New location at Sheridan and Mill. Nice smooth parking lot with no potholes haha... nice drive thru that allows for a long line without interfering with other traffic. The person working the drive thru was extremely friendly. Did encounter 2 issues: paid $1.25 extra for cold foam (blasphemy) and was handed a drink without cold foam ... they did fix it but then almost sent me off without my breakfast sandwich lol. Then I realized I didn't have a straw but didn't want to ask for the lady again so just used a straw from home. Your business is suffering because you're not appropriately staffed for a amount of business you receive and the customers are the ones that feel the effects as well as the staff members. I ordered ahead of time for a pick up. I got to the drive through about a minute ahead of the time given to pick up and there was 1 car ahead of me. They were so busy inside that me and 2 other cars waited over 15 minutes to be even acknowledged. I had to pull out the drive through and walk inside to retrieve my " hot latte " only to discover it was watery and lukewarm . Im very disappointed that this establishmentis staffed well enough to handle the amount of business they get! I have experienced this several times coming in this location. The neighboring coffee shops never have customers waiting 20 minutes for a premade order. read more

This is my "go-to" Starbucks location! Every time I come here, I'm always warmly welcomed by the staff and Mark, the store manager. I've never had any issues with speed and accuracy when it comes to the food and drinks I've ordered here. Through the Starbucks membership "star" program, on your birthday you can order any food or drink item for free, so I went with a pure indulgent treat - a Frappuccino! I went into the store and when I told them it was my birthday, they all immediately wish me a happy birthday and talked to me as I waited for my order. The customer service was, and has been whenever I come here, phenomenal - it put a huge smile on my face (underneath the mask haha). It didn't take them very long either to make it, even though they were getting slammed with the lunch crowd. I ordered a Venti-size Peppermint White Chocolate Crème Frappuccino, made with Almond Milk and an Affogato-Style Shot on top. This location really knows how to make a quality Frapp that is creamy throughout and isn't icy when you reach the bottom. This Starbucks location is a bit out of my way from where I'm living now, but I'm more than happy to make the trip out here when I get such great customer service and a great-tasting Frapp (or coffee)! read more

This Starbucks is one I've been coming to for years as it's super close to my house. The quality in customer service has completely plummeted over the years. Recently I tried to pay via the app with my card attached. They said it declined three times. So I gave them my physical card (yes the same one) and it went thru. I then got a call from my bank saying I was charged all four times. They canceled the other three payments. Not sure if it was a store problem or app problem but either way not okay. The staff is also unprofessional and snippy. They seem annoyed to be working at a Starbucks. If you don't like your job find a new one. I also find it unprofessional to stick out a card reader and say "can you hold it" while a tip screen pops up. Definitely not tipping when I just cashed myself out for you. I was a bit surprised by the layout of this Starbucks location at first; they have a long row of seating as you enter and then at the end of the "hallway" is where you order. There are a mix of regular tables and high tables all arranged in a single file manner. The most awkward thing is, it you're sitting next to the windows, you're right next to the cars that are waiting in line for the drive-thru ;D There is definitely a lot of natural light, and every other table has outlets just in case you wanted to charge something. This location is very clean and homey, and the baristas are super friendly. When I visited, I was surprised to see that there were six baristas working (maybe a Monday morning thing?). Despite the rather awkward layout, hey have two restrooms conveniently located next to the cashier, and my overall experience was pleasant. The only downside is that the tables really don't have much privacy since everyone who walks in inevitably has to walk by the tables in order to order. read more

More than once, I have asked to have my food reheated since it's cold by the time my drink is complete. Often this request is met with a condescending attitude and rarely an apology. I have been coming for here for the past 3 years, and absolutely love this location. It's right on my way to work, so that's a huge plus. The baristas are always so friendly and also know my order and me by name. (Not sure if that's a good thing or not ... ha, ha, ha) I use my STARBUCKS mobile app to pre-order, so when I get to the drive-thru or walk into the store, my order is nice and ready. The other plus to using the app is that I get points for every order, and you get a free beverage once you get a certain number of points. If you have the app you also get a free drink on your birthday! At this location, my hot drinks are always hot and my cold drinks are always cold, which has not always been the case at some of the other locations I've gone to. I had my puppy (120 lb St. Bernie) with me the other day, and they gave her a pup cup! She loved it! Everyone in the store is a hard worker, you can tell when you see them through the drive-thru window and when I come in, if the drive-thru line is too long. I love Starbucks,but this particular location is not the best. I've had poor tasting drinks a few times from this location via the drive-thru. Tonight I ordered an iced decaf tall white peppermint mocha and it tasted as if there was no espresso in it. I even ordered it with half of the amount of syrup. I waited to drink the latte after I was ten minutes away, and didn't want to turn around. The drink was $4.84 and the prices for lattes have really gone up over the years. I remember when a venti was that price. Usually when I go, I order an iced coffee, or an americano- it's better for my wallet, my waistline, and I truly like the taste of strong coffee. I wanted a holiday themed treat, so this visit was disappointing. I will be a lifelong Starbucks customer, but I probably won't return to this location. read more

