The staff is always very nice, but the location is severely understaffed and has been for over a year. Even if you place a mobile order plan to wait at least 20-30 minutes for it. The drive thru line is always chaotic because of the layout and cars end up backing traffic up into the road and service isn't any quicker if you go inside. The service was great. I picked up a dozen donuts to take to the hospital for the nurses in the ICU. My wife has been there all week. They loved the donuts so fresh and so good. Everytime we come to order, we never can get what we want, ask for a strawberry donut, they don't have the damn thing, ask for another donut, THEY DONT have it. If you ask for anything, THEY DONT have it. I asked for a mango refresher with green tea, asked for less ice, what did I get? I got a small drink with ice taking half of the space, this is just a waste of money. And on the other hand, if I go to the front desk, like in person to order, nobody is there. Service can improve, they just choose not to improve. I just want one thing, they don't have it, and can't forget the attitude these people have. I seriously wasted my money. Every time I go here, there is at LEAST one thing always wrong on my order. I ordered two drinks with flavoring today and only one of them had flavoring. the other one was just an iced latte with no flavor even though it says there is flavoring supposed to be added on the label on the cup. This Dunkin' Donuts outlet is located in the Meffert's BP gas station / C-store, so it does not offer much in the way of ambiance. There is a drive-in, which is a useful option on weekend mornings, when long lines can form inside the store. The staff are generally friendly and the quality of the coffee and doughnuts is on par with other Dunkin' locations. read more

I think it's time for whoever owns this place to take some responsibility. Is it impossible to make a HOT cup coffee? This isn't rocket science. two weeks ago I ordered a HOT coffee, paid for it, was given a coffee in hot cup but clearly was not warm. I mentioned this and the agreed to remake the coffee and would bring it out to me. I waited over 10 minutes, went back through the drive through and the young ladies that were working were standing there talking and clearly not working. I asked if she was going to bring me my coffee. The response I got was I don't know. Today I went through drive through, ordered my coffee, went to pay and let her know the price was incorrect she still ran my card with the incorrect price. I asked her for the receipt, she hesitantly gave it to me. I asked were you going to let me know you charged my card the incorrect amount and asked for a refund and to speak with a manager. The manager came over I told her this was poor customer service; at the end of my conversation, she asked if I wanted my coffee. She was not going to make it right and do what she should have done. She should have apologized, offer me a refund and keep the coffee due to her employee charging me the incorrect price or next time I'm there to give me a free coffee. I had went through the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich. I was given my coffee and a bag and didn't notice until I got home that they gave me two donuts instead. (And here I was trying to be somewhat healthy ) I called and just requested a refund the next time I went in and they were happy to do so. The following day I went in and ordered a coffee and let them know that when I called the day before they were going to refund me for a sandwich and they said they would give me a free sandwich instead. Only place in town for a good variety of donuts, so they will continue to get our business. However, I've never had a friendly face help me, they always act like I am intruding for asking to pick out my own donuts. I've been here twice in the last week (go ahead and judge). The first time was a Sunday morning. I got donuts for the kids and a coffee for myself. Interestingly, they put in the cream and sugar for me without asking how much (to clarify, they did ask if I wanted that before putting it in). They guessed right, which was great, and the bites of donut that I mooched were very good (rainbow sprinkles and Boston Kreme). On the second trip we got donuts for the whole family at around 9pm on a Thursday. The young man working there was very friendly (same thing on the Sunday visit though a different young person) and obliging while my kids stood there admiring the donuts instead of actively trying to pick which ones they wanted. Great donuts for a fun treat for work. They are not made there, so not like the old school Dunkin'. The staff has no idea how to make any kind of coffee other than the regular brew I.e. I would love to give this place 5 stars but the girl that helped me was so rude. She had no personality. I asked her for long johns with sprinkles and she said they had them, she ended up giving me long johns with no sprinkles and the doughnuts were stale. I was here before and had great service but this time, I was not fond of this place. Normally I would get asked if I wanted any flavouring in my coffee or tea but this time, I didn't get offered any of that. I don't know Dunkin' Donuts, I really liked this place but maybe I'll just stick to the Sun Prairie location. Good thing I went to Hurts Donut and got some fresh donuts! Overall, this place is okay. They seem to always be out of donuts and never have the ones you want. Clearly. This is a great location but their losing people like me because of terribly customer service and having no donuts.
