Their automated phone system routes the call to the nearest available agent!!! This does not help me at all. When I showed up, the check-in representative told me that they were sold out! Argh! So frustrating. I'm needing to get this fairly quickly within a few days. The good part is that AAA offers $10 off! I just need to get to a branch. Not an easy task at the moment.
