My wife and I are big coffee drinkers and usually have to travel a bit to pickup the coffee we like to brew at home. This spot opened recently so I checked it out one morning. The space is nice but a bit overwhelming. They have so many options both in regards to coffee and food. I got some of their Venezuelan blend to take home and been having it every morning since. The coffee is very good. However, we brew it in a French press which I told the employee who was grounding it. He grounded it too fine for a French press. I didn't try any of their food options. I'll come back at some point soon to give it another shot.

Stopped by with my family because we heard they had on tap kombucha. We tried each flavor and they were all amazing (5 star worthy). The mango was the least sweet but super refreshing. The berry was probably the sweetest, but not too over powering. The whole place a a calming, organic atmosphere and our service was friendly and informative.

Good coffees and teas but it seems like the owner has a hard time finding good help. Some employees are efficient but some not so much

Located in a small plaza with 7-11 and a few other small stores, we were greeted right away upon entering. There were a few customers but it was not packed which meant we got a booth, yay. The waiter informed us of the specials, most of which I hesitate to order at a diner: paella, octopus, steak, etc. The menu is plentiful with the usual items as well as more Spanish dishes like empanadas, Spanish breakfast, etc. The Italian vegetable panini with salad was not bad but it was odd that the salad had the same ingredients as the panini (sans portobellos), leaving the while dish feeling one note. The burger was the typical diner burger. Overall pricing was okay, given rising costs, though some of the entrees were $25-30+, which i wouldn't do. I wonder what the Spanish dishes would have tasted like because perhaps those are their stars. Service was attentive, though it felt like they were trying to make this more into an elevated experience vs. what it was. I did like the bathrooms a little better than other diners, and I felt pretty comfortable in the little restaurant space.

Got a triple-decker chicken cutlet sandwich, which was pretty good. Sister got a chicken and eggplant thing on a pita. Also OK. The portions were generous. The waffle and regular fries were standard diner fries, which is a good thing. Now for the chili. It is straight up marinara bolognese. I guarantee this is the exact same stuff they serve on spaghetti. They just throw some cheddar on it and serve it next to some chips. Pretty bad. Other than that, not bad. Again, should have gotten the omelet
