If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I come to this specific one they screw something up. Today asked for a spicy chorizo sandwich was billed for it and then told they were out. Offered very aggressively other sandwich's I did not want and then finally offered a refund like it was and inconvenience when their mistake. I begrudgingly took one of the other sandwiches no refund though. Paying 6.00 for a sandwich you didn't want is ridiculous! read more

Parking is definitely an issue. Once the line gets long, it makes it pretty difficult for other cars to squeeze past just to get to the main Starbucks parking lot. Also, light ice doesn't mean much to them sometimes. read more

The drinks were ok asking to add shots they didn't blend the drink it was really watered down and the service is really slow as they make everything one at a time even for the same drinks. read more

This is a cozy little Starbucks situated on Garth Brooks Blvd and very close to I-40. It is short on seating space since it is a little Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They do have a drive thru (I believe). They have a selection of treats ranging from coffee cakes to brownies. It is a nice place to come study or read if you are able to get a seat. They also have outside seating which is nice on a spring day. read more

This is go to spot when I wanna grab a quick cup of joe and head out to a busy day . They always get my drink right and tend to keep the Togo line flowing . The inside has been re designed and updated . They have a lot more space to sit and enjoy a delicious latte while reading your favorite book or surfing the web . They always have a great selection of sandwiches and bakery item . There vanilla frappachinos with Carmel drizzle and a shot of espresso poured on top is one of my favs! This location is always clean and everyone behind the counter has a ready to please attitude ! Right now they are having a lot of construction next to there store so have patience with the parking lot !!! Hopefully the parking will get better soon !!! read more

I do really like the drinks here, however I do not like paying the high prices they charge. I feel like the other local coffee/tea houses are just as good, if not better, and have better prices. I will say, the pumpkin spice latte is now made with real pumpkin and is delicious. Get it while you can! read more

25 min waiting for an iced coffee and an iced chai. Both of which were wrong. 25 minutes. We were the 2nd car. No idea what the holdup was. They weren't slammed inside and I saw 4 employees. No apology for the wait. read more

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. They seem to retain staff longer which makes the visit so much more pleasant.

One of the worst locations in the metro area. Mobile orders are never complete, things are left off often, regular milk instead of soy, and they are far more interested in the conversations they're having on the other side of the counter then taking care of a customer. I will actually drive a little extra time to get to the next Starbucks to avoid this location. Such a shame. Maybe the one in Mustang will have better service. read more

GPS was going to take me to the McArthur Starbucks but heading east on 40 I noticed the sign for one at exit 136 on Garth Brooks Blvd so I got off early. Mistake. Asked for 190 degree hour Chai but I could stick my finger in the drink. Asked for a redo. Only slightly improved temp and no extra shot of Chai as ordered. Basically drank sweet lukewarm water from the whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Poor parking, too. We had a small trailer and it was dicey going in and out and had to park in a way that could inconvenience an inexperienced driver going around us. Sweet barista but I'd rather have a surly one who could get it right. read more

I haven't been to the Yukon Starbucks (which used to be great) in about a year. Stopped in today and the service is just terrible. The guy the drinks can't speak up and service is extremely slow. read more

Out of town visitor but I found the staff helpful and on-task.

Too crowded inside, never enough seats. Drive through waits can be super long--I waited 45 minutes once. Staff politeness varies, none rude, but occasionally fail to even say thank you. The coffee is fine enough. The biggest problem is that it's just too busy for its size. read more

Terrible slow service. We had 3 cars in front of us in the drive thru and it took over 15 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window one of the drinks was wrong and we had to wait longer for it to be made correctly. As we watched the person through the window making the drinks they accidently tipped over the remade drink spilling part of it. When we got the drink about 1/3 was gone. I understand it's the day after Christmas, but this place is a wreck. The staff was very unfriendly to several people and when I asked for a stopper I was told they were out. However, there was a jar of them on the other counter. Hmmm. Positive comment for today? The prices were the same as the day before Christmas. read more

Staff was not that pleasant, unusual for Starbucks. As a customer I expect a friendly staff when buying $5 coffee, that's the biggest advantage this brand has in my opinion. They were out of Cold Brew, this is frustrating because they are out more often then not, I find this to be a system wide problem. read more
