Super cute spot in Wenatchee for brunch! Prices were super fair and I really liked my breakfast sandwich. My partner thought his omelet was okay but still good. Waitress was a bit standoffish but overall a good experience! Coffee is... diner coffee. Drink at your own risk lol.

When I think of my ideal weekly breakfast spot, places like the Huckleberry are what I crave. Quick friendly service, plentiful portions and reasonable prices. But really - fluffy flavorful eggs, crispy hash browns, a stellar side fruit bowl, and hearty biscuits. And a great cup of coffee. Every town deserves a place like this.

Love finding these great ears tucked away in an unassuming old-school house in Wenatchee! When you visit a place with huckleberry in their name, well it only makes sense you try the huckleberry Belgian waffle made with huckleberry compote, sweet creamy mascarpone cheese, and covered in whipped cream. It was awesome. We also got another of their popular dishes the Meat Lovers that dines with a heaping amount of diced potatoes, chopped bacon and ham, diced german sausage and green pepper and onion, cheddar cheese, and smothered with sausage gravy and two eggs over easy. To say that was t enough food you also get a choice of toast or homemade cornbread and we opted for the latter. Finally our last dish was the Crispy Cali Chicken Burger with sweet potatoe fries. Our server was great and came to check on us regularly and provided insights on the extensive menu.

Long wait on a Sunday morning. Waiting area is so small most of us were left to stand out in rain. After 45 minutes we were seated. They cram lots of people in minimal space. Our waitress was very nice! The best thing was the children's hot cocoa and chocolate milk, they decorated them pretty cute and the kids said they tasted good. Our food was terrible. I got the original eggs Benedict, which came with paper thin bacon and eggs that were overcooked. My hash browns tasted like pickles, I had my husband try them and he too said they had a pickle taste. I sent my inedible food back. The waitress was so sweet and offered me something else, at that point I was scared to try anything else. My husband's basic breakfast lacked in flavor and his biscuit was very dry. Kids pancakes weren't even tasty, kids wouldn't eat them. I don't understand what the hype here is about. Everyone that works there is very nice but it ends there. Food is terrible, will never return.

The Wild Huckleberry seriously looks like a Hallmark movie set -- instantly in a good mood the second you walk in Portions here are HUGE so come hungry (or bring a friend to share ). Such a perfect stop if you're craving good energy, a cozy breakfast, or you're on a road trip and need a fun lil pick-me-up spot. Food comes out fast, staff is sweet, and the vibe? Immaculate.

The food here reminds me of my childhood. The American food at the diner on the weekend. The demver omelet was good. The owner was lovely sweet lady. The service is fine. I should warn you tht when you order omelet, it comes with a SIDE choice. We chose a pancake and it can feed a family of 5....

It's a two story house top floor is the restaurant and bottom is a store. Best way to explain it would be a private crackle barrel. However there are a lot of small 2/3 table seating anything 4 or more will cause longer wait times. Very popular and can get packed fast. Breakfast was amazing and even packed after order food came out pretty fast. Home biscuits are large and pancakes are extremely large for warning. Everyone enjoyed and loved breakfast.

This place is so stinkin cute! It was beautifully decorated inside for the holiday. The service was so quick and friendly. They had awesome coffee and seasonal selections. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the sausage, potatoes and huckleberry waffle!

Corned beef hash bowl but they had no cabbage at the time. Marionberry freezer jam intrigued me

Such a cute space with adorable seasonal holiday decor! My corned beef hash didn't have much taste. The best part was the seasoned country potatoes. Ordered huckleberry pancakes. Couldn't taste it much.

It's just heartwarming that they put up a Christmas tree.

This place is so cozy. We walked in and we were seated immediately. Our server, Becky was so sweet and very accommodating to the kids menu. Our food got to our table in 13 minutes. The Chicken fried steak and French toast was delicious and my husband's egg white meat lovers omelette was "amazing ". My daughter said she was in heaven after her first bite of a large chocolate chip pancake. Great food! Great experience!

Stopped by for breakfast after a short night away. We were looking for the best little comfort breakfast diner and truly believe we found it. Excellent staff, very homey, and the food was great! Plus it allowed for LOTS of leftovers. I ate my "omelette" for two more days afterwards. We also split the stuffed crapes, failed to grab a photo but they were the perfect sweet treat to a heavy savory breakfast.

2 egg omelet and french toast. Eggs, sausage links and GIANT pancake!

