We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated quickly too. Our server was fabulous - so friendly and helpful and attentive checking our meals were good and giving water and coffee refills. We ordered a cinnamon roll. When she brought out the dish, there were two large ones on it because they're normally larger (!) and she wanted us to have the equivalent. It was hot and delicious and between the three of us, we polished off 2/3 of it right away. I ordered the veggie pesto hash. Soooo yummy. I ordered mine without zucchini because it's just not a breakfast veggie to me lol. I did not notice or taste any pesto in the dish but the hollandaise was excellent on top. I tried their gravy to determine what bread I wanted (biscuit was an option) and it was so good. I'm such a gravy snob and this was quite flavorful with a creamy texture. I could barely finish my hash so I didn't touch the biscuit and gravy but our daughter will have it for leftovers this week. Randy ordered the pig and vine bene with hash browns. The bacon on his was crumbles instead of actual pieces of bacon so that was disappointing and he said the hash browns were cooked inconsistently with some of it being overcooked and all of it lacking flavor. Corina ordered the three meat hash and liked it a lot. She could only eat half - the portions are large - so more leftovers for her. This is a super cute place with indoor seating and what looked like a covered patio dining area. We will definitely be back. read more

Wild Huckleberry clearly lives up to its reputation as a local favorite. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the visit. Everything we ordered came out flavorful and satisfying. Our waitress was friendly and kind, even though it was very busy. You can tell this place stays popular, and the staff works hard to keep things moving. It was packed, which speaks to how loved it is, but that does mean the tables are a bit close together and navigating the space can be slightly challenging. Parking was also hard to find, and we had to walk a little to get there, but honestly, not a big deal given the payoff. Overall, great food, welcoming service, and a lively, local vibe. Love finding these great ears tucked away in an unassuming old-school house in Wenatchee! When you visit a place with huckleberry in their name, well it only makes sense you try the huckleberry Belgian waffle made with huckleberry compote, sweet creamy mascarpone cheese, and covered in whipped cream. It was awesome. We also got another of their popular dishes the Meat Lovers that dines with a heaping amount of diced potatoes, chopped bacon and ham, diced german sausage and green pepper and onion, cheddar cheese, and smothered with sausage gravy and two eggs over easy. Long wait on a Sunday morning. Waiting area is so small most of us were left to stand out in rain. After 45 minutes we were seated. They cram lots of people in minimal space. Our waitress was very nice! The best thing was the children's hot cocoa and chocolate milk, they decorated them pretty cute and the kids said they tasted good. Our food was terrible. I got the original eggs Benedict, which came with paper thin bacon and eggs that were overcooked. My hash browns tasted like pickles, I had my husband try them and he too said they had a pickle taste. I sent my inedible food back. The waitress was so sweet and offered me something else, at that point I was scared to try anything else. My husband's basic breakfast lacked in flavor and his biscuit was very dry. Kids pancakes weren't even tasty, kids wouldn't eat them. I don't understand what the hype here is about. Everyone that works there is very nice but it ends there. Service was friendly and quick. We didn't have to wait long for anything we ordered. It's kind of small and can get loud but it's very friendly and inviting. Food was AMAZING. Portions were large and everything was seriously so good. We ordered the huckleberry waffle which was to die for, and the biscuits and gravy which was also so good. It's a two story house top floor is the restaurant and bottom is a store. Best way to explain it would be a private crackle barrel. However there are a lot of small 2/3 table seating anything 4 or more will cause longer wait times. Very popular and can get packed fast. I had to California Benedict. It looked like it was gonna knock my socks off, but it fell short. The restaurant is in an antique house built in 1919 super cool and the staff seems very friend . The California Benedict eggs were poached and they were OK, the potatoes had some type of herbal seasoning, but no salt whatsoever so they were very flat tasting to me . And when you have a hollandaise sauce, that's supposed to make up the difference, the hollandaise sauce actually added to the flatness of the dish. 6.9/10. I think a 6.9 out of 10 is a fair rating because the dish wasn't horrible and it's definitely manageable to eat, but still expected more . read more

This place is so cozy. We walked in and we were seated immediately. Our server, Becky was so sweet and very accommodating to the kids menu. Our food got to our table in 13 minutes. The Chicken fried steak and French toast was delicious and my husband's egg white meat lovers omelette was "amazing ". The service was a bit mixed. The lady running the host stand and doing the seating was as kind and as sweet as can be. Our server seemed to be distracted or in a bad mood. It's okay, we all have our days. Service was slow and the meals took awhile to arrive. One of our items never came out and we just decided not to ask for it since we had already been waiting. We went up front to check out because it was taking awhile to get that as well. Our check still had the item we didn't order on it and I had to make sure it got removed. This restaurant has several locations throughout Chelan County. Breakfast, lunch or dinner it's always good food. Portions are generous and enough for two people or one person with a hungry appetite. Staff is courteous but the level of service depends on how busy they are which is quite busy most of the time. The Pybus Public Market (The Huck) location is always busy so expect a long wait during busy hours especially on the weekends during spring and summer. Pybus Public Market (The Huck) has the best ambiance and people watching is the best as it is located inside the market building. Inside and outside seating available. If you aren't in a hurry The Huck is a must. Lots of parking but if the market is busy you will have a long walk, parking fills up fast. read more

This place was decent! I went on a Monday at 10am and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table for two (granted it was the day after New Years Day) so it seems pretty popular! It has a pretty standard diner menu with all the classics. I found some great vegetarian options, but didn't see much in the way of gluten free. Our server was lovely! She was attentive, kind, and even put our order in right when we sat down so we would have our ticket in before a table of 10 that was about to be sat. My veggie omelette was good! Loved the hash browns. I ordered a side of avocado and the avocado came hot with cheese melted on it which was kind of gross, but I understand they may not sell this side a lot. We have visited Wenatchee quite a few times and had never tried Wild Huckleberry. We went on a Saturday around 10:00, the place was hopping. We did have to wait around 20 minutes for a table but I expected that for showing up at a prime breakfast time. The hostess was very friendly which made the wait a lot easier. Having a happy friendly staff really changes the energy and feel of the restaurant. The hostess told us about the gift shop on the lower level. The shop has a lot of nice things if I was in the buying mood I would have purchased a lot of things. We were sat at a cozy little table for 2. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. I ordered a Bloody Mary that was AMAZING. For brunch we decided to go with a burger because my husband has a Instagram for just burgers. We thought it would be fun to go out of the norm. The cheese burger came within 10 minutes cooked perfectly with lots of melty American cheese. The bun tasted home made and held the burger together nicely. The lettuce. Puke have been fresher. I just took it off. The burger came with a choice of fries,salad or soup. I chose the French onion soup. It was incredible everything a French onion should should be. Tender onions, rich broth and lots of melted Swiss cheese. I like the soup better than the burger. All and all it was a great visit we will come back next time we are in Wenatchee. read more
