Marcien asks when you want to pick up dinner and it is always ready and hot. Cash or check only. You can put the container in a warm oven if you're not ready to eat. All other prices in the cooler appeared to be correct, which led me to reasonably conclude that these Muscle Milks were intentionally marked down--possibly to clear them out for one reason or another, such as being close to expiration. When I politely pointed out the posted price, management simply kept repeating that they couldn't honor the price that was posted, without offering a clear explanation, price adjustment, or solution--despite the signage being clearly visible and misleading. QT is usually reliable, which made this experience especially disappointing. Posted prices should be honored or immediately corrected to avoid confusing customers. Unfortunately, this situation felt like a bait-and-switch. I hope that someone higher than the manager that was there addresses this, because customer trust matters.
