Just visited this location to pick up my online order I placed at 11:42am. Payed online and tipped. When receiving my drinks this message was written on one of them. When I brought it up to the barista she said "I have no idea how that got there". I'm so confused and offended honestly. read more

I stopped buying food at Starbucks as the food is pretty processed tasting and over priced. I am not gonna lie I love the pumpkin spice latte. However, this year the grande is $6.25 or higher depending on the location. Greed has definitely taken over. I used to get one a week during the season and now only one for the month. I do think they have the best iced green tea around however, it also is creeping up in price. Service is always hit and miss here but it's a corporate company so quality control and staff training is lost. In the end I will get a tea occasionally but with so many other competitors in area that are cheaper I will start going to local shops for my pumpkin spice. read more

These are my people. They get me. They get coffee. They get the experience I'm looking for. They haven't ruined this location with their no bathroom remodel crap. I went to The Human Bean this morning for the first time to give it a try. They're new in town and I'm curious to try new things. It was truly awful. And I don't say that lightly. The worst ever. I threw everything away it was so so so bad. Absolutely undrinkable. And I drove straight to Starbucks. Ahhh...familiar look and smells and sounds. I told them my terrible story and they're so good to me. They redeemed the morning by giving me a free beverage. One that I can actually drink! I never expected that by any means but what a pleasant surprise after my many decades of Starbucks loyalty in every country I visit. My drink? DELICIOUS! Made correctly. Without me repeating myself. We are Starbucks addicts. Starbucks holds a prominent place in our fixed income budget. Coffee and Chai lattes, at least five mornings a week are common for us. When traveling in our RV, its a Starbucks we put in our GPS for the next stop: our favorite drinks, clean restrooms, snacks and Internet. Whenever we are in Wenatchee for medical appointments or shopping, we, of course stop at Starbucks. However, we are often disappointed in the things the baritas are not allowed to do. Today was the final bell toll at THIS store. NEVER AGAIN! We ordered a Trienta Ice coffee with LIGHT ICE, which was served with,at least 50% ice! But the topper was a cold chai latte with now ice : it was fill about halfway. Incredible! When I complained , I was told that they are not allowed to fill it up. I put the drink down and asked for a refund. Another person took the cup and filled it. Those drinks are pretty pricey to start with, but to inflate products with more ice is ridiculous and totally uncalled for. Of the virtually hundreds of Starbucks we frequent, this one is the one store we will avoid and cross the river. read more

This location is my favorite Starbucks in Wenatchee. They have plenty of seating and there is always a spot for me to enjoy my coffee. I usually stick to my iced coffee, but one of the employees recommended the Nitro cold brew with the salted cream foam, and it has become my *new* favorite drink. It is smooth and strong with a nice foamy top. Christmas cups are out now, and I have to admit, it makes me happy. The team here is great, the service is friendly and the drinks are consistent. Great place to stop in, inhale the coffee smell, relax and enjoy a drink. Also, sign up for the rewards app, totally worth it. read more

I went through the drive-through on 01/29/2022 in the morning. I was met by Barista Naomi. Let's face it, customer service is hit and miss at Starbucks. But today was a HIT! Naomi had the best customer service I have ever received at this location. She was friendly, professional, and appeared to enjoy her job. No sappy fake friendliness from her at all. I had to order a few extra items at the drive up window. This is usually a kiss of death with eye rolling and the occasional huff. Not with her. NAOMI acted as if it was no big deal and was super nice. I have been in executive leadership 25 years, and if I had openings, I would steal her and pay well for her for professionalism and customer service. The best part is that I think she does not know how she impacts her customers, which is even better. I hope Starbucks recognizes employees like this. A bonus or raise needs to happen for her. Sadly, I did not have cash on me, but I put cash in my wallet, so next time I see her, she knows how customers appreciate good service from people like Naomi. read more

My second Starbucks in the West. I liked this one too. Had the same lemonade drink thing I had before, again it was tasty, but somehow a little different. Not in a bad way, just not the same thing I had had a few days prior. Tons of foot traffic here too, and pretty much all ordered coffee, so guessing its good. Nice location. Great restroom. Inside and outside seating. Easy parking. read more

It isn't that I like Starbucks coffee that much...it took me a long time to find a blend I could tolerate that didn't taste burned or harsh to me. I am starting to get a little tired of the toffee mocha, though. Lol Surprisingly, I seem to be able to drink their K Cup Keurig coffees easier than the brewed stuff sold at the drive through. Overall, I personally believe that someday Starbucks and Oprah will merge and morph in to the anti-christ but until I find a convenient coffee stand with a drive through in the far north end of Wenatchee I will probably keep showing up here for my early morning brew. The customer service here is awful! I spent 5 minutes in line(only one person in front of me) because the cashier was SO slow... I had to repeat my drink order to him more than once because he kept entering it wrong! Then I waited over 10 minutes to get my drink and they weren't even busy... ugh! I'm not sure why my husband raves about this location because I will NEVER come back to this location again. I have gold card status through 2018 but loyalty means nothing. read more

The nicest young man helped me today at the drive thru. I didn't catch his name but he has wonderfully crazy curly hair. What a doll. He was so nice, chatted with me and really seemed to take pride in his products. We mobile ordered our Eggnog Latte, vanilla latte, Banana bread and a ham and cheese fold over. They were fast and friendly.

My wife and I stayed near this Starbucks on our most recent vacation. We hit the drive-thru 3 days in a row during a super busy time for them, and they were absolutely spot on with our drinks, and even being 8 or so cars back in line our wait was minimal. They have a great team there! The staff was super friendly and very consistent. I didn't find it hard to get in and out of the parking long at all. They had a spacious store, that would have made sitting down for our coffee a great experience. Please give this location your business! read more

Longest wait I've every had for a latte. The store seemed to be slow so I was expecting a slightly longer wait then normal. So I patiently waited close to 20 mins before noticing other customers that were in line behind me getting their drinks. When I went to the barista and told her I think I was skipped, the two older women who were in front of me in line let the barista know that they were skipped as well. When asked what their drinks were they forgot to include the drink size to which the barista snapped back to them "yah, I need to know the drink size to make it". She then told me that the computer system skipped our orders- keep in mind this was the same person that took our order. No apology, no complimentary drink coupon. This store needs help with organization and customer service. read more
