We've gone to two different coffee shops during our stay in Colorado before coming here. Let's just say we wouldn't have minded coming to Corter Coffee Roasters every day instead of the other coffee shops we went to. The manager, LIANA, is the most pleasant person we've met on this trip. First of all, all our drinks (caramel latte's and chai latte) were BOMB. I had to tell myself to not chug my latte because it was so good. She shared places that we should visit considering we are not from here. This helped so much because a lot of our plans fell through. The bathrooms are for paying guests and they are clean and convenient. Liana, thank you for the true Southern hospitality radiating through. They roast onsite and the pulled shots are smooth and full bodied. I got a mocha latte, and it was topped with blue whipped cream- a nod to earth referred to as a pale blue dot- a nice touch! The whole menu has scientific references, and it's fun to look around at the related decor. The staff here are also very knowledgeable and friendly- this place has it all.
