It was decorated in a goth bookstore theme, low lighting with goth portrait artwork on one side of the wall, and books lined up on the other walls. As you make your way down the line, you see the huge cookies on display (similar in size to Levain cookies) as well as the cakes they sell too! They also sell cold brew based drinks and water, milk and chocolate milk. I wanted to pick out some cookies to bring home to the family, however most of their flavors contained nuts (kids have nut allergies), so I bought everything that didn't have nuts: the Bites (flavor of the week was OG chocolate chip), and a Cookies & Cream and the Triple Chocolate flavors. Dang - the cookies are indulgent and delicious! These cookies are pretty hefty so I could only eat about an eighth of one at a time. Soo good, but pretty sweet, so have a cup of tea/coffee/milk close by. I loved all the flavors I got, but the OG chocolate chip was my favorite of the three. One thing I noticed was that the coffee was only available pre-ground in store, with no whole bean option. I asked one of the employees and they confirmed that whole bean coffee is only available online. I brewed this in a French press. The bag mentions notes of apple, caramel, and cinnamon. I could definitely smell it while drinking the coffee, especially the apple and cinnamon, but I didn't really taste them all that much in the actual coffee. However, it was very easy to drink. This was much lighter than the coffees I normally drink, with almost no bitterness. Nothing fancy, just a smooth cup of coffee that was enjoyable to drink black. One thing I wish Joffrey's offered was a way to try the coffees before committing to a bag. With so many different blends, it would be nice if they had sample jars of the grounds to smell, small tasting samples, or even brewed versions of the specialty blends available to order. Instead, they only had a limited selection of roasts and teas available for take out. A lot of the bags sound interesting, but you're mostly buying based on the description and hoping for the best. Overall, I enjoyed this one and would consider picking up another bag on a future Disney trip. The next blends I'd be interested in trying are Snow White's Just One Bite, Daisy Duck Lavender, and Tiana's Bayou Beignet.
