Inside is a large area with plenty of seating, plus some additional rooms for groups to meet. We received a friendly greeting and helpful service at the counter. I ordered my usual London Fog (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam), and they did a great job preparing it. I also ordered a Cranberry Orange Scone, which they warmed up. After a few minutes (to allow the tea to steep), both items were ready. The London Fog was excellent -- flavorful, balanced, and not overly sweet. The scone, however, was disappointing; though warmed, it tasted dry and stale. Two other issues detracted from the visit. Much of the furniture looked worn and past its prime, and there were flies throughout the space that were a constant distraction. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. While the beverage was very good, the food quality and atmosphere would keep us from recommending or returning.

Along with free Wi-Fi, there are plenty of outlets along the walls for each booth, which makes it a great place to work! The day I visited, lo-fi tunes were playing from the speakers, and the environment was perfect for focusing on my work tasks. They have a very large menu, with plenty of food and drink options - including ice cream from Mullen's Dairy Bar in Watertown. I got an iced vanilla oat milk latte when I visited, and while it was good, I can't wait to come back and try one of their specialty drinks. The staff is extremely friendly! A special shout-out to Maddy who went above and beyond to explain menu items, and make sure I was happy with my drink. Such incredible and personalized customer service. I always have issues with Ube flavoring tasting watered down at specialty drink shops however this was not the case at Dreamy Teazy. What's also special about this boba shop is they strictly use non-dairy creamer for their drinks. I am SEVERELY lactose intolerant, and sometimes I'll still get stomach aches with cross contamination but never had any reaction at their store. It's nice having a boba shop you don't have to be worried about dairy being used since most boba shops I've been to rely on dairy to make their blended/specialty drinks! Highly recommend the pistachio smoothie while supplies last ;) If you're hungry while you're there, it's also worth giving their food a try. If you're there on the weekend, definitely try the pho, but otherwise the bbq pork Bánh mì is a great classic!
