This was my first visit to this new location. It is very modern with large indoor and outdoor seating areas relative to many Starbucks. Their drive through service was busy. They were pretty busy inside too. Many of the customers seated at tables were busy using their computers and taking advantage of the free wifi. Otherwise, it was a pretty standard Starbucks in terms of their beverage and food menu. I enjoyed a plain cup of coffee will killing time before a nearby appointment. Parking here is a little tricky. Drive through line can get backed up with how busy this area gets. Plenty of outdoor seating. Inside they do a pretty good job of keeping the table cleared. Drinks came out quickly. Had to ask for the glass cup, even though that that was standard. Plenty of people doing work. Music wasn't too loud. read more

This is your typical Starbucks but it's brand new! It is located on Sidel right in front of the watermark neighborhood and the apartments in front of watermark. Literally walking distance from my home! Hello excited and good bye money!! Is Starbucks a little pricey yes but they are delicious and I love them! I did a mobile order from my home on my way to work and my minute and half drive over they were ready with it. Their menu is the typical Starbucks menu with drinks, snacks, and food. My personal favorite is anything with caramel, especially the macchiatos. But my newest find is the salted caramel cold brew! And I have to get an ice tea everytime. I am slightly obsessed. They do have a drive thru as well as walk in store. I didn't see the inside but I saw tables from the window along with outside seating. It's nice to have a local Starbucks within a short walk or on the way out. They keep it clean which is all you can ask for as everything else is going to be just like any other Starbucks. Lunch time gets a little busy as the local High School has the kids congregating there but everything seems orderly. I believe in supporting local so I'll try to make this my #1. We visited the new Starbucks in The Mark plaza on Seidel Road in Horizon West. It was fantastic! The store was so clean (unlike many Starbucks I've visited over the past few years), and the employees were super friendly and welcoming. Our drinks were perfect, served quickly, and tasted delicious. We sat for awhile and enjoyed our drinks at a table in the big seating area. There's a lot of seating both inside and outside, with a lot of windows to let in natural light. They're not the cushiony chairs of Starbucks Yesteryear, but mostly rather a lot of short and long wooden tables and chairs. read more

This Starbucks is a new location. It's happens to be a 5 minutes walk from home. The staff was very nice. I found the lady that took my order to be pretty personable. I ordered a trenta water with 2 scoops of matcha. It came out perfectly. Well shook. From start to finish, it took approximately 3 minutes. In that 3 minutes the service was tremendous. I'm happy that a Starbucks is a little closer to my area in Winter Garden. Think it's safe to say it will be a success. Can't speak enough about the service. Loved it. read more

This location is fairly new so we were really patient with mistakes, terrible wait times, etc. even though it's hard to believe they would open a million dollar without the proper staffing and training, we were still very patient. Now, it's been almost one year, same mistakes, understaffed and terrible wait times. We only stop if we see the drive thru empty, otherwise we go to the one at Flamingo crossings. read more

Place is very short staffed but it's not the employees fault. Drink was ok. Nothing magical or fabulous customer service worth remembering though. Food is pre-packaged, not fresh like the normal Starbucks. read more

My first time at a new Starbucks! Haha It's as nice as every other new/newly renovated Starbucks. Aesthetic decorations, music playing, typical Starbucks options. Service was fast (mobile ordering), and there's a bunch of tables! No couches/cushioned seating however, but without the typical couches, it does feel more spacious. My matcha latte was good - well proportioned ingredients. Can't go wrong with this location! read more

Let me preface this review by saying we are huge Starbucks fans! However, I feel as if the drinks at this location are never made correctly. Whether that's the drinks just tasting flavorless or missing things like the cold foam etc. We never have this issue at the Flamingo Crossings location and will continue to go there from now on. We've given this location so many shots but have had not great experiences over and over again. read more

A new Starbucks that is a 5 minute walk from my house...YES!! The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. While waiting for my mobile order the barista engaged in a conversation with me asking how my day was going and what my plans were for the day. Each time I've visited I'm greeted when I walk in and told to have a nice day when I leave. I am very impressed by the service. In addition, the new chocolate cream cold brew is AMAZING. A sweet, chocolate flavor that tastes similar to a chocolate milkshake. I will be returning probably more often than I should....can't beat convenience and great service! read more

Worse customer service ever! I asked for an item from pastry, they said we are out of it; then I asked for four others they said we are out of those too. Then I asked what you have they mentioned three items and I ordered two of those pastries. Then after 15 minute wait, they came back and said sorry we are out of walnut cake (I ordered it). It took them that long to release they don't have the walnut cake. I'm not sure what is the meaning of time for them and whether they know how to respect others time. And also the way they talked to me was very rude and socially unacceptable. read more

Ok... I finally succumbed to going into my local Starbucks this weekend. I go every day to one near my office at around 11:00AM and buy a bunch of drinks for my team. Up until now, I'd avoided stretching my "habit" into my weekends. When this branch opened just across the road from me, I "vowed" that I wouldn't start going there on my days off as well.... but this weekend I caved in and dropped in as I was driving by on Seidel Road. Great service with a really friendly member of the team at the drive thru window. She was pleasant and attentive and smiled and made my morning all the better. She made the visit totally worthwhile - and also gave me the excuse to feel less guilty about breaking my "vow" of no visits at the weekends. Hope they keep this up! read more
