I worked at Titanic Coffee from March to early June, and I can honestly say it's a lovely and supportive family-owned business. The managers, who also own the deli next door, care deeply about both their staff and customers. It's a warm environment with a genuine community feel -- definitely the kind of place where you can sit down, relax, and enjoy your food or drink without feeling rushed. The staff is highly trained and super accommodating with any drink or food modifications you might want. Whether you're picky about your latte or have dietary needs, they'll make sure you get exactly what you want. One thing that always stood out to me was how spotless everything was -- the espresso machines are cleaned daily, blenders washed after every use, and food is always handled with gloves and hair tied up. Sanitation and quality are clearly top priorities. While I did experience some challenges as an employee, mainly due to a bit of a learning curve and limited training at the start, I can confidently say that as a customer, you'll receive excellent service and a consistently great experience. Visit Date: May 15, 2021 I came upstate with my cousin and my father to visit my friend Jon and his girlfriend. Jon posted about his titanic coffee because they live in the area and I wanted to try it. My father treated all of us and gave about $60 to the coffee shop for the day. I forgot what drink I had but I liked it, they also had gluten free wrap options so I got the chicken Caesar salad wrap which was awesome I don't have wraps often because sometimes a gluten free option isn't around and a chicken Caesar salad wrap is one of my favorites. They did a good job. My son had some ice cream and enjoyed it, I think my dad enjoyed his food too so did my cousin. The gimick of this shop if you want to call it a gimick is that they have $6 reproduction prints of the article and newspaper of the Titanic sinking. That's why they call themselves Titanic coffee. If you're in the area I'd recommend coming here and I'd even recommend it if you're like me and just like to drive out of the way for stuff on day trips here and there to get some different scenery. read more

You'd be surprised to know the ones who do a morning hike at 8am still need coffee. Most of the hikers came with Dunkin' but I am glad I tried Titanic Coffee today. I was originally next door at the Titanic Deli but they only had hot coffee so the staff member told me to go to their coffee/juice bar and lounge next door for iced coffee. Titanic Coffee offers a variety of drinks and food including ice cream, açaí bowls, green smoothies, protein shakes, pastries, and more. At around $2.50 for an iced hazelnut coffee with almond milk, that is a good price. I also had an amazing açaí bowl later in the day when I came back to use the restroom. The restroom was pretty clean and much better than the public ones at the state parks. The fruit in the açaí bowl ($9) could have been chopped smaller but still delicious and blended to order. My wife and I are big coffee drinkers and usually have to travel a bit to pickup the coffee we like to brew at home. This spot opened recently so I checked it out one morning. The space is nice but a bit overwhelming. They have so many options both in regards to coffee and food. I got some of their Venezuelan blend to take home and been having it every morning since. The coffee is very good. However, we brew it in a French press which I told the employee who was grounding it. He grounded it too fine for a French press. I didn't try any of their food options. I'll come back at some point soon to give it another shot. read more

I stopped by here after a hike near hook mt. and this place is a great find. They have a ton of healthy options (as well as unhealthy options which i'd have opted for if i hadnt spent the morning hiking) and everything is about half the price of similar items in other cafes. I could go here every morning for a month and try something different every time. read more

Stopped by with my family because we heard they had on tap kombucha. We tried each flavor and they were all amazing (5 star worthy). The mango was the least sweet but super refreshing. The berry was probably the sweetest, but not too over powering. The whole place a a calming, organic atmosphere and our service was friendly and informative. read more

I love this place. The staff, Alex, Scarlet & others are amazing. They are so kind, and are excellent baristas. They truly care if you enjoy your order and I am greeted with smiles and friendly conversation each time I walk in. A welcome addition to the area especially because most coffee shops around here are chains and that gets boring after a while. Friendly staff, great selection of coffee drinks, tea drinks (and kombucha!), nondairy milks, and a pretty extensive food menu. I have yet to try everything on the menu (because it's so big) but everything I've had so far did not disappoint. Highly recommend the cinnamon bun iced coffee!! read more
