After reimbursing me for my $1.50, she said "I learned something today. For these washers, you have to pull the quarter return back fast enough, otherwise it times out." Now we know. The clerk Kaisha (sp?) was totally dismissive, uncaring, unsmiling, no greeting - just a stone face. I hate employees like her. She needs a job with no public contact. When I returned around 6:15PM, the shirts were there. One of the shirts is completely unwearable with deep creases in the collar area, the other one is far below acceptable.
