Staff were helpful and friendly and while prices were about what you would expect for a boutique hotel cafe, I paid for my matcha without much of a second thought. My favorite holiday cookie is gingerbread, so was very excited there is a whole shop dedicated to it! It's like Christmas all year to me! The moment you walk in you are greeted by the cutest "gingerbread house" with gingerbread houses adoring the opposite wall that leads into the shop.
