back because that is repeat business. However, other customers should have to wait for you to finish the "regulars" drinks before they get their own. Especially if they were there before the "regulars" arrived. How do you expect to have more "regulars" if you screw over the everyday customer that uses your establishment on a semi frequent basis? Nope. I won't go back to this Starbucks. read more

Unbelievable!!! I just went to this Starbucks and they were four people that I could see from the drive-through window during the COVID-19 pandemic working at the Starbucks. None of them had gloves on and none of them had a mask on!!! When I asked the drive-through teller why they were not wearing a mask or gloves and were they required to wear them? She said no they were not required and that they only wore gloves upon request. My response was, you are handling food and beverages and you could be coughing on the food and spreading the virus! I am appalled by the Starbucks and very disappointed! I've been going to the Starbucks for years and never in my life imagine that they would be this careless! The girl thought it was quite funny that I was so upset... Needless to say we did not drink our Starbucks. I didn't even make it 10 feet away and throw our drinks away!! The coffee and deserts where great; however, the costumer service was horrible. The cashier was arrogant, hostile, condescending. I truly didn't feel comfortable at this location to sit down and read. I truly hope this wasn't a racial issue. read more

Drive through is moving slowly today. Normally it moves pretty quickly. Great staff and baristas. The wait is normally worth it. Love the rewards program and the specials they have. I'll be here for 3 consecutive days so I can up my stars!! Wish they had a location on the side of town closer to the base read more

Fastest moving Starbucks drive-thru line that I think I have ever been through! Friendly staff, good prices (lower than back home in Seattle!), and the coffee is super tasty. Went three days in a row and all my orders were correct. Thank god there was a Starbucks here because Dunkin Donuts coffee is weak and bland! read more

OMG - just had the worst experience I've every had at a Starbucks. There were 2 guys working (if you call it that), I was the second person in line for almost 10 minutes and the lady in front of me didn't even get drinks. Then one guy made my iced green tea as the other one made the 2 drinks for the person behind me before making my other drink. Absolutely no reason it should have taken almost 20 minutes to get an iced tea & a frapp. read more

All I ordered was a holiday donut and a gift card. I then had to wait behind seven drink orders to get my donut. Worst service ever. No one was behind me in line so they could've just put the donut in a baggie and handed it to me. read more

The last 10-12 times I have gotten a coffee here, the cup has leaked. Not a lot. Just enough to irritate and get coffee in the cup holder. The last 3 times, the cup has dumped substantial coffee on my clothes. Today was the final straw. Coffee all over a dress shirt for the rest of the day and the dry cleaning bill is not what I paid almost $3.00 for $0.50 of coffee, which ends up on the ground. The Starbucks in Perry does not have this problem. Can't explain why it happens here. Unless you like coffee in your lap, I would recommend you avoid this one. read more

Roaches crawling on the back wall. I did not draw attention to this fact during my visit but simply got my drink and left. I called back and spoke with the manager who I had watched with another employee look directly at the roaches and simply shake their heads and continue on, and she denied the entire incident. Employee who was there was apparently ill and was cussing, complaining, and just in a bad mood. She was touching her face, nose, sweaty hair, and then pulled up her pants leg to review what I'm guessing was a health condition, all behind the counter while serving people their drinks. When I called, I simply wanted to ask the manager what she was going to do, or doing about the insect infestation, but since she lied, and allows her employees to act any way they desire before sending them home with pay, I'll not go to Starbucks again. read more

Every time we head to Warner Robins, Starbucks is the first place we go. Even the kids enjoy their beverages. Having free Wi-Fi means the kids are happy. They take their tablets in and play on them giving me a chance to rest and relax in a clean, friendly atmosphere. And you know, no one makes beverages quite as well as Starbucks. read more

Love this Starbucks! Drinks are always perfect! I've only had one incident (can't even call it a bad experience) where I got a hot venti drink that was only 2/3 full. When I got home and realized, I called and spoke to Erica. She took down my name, apologized, and when I went through this morning the baristas took care of my drink for free. I am a loyal customer and their drive for exceptional service only reinforces my want to return. A+ :) read more

I visit this location at least twice weekly and I have never had a bad experience. The baristas are always friendly. They promptly and courteously correct any rare error. I get my Pike Place ground for a Keurig and they know exactly what works best. The drinks are well made and the food is just addictive! read more

Everyone's been to a Starbucks somewhere, right? Well, this one is assuredly just as good as the rest. Being the ONLY real Starbucks in Warner Robins (others in grocery stores pay for the name and brew however they wish), this place is under a lot of pressure and has a high standard to reach. Because of their singularity, this place stays at a pretty high-capacity throughout most of the day. To be so busy, the employees do a great job at not showing distress. Many of their faces are familiar to me as I've frequented this Starbucks for years, and they always greet me with a smile no matter what. I see that they ALWAYS respond with a positive attitude, even to those snooty guests who have not a single nice word to say before they get their triple soy latte. Of course the drinks are overpriced, but it's Starbucks. Drinks are standard, and rarely have I had to complain about my coffee. I order a simple cup of Pike's Place coffee and on occasion it has been either cold or weak, and the staff happily replaces it for me and no charge and apologizes. Most of the time they will hand you a voucher for a free drink of your choice also. There is never an issue...these are the kinds of things that keep me coming back. Food is OK. Of course everything is pricey....it's Starbucks. You're paying for the name, the convenience, and those smiling faces they sell everyday. And it works. A+! read more
