I was traveling to nw Oklahoma & as I got to Yukon I thought I will stop at Starbucks to get me a coffee. Praying it would help me stay awake the rest of the way home. As I walked in this upbeat confident guy I didn't get his name :( but he is so freaking friendly & says hello my friend welcome! What can I get you? I told him not sure but it needs to be strong enough to keep me awake till I get home. He immediately says I can make you anything & naming off some delicious options. There is nothing more impressive than a person who knows the job & does it well! I don't care what job you have. I know this angelic man was a blessing to me bc that delicious warm cup of coffee that he made did in fact keep me awake to make it home. I wish I would have gotten his name. My wife and I just got done with the hospital and was wanting a drink. So we decided Starbucks. The drink was great don't get me wrong. The two star is because when I got home I realized that they charged me 29 dollars for two tall drinks and two ham and Swiss croissants when it should have not been more than 20 dollars. I even asked the girl at the drive thru if it was correct and she confirmed that it was 29 dollars. Next time, get your receipt and double check what they charge you. read more

As we were traveling on the road, decided to get a drink to go. I created a mobile order for my usual passion tango tea. Had a good experience, picking up my order. They had the order up in a timely fashion. The staff was very nice. She even offered pup cups for our dogs. Our dogs give two paws up for this establishment. I'm surprised by the low rating here! I stayed nearby and visited this location several times during the week. They were quick with my order, offered samples of Fall Drinks and were always friendly. This was the worst drink I have ever received from a Starbucks! Ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Tons of syrup very little oat milk. The staff at the location are super friendly. Not sure why they get 3 stars. They do have a poor layout in the parking lot, so it is inconvenient going in and out, and the prices at Starbucks have gone up at least 25%... but the atmosphere of the location and the staff are great. read more

so many nice people working here. but whenever I come and it's every day sometimes twice a day and the one worker who is African American with a bonnet "hat" on. it's the worst experience. she's rude. today she made me get out of the drive thru to sit in the parking. and wait saying my order was to large?!! it's two coffees and two hot cocoa! four cups WOW just FYI no one was in the drive thru and nobody was behind me. I couldn't wait there. she's had me wait many times for no reason. I love this location for all the other employees but she never give eye contact. never speaks up I always have to ask over and over what she's saying. I know that may seem like a conflict, with Starbucks penchant for burnt coffee beans, however, we all know that Starbucks as a whole believes in the axiom of giving the public consistency over quality. With that in mind, this is one of the better Starbucks I've been to. They are always busy. They are friendly, give friendly and fast service, and get it right. The store and bathroom is clean. I don't understand how a coffee master can mess up my drink. I get the same thing everyday and ask for the blonde shots to be made straight into the cup so they don't die when the barista walks away and lets it sit in the shot glass for way too long dying and souring. But still they do not do it! "Hey will you make it this way?" "Yes absolutely" and then don't do it!! And actually get upset and annoyed with me when I ask them to again make it straight into the cup. It baffles me because Starbucks is %60 customer service and %40 coffee. There are plenty of overpriced coffees to go buy but Starbucks is supposed to be a friendly customer based atmosphere. I think most Starbucks locations have forgotten this super important fact of how to treat the customers from the company they work for. I've only tried Starbucks two other times but it was years ago so I thought I should try it again since it is just right down the street from my house. I placed my order but was told that the iced coffee is premade and they don't make it in decaf. Seriously? I don't understand how a popular coffee shop can't make decaf iced coffee. I ended up getting an iced Americano with cream and sugar. It was ok, but I quickly remembered why I'm not a fan of their coffee.. it's bitter. I also don't like how they act smug when they explained the situation with the iced coffee. It was like they were pretending to be nice about it but almost had a condescending attitude, like everyone should just know everything about Starbucks. The cheese danish lacked flavor, even the cheese was just meh. The birds seemed to enjoy it though. The icing on the cookie made it decent. Nice enough people, but takes forever (almost 30 mins which is kinda crazy even if it was the holidays) and my drink tasted like milk, minimal eggnog flavor. As I watched the barista make the other drinks they were all almost more milk and water than coffee. If there was any other place that made halfway decent expressos I would definitely not return. So, we are stuck with either Starbucks or Starbucks or fast-food chain coffee, hopefully 2020 brings about some flavorful improvements. read more

I like this Starbucks. Not only is it across from work, but the baristas are so nice here too! They'll remember your order, and eventually your name, if you're the type to show up every weekend. The drive-thru can be a trap depending on how busy it gets. Whenever a long line begins to form it gets a bit difficult to maneuver around the parking lot. The addition of the Panda Express next door makes the parking lot even more frustrating to navigate, so I typically walk in and get my drink. It usually gets me out faster than staying in line. This location was recently remodeled too, so it's all jazzed up on the inside. It's not super roomy, but it's not cramped either. It's great! read more

This might be my least favorite Starbucks location. Generally, they are very slow, drive-thru or if you go inside. The staff has always been friendly, just don't plan on making a quick stop here. The drive-thru is always packed. The way this location is set up makes it difficult to even get to the parking lot to go inside if the drive-thru line is super packed. It is very small inside with very little comfortable seating. Not a great place to grab a coffee, relax and do some work. read more

This is a nice little Starbucks. Easy in and easy out, ample parking, and easy access from I-40. It seemed busy but not packed. I'm sure with all the traffic coming through, they've gotten very good at that most important of barista training: efficient friendliness. In about three minutes I ordered a drink, paid for it, reloaded my prepaid card, and picked up my drink, made to my somewhat high-maintenance standards. I don't write reviews for chains, generally. I had purchased a Starbucks iced coffee in Texas earlier in the day yesterday. When I approached Yukon I was ready for another. (I'm in the process of driving cross-country) I can always count on Starbucks to not charge me for soy milk when I order a plain coffee or iced plain coffee. After going through the drive-thru here this location is the exception. Perhaps soy milk is a foreign concept 'round these parts but considering the barista in Texas understood my plight/corporation rules I am not giving this location the benefit of the doubt considering I was charged 50 cents for a drip of soy milk. I tried to correct the barista and she had none of it. WTF!?!?! It was literally a drizzle, I could tell due to the color and the fact that the soy milk did nothing to dilute the awful quality of Starbucks' coffee. I was desperate so I paid the 50 cents and went on my merry (irritated) way. read more

This location needs to be updated so there's more than one way in or out. They also need to have more than 3 workers on staff. The drive thru line here is always 15 cars long. Even going inside, there's usually 10-15 waiting. Which is scary considering the times now. Don't go unless you have 20 minutes or longer to wait. I've also never been near a Starbucks that runs out of cold brew everyday before 10 AM. It makes no sense and it's super frustrating. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I usually go here for my coffee needs. The indoor portion is very small and their isn't much seating. The drive thru is usually extremely long and you end up waiting 5-10 mins almost every time. Unfortunately they are notorious for messing up my drink order. Used to be a really good coffee shop but, I think they recently have hired some new people and either they haven't been trained well or they just aren't that good at their job.