Wow! This was the best dinning experience I have had! The service was friendly, the food was delicious and the environment was lovely and clean! Food was well portioned! The flapjack was so big my boyfriend could only eat half! My boyfriend formally requested that the next time we drive through Wenatchee that we come to Wild Huckleberry!

    Blueberry waffle! Delish!!

Do they add a 3% surcharge to your bill if you pay with credit card?

I paid with cash so I don't know. Sorry.

    Gluten free options?

I don't believe there were many options

    Is there parking?

There is a limited amount of parking, including a disabled spot, right by the door. There is more parking across the street in a medium-sized lot. If you go during their busiest times, parking can be tricky.

The main salon has opened up with the central wall removed and booths turned into tables and chairs. Very nice art on the walls, and excellent lighting, create a very inviting, warm atmosphere. The back wall of the restaurant is now a fully visible open bar with every drink you can imagine. I settled for the Michelada (the Hispanic version of a Bloody Mary with beer, not vodka-- absolutely delicious!) I had the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, and I took shrimp in garlic butter sauce home to Sherrie-- my dish is shown. The red enchilada sauce was really excellent-- it made the dish! And the rice and beans were hands-down better than anywhere in Wenatchee. I posted photos of the menu, I hope that helps. They clearly have many more food options than the other photos imply. Search the menus and you'll find something you like-- including steak and seafood. I was told the owners are from the coastal area of Mexico and the menu options reflect that. What's not to like? 5-Stars!

It's Burger King on steroids! You won't find tomatoes on the menu board, but almost every other combination of garnish (and companion meats) are options. I went with their stated classic, the "OG Mission" ('original gangster') burger. It is delicious, albeit noticeably greasy, due to the extra-high fat content of the ground beef. But that's where the rich flavor comes from. What Mission Burgers is doing right is highly seasoning the meat with salt and pepper, then punching up the flavor with pickles, red onion, and their special sauce. Add to that the richness of the cheese and the crusty, grilled bun--this is the winning combination at the base of all their other burger options. The other thing I really appreciate is, their straightforward pricing without trying to upsell their ingredients. The add-ons are inexpensive--slice of cheddar is $.50 compared to EZ's $1.47 for the same. Two suggestions: - drain the grease off the patties before assembly, - don't fold the wrapper in half... wrap the burger in a full sheet, stronger paper if necessary, keep it from leaking all over clothing. (I'll be back to check! :-) Otherwise, this is a 5-Star burger! (see the menu board pic attached for all the other options, including chicken)

Most of the others had breakfast and one in our party raved about the breakfast burrito, and ordered it again. I got the jalapeño cream cheese burger and omg was it good. 10/10, not kidding. Nice big smash burger that was wider than the brioche bun, caramelized onions and jalapeños, lettuce, tomato and tho more cheese was offered I just stuck with the cream cheese as listed and it was heavenly. | Room to Grow, Hoping for Better Next Time…read more We came to Petey's with high hopes. As a long-time Wenatchee resident who moved away in 2017, I was excited to try a new spot after recently moving back. I remembered this location as a family-run Mexican restaurant and was intrigued to see what Luis had done with the place--I've met him in the past and wanted to support the venture. First impressions were promising. We were greeted warmly by a friendly young man at the front, and shortly after sitting down, someone else brought us water without delay. The service started off strong and professional. Then our waitress arrived--and unfortunately, that's where things shifted. She didn't greet us or offer a smile--just asked if we wanted anything besides water. We placed our drink orders, but her demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. When she returned with our drinks, the energy didn't improve. We placed our food order and hoped for the best. When our meals arrived, they looked good--but we were missing a couple of items. We let her know, and she corrected it quickly, which we appreciated. Still, she seemed frustrated and disengaged throughout. To top it off, while I was still eating, she returned--not to check on how things were--but to ask if we were ready to cash out. I let her know I wasn't quite finished yet. About ten minutes later, I motioned that we were ready, and she dropped the handheld payment device on the table without a word. No "how was everything?"--just silence. It was clear she was ready for us to go. Despite the lackluster service, I still left a 15% tip--because everyone has off days. And I genuinely want this place to succeed. The food was good, and the environment shows promise. We'll be back to give breakfast a try, and I'm hopeful the next visit reflects the pride and care that I know Luis wants this place to represent. I don't leave critical feedback lightly--but I know Luis will see this and take it as an opportunity to improve. - thanks for reading my review