I've been in this Starbucks on about 10 locations now, as it was very close to where my friend I was car-sharing with was working. I got free Wifi, I got "Refresh Tea" and I got the odd fancy cold milk caramel drink. Their prices are insane, their employees are also insane but in a good way. Lots of loudness and singing. They keep the place way too cold but on a hot day that's nice. They stopped serving the only tea I like, as of not too long ago. Very frustrating. I was last here about 2 months ago. I wish check ins had dates on them so I could say exactly when I was here, lol. This is a pretty decent Starbucks with friendly employees and of course my favorite tea, the Refresh, which is Peppermint - is no longer served. However I can never give them more than a low rating because the prices are just so high, the air con is so high it gives me a sore throat, and the music is usually too loud to concentrate on thinking or working. read more

The space at this Starbucks is definitely cramped. However, its glory is the drive thru. The drive thru is very quick, but be careful when pulling in off of Sheridan Drive, because the line could very well be up to Sheridan Drive. So seriously folks, be careful during peak times. The staff is not particularly friendly nor unfriendly, just meh. There are however two women that are very friendly. Wish the rest of the staff was that way. Great Starbucks if all you want is a drive-through, but in terms of a place to work...I would pass on this on this one and drive a little further to the Starbucks or Spot Coffee on Transit Road at Maple. The layout is like a long hallway with high tables placed along the one side that has windows adjacent to the drive-through line. Great if you enjoy staring contests with the people waiting in their cars for their coffee orders a couple of feet away, but it's not for everyone. Also the constant foot traffic immediately beside the tables given the hallway layout can be a little distracting. I get that this may sound nitpicky, but just sayin'...there are more conducive places to work nearby. read more

$5 for an em-effing Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte?! Say whhhhhaaaaaaat?! I used the drive-thru between visiting the chiropractor and shopping at Wegman's. I hadn't ingested any caffeine yet and was jonesing for a jolt of java. Why not get a PSL, considering I hadn't had one yet and they're only out for a limited time after all?! Waited for too long in the drive-thru with 2 or 3 cars ahead of me. Got out a $5 bill since I hadn't looked at the price on the menu. Figured it couldn't be anymore than that... Pulled up, handed over my $5 and got a nickel in return. $4.95 for a freaking cup of coffee?! AHHHHHH!!! I could have bought 12 Wegman's brand K-Cups for a couple dollars more and a bottle of pumpkin spice flavored creamer for a few more dollars (let's say $10 total) and had nearly 2 weeks worth of daily PSLs for about 1/10th of the price of this concoction per cup. I love drive-thrus and the PSL was actually really tasty but buying beverages from any Starbuck's is so fiscally irresponsible. Invest this potential $100/month Starbuck's habit in a Roth IRA instead and you'll have hundreds of thousands of dollars by the time you're ready to retire. read more

I was there a couple of weeks ago, it was snowing and was very windy . I stopped my car a few feet away from the order microphone in order to give my daughter some time to look at the menu . My window was closed as it was so cold and windy . I was the only car in line . After my daughter made her choice , I proceeded to order . Nobody took my order so I was about to leave when one employee started yelling at me calling me rude multiple times. She said she was trying to take my order and I was not responding. I explained to her that my window was up since it was snowing and I was a few feet back from the microphone , trying to decide what I would order so I didn't hear her. If it's not freezing outside, I recommend parking and stopping inside to see the friendly faces of the staff. And the line tends to be shorter inside. There's a nice long line of seating along the drive-thru, but it's a bit of a narrow space, so it's good for one-on-one conversations, but not necessarily more than groups of two. Two visits in one day turned up a correctly crafted beverage and a good conversation about what there is to love about it. :-) read more

My family and I have gone here every single day for the last 10 years, spent $15,000+ here. Today, the first day my aunt went INSIDE with a hijab on, she was treated with complete disrespect! We ordered a carafe and several other coffees online. When we showed up, we were told they didn't have carafes, instead of being told "i'm sorry, heres what we can do, we were barely looked at and offered no alternative, no apology, left standing there wondering what we can do, none of our other drinks were ready when we were there on time, we asked where are our other drinks and were rudely told "not ready" it was complete disrespect and Islamophobic, I will NEVER be going back to this location and my uncle WILL BE calling tomorrow to have that woman fired. The guy taking my order refused to take my code, he then told me I needed some sort of card? When applying for this promotion I never received a card. My Keurig isn't working! I know luxury problems haha. I usually hit Starbucks on Main st in Williamsville if I wanna sit and chat with people, but this location and it's drive thru have proven to be awesome and very convenient on my way to work this week. My new favorite thing-- Orange Spice iced coffee, VENTI PLEASE! It's absolutely delicious. I usually drink my coffee black but this is a very refreshing alternative I hope they keep forever! The coffee is strong (just how I like it) with sweet orange slices in it and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Can't tell you the price as I just hand my card over and say thank you! Try it, you'll love it!
