Nice and cozy Starbucks. I like this location. It's situated on an overlook across from Walmart. There is a Verizon store in the tiny plaza where Starbucks is at. Interior is clean. I LOVE the outside patio with fireplace. It adds a really nice touch. Staff is friendly. The bakery looked very neat and orderly. I love Woodland Park and this Starbucks adds nicely to it. Also, the surrounding views are pretty. This Starbucks is also situated right off the main highway going through WP. I highly recommend stopping by. read more

Went to have a coffee to relax outside for a bit. I ordered an almond milk cappuccino. The first one was one shot of coffee with milk filled to the top. I asked for another, emplaning that it was way too much milk. The girl I spoke to had someone else make it that was exactly the same. When I explained that I didn't need the foam, just a shot and a small amount of milk, so only offered to refund me. I just wanted a coffee that didn't taste like hot milk. They just couldn't seem to get it. I have ordered the same drink at hundreds of Starbucks all over the world and never got so much milk. It was like a double milk latte. Ugh. read more

I went to this location two days in a row. The first day I went inside. The staff were friendly and nice. Second day there lobby was closed due to short staff which was understandable. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. Then at the window I wanted to get a gift card and pay using that gift card since I only wanted the little apron it came with. The guy at the window was extremely rude about it. Then he was trying to rush me thru it. I get your drive thru is based on your speed of service but when your lobby's closed then your sos shouldn't matter. Also once he saw I didn't tip because of his horrible attitude (which isn't mandatory) he aggressively handed me my drinks. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

My wife just called me to tell me about a horrible experience she had with the Woodland Park location with an employee (D.) and his manager. My wife stopped for a small meal and coffee before she had non-invasive surgery after not eating all day. She tendered a $50 bill, legal tender as the government has led me to believe, and the attendant very rudely told her that he had no change. When my wife inquired what could be done (open the safe, get change, etc.), she was rudely told: "no, that's it." She asked to speak to a manager, and a female came up and she explained what was going on. The manager was just as rude as the worker and told my wife that they were going to throw away her order. My wife, in shock at the progression of the situation, stated that she would not be back. The manager then said: "goodbye then." As a company that prides itself on customer service, I am shocked and perturbed at how my wife was treated. What is the quality of worker and manager that Starbucks expects? Does this business model expect to bring in more customers or cost the business money? I am terribly disappointed at the Woodland Park Starbucks location and hope the employees involved receive the appropriate retraining in customer service, respect, and professionalism. read more

We came in with a group of twelve on a Sunday ordering a drink and pastry each. The girl who helped us at the register was super sweet, and the service was quick. The banana bread I received was also HUGE. My only recommendation would be to put the mobile orders on the counter versus by the drive through. We had to ask sometime to grab our pickup order, and it was during one of their busy times. read more

The last two times we've been here, they've been out of Venti sized cups, so they substitute Trenta cups that don't have domed lids. Shoving a straw in the side hole designed for your mouth is annoying and I doubt you get the same amount since the whipped cream is squished under the flat lid instead of being in the dome...but I digress...my main issue... There's something off with the Coffee Frappuccinos at this particular Starbucks. We've been here twice...ordered what we always order at other Starbucks, and yet the drinks are twice as sugary (even with our typical ordered reduction of the syrup pumps from four to ONE) along with being watery with very little coffee flavor. If I had to guess what they are doing here - they are taking half or more of the Creme Frappuccino base to offset their shortages with the Coffee Frappuccino base and adding more ice than usual. I even had her remake the last one thinking that there's no way they remembered to put the proper amount of coffee base (the "Frappuccino Roast pumps") based on how it tasted and the remake was identical to the horrible drink I got to begin with. A few sips in and it went in the trash. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. We're crossing this Starbucks permanently off our list. BTW, I noticed that the oldest looking employee working at this Starbucks looked like a teenager. This store seriously needs some adult supervision. Just sayin'. read more

The team here is always wonderful. I don't recommend going inside here as all of my recent visits there are customers who refuse to wear masks despite the store's policy. It's safer to use the drive thru and receive the same friendly service. Stay well staff! read more

My mother and I stopped in here before heading to the supermarket. We ordered the chicken and bacon biscuit and vanilla bean Frappuccinos, I originally ordered a strawberry açaí refresher but they were out. The Frappuccino was good, the sandwich was good but still a tad cold. The reason I am giving it four stars and not five is because they ran out of the refresher mix which I've never had happen and the sandwich was still a bit cold, otherwise the service was fast and friendly. read more

Typical of a Starbucks. I'm surprised there are three Starbucks within a mile here on Hwy 24. There's one in Walmart just across the parking lot from this one, and a bodega up the road at Safeway. Of the three, this one is head and shoulders above the others. Pleasant location, but the parking is limited. When the patio is open there is plenty of seating. As others have noted, this one tends to attract the squatters so it can be a challenge to find indoor seating. I've never had a complaint with the service or the products. read more

Usually this location is great! I work in cripple creek and stop in here on my way in rather than the OCC location because the service is better. Today I stopped in though at 5:00 am, when I usually do, and and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving due to no answer in the drive through. I come to this Starbucks almost every morning as it's on my way to work. I love how fast and friendly their staff is! They have some amazing workers. I've used their drive-thru, I come in once in a while to just disconnect and relax. They maintain a clean store with a large patio to accommodate any size group. read more

My wife and I love Starbucks and never had any issues till we stopped at this location. We waited for over 16 min for our drinks an expresso and a chai latte. Then the employee got upset when we turned around to let her know that the chai latte tasted like hot milk. I even saw a customer walk out without his coffee. read more
