We've been going here for a while, and recently last week we had 3 balls gets stuck in one of their ball returns, and they all got chewed up pretty bad. The guy at the counter was nice and said they'll take care of it, we filled out a couple sheets for the ball info and our info and they said they'll have the pro shop fix them. Well, we got them back the first time, hardly anything was done, the employee of the pro shop was extremely rude with us that day as well. So we left them there to get resurfaced, and the employee told us to just talk to Jason(the owner of the pro shop) when he comes back the next day. So I did, he resurfaced the balls himself. 2 of the 3 are okay, they have blemishes but they're smooth. The third one, my Evoke Hysteria(i bought this ball 3 weeks ago), 90% of the coverstock was taken off to remove the issues. The USBC serial numbers are partially gone so it is INELIGIBLE and not legal to use in my upcoming sanctioned league or tournaments. The GM of the alley told my wife that they're not able to replace the ball and there's nothing they can do. Im sorry, but you acknowledged your lane equipment messed up our balls, you're liable for the ball. Any reputable alley would do right by it's returning customers and fix/replace a ball that was damaged by your equipment especially a recently purchased one. I DO NOT recommend bowling here, unless you want to have your bowling balls destroyed. read more

Perfect date spot or friends gathering! Me and the gang got together for some mid afternoon, day drunk bowl sesh! Practically empty on a Sunday afternoon. My party of 5 were all accommodated with rental shoes, with no complaints about sizes at all. 2 games with 5 people took almost 2 hours. So we ordered wings and a pitcher of Sierra Mist. Very tasty on a drunk tummy. Clean restrooms, clean bowling lane, and hand sanitizer around the building! Overall we had a damn good time and will definitely be back to kick it again! read more

Let us pay for two games, posted hours said open until 10pm. Cut the screens off at 9:40 and told us that was it, WE HAD JUST FINISHED THE 9th FRAME (So it would only take 5 more minutes or so) didn't offer any money back or anything. we spent about $30 on bowling and $80 at the bar, but it will be the last of our money they will see, there are many more bowling alleys in the area with better service. I wish I could start this review off with some notable mention, like how awesome I'm at in bowling. After a few taunts from my friends...its been discovered that I daintily hop down the lane at a very interesting attempt to bowl...and I'm okay with that...because I came in 2nd place! This was my first time here and let me tell you...Stardust Bowl 2 is everything you'd expect a local hometown bowling alley to be (and I say that in a non-judgmental observational kind of way). 1. There's the local cop who is stationed there -- why is that, I wonder? Is there imminent harm from the local drunk? 2. I'm sure the lady that rang us up was named Marge or Peggy or Mary Sue 3. Everyone has this friendly demeanor that still tells you that they won't throw you no farther than they can catch you. 4. I suddenly felt transported to an 90s version of back to the future. If I'd seen Marty, I wouldn't have been shocked! 5. The fun we had was so wholesome and genuine. 6. A lovely mixed crowd of old, young, families, singles, first dates, and the pro-bowlers. 7. I was just there tonight and have never experienced ruder service. We arrived a little before 9 pm. We were thinking that we had plenty of time before they closed, as the doors claim they close at 11 pm. The people said they were closing up early and we had better hurry. We had a friend meeting us there who was a bit late, so we were trying to wait for him to get there before we started. The lady came on the intercom and yelled at us to start bowling. Overall, it was a horrible rushed, unpleasant experience and I will never be back! read more

Just went here the other day, and we had a blast. I was a little disappointed that the bar didn't offer any draft beer, and their prices were not that cheap, but the service was fast, and the bartender was nice. As for bowling, we were there on the $1/game night, and it was awesome. You can't beat that price, and it wasn't unbearably crowded either. Decor is "vintage" and makes you feel like you've went back in time. I like it. I hope they don't update it...newer looking bowling alleys have a generic feel to me, and this place has character. The only reason Stardust doesn't get five stars from me is because of the lack of draft beer. read more

Very huge bowling alley! Kinda has an old school feel to it. I've never seen so many bowling balls in my life. At least you won't have a hard time finding a ball you like. My friend did complain they didn't have enough lighter balls for her to try but I managed to find one in 5 minutes. Dear American, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE they will rip you off and they be taxin on them nachos and they arent even that good. It smells like dust which is prolly why they call it stardust. Every time I come here there either closed or I'm getting told I can't stay and bowl because they're closing but 2 hours before closing time either change your hours or just close and I wouldn't have a problem cause I get it they're not making money. But they might have the rudest employees I ever seen. And as we're waiting in the parking lot the manager I'm assuming comes to our car and basically blames us for coming late umm excuse me we showed up at 9 your hours or 11. I really wish they would do something but if management is acting like that I'm sure they won't change it. I hope they know the only reason why they have business is cause there's no other bowling alleys around! Me, my husband, and our 4 kids (ages 9, 5 and two 4 year olds) decided to stop in for a few games of bowling while we were in town. We purchased a special they had where if you pay for 2 hours of unlimited bowling you get a free large pizza and a pitcher of pop. They were super attentive with making sure we had bumpers on the lanes and the ramp for the kids to have an easy but fun bowling experience. I have zero complaints about this place. Super fun atmosphere. They even made sure not to put anyone in the lanes on either side of us which made it less stressful. The pizza was delicious, but not cut like a traditional pizza, but tasteful. Fun place and if we are ever in the area again, we'll be sure to stop by! read more
