When I brought it into Royal, I figured it would be cleaned and look good enough to get a fair trade in price. What I got back was, in all seriousness, a brand new Jeep!! The paint was incredible - almost buttery to the touch, interior was flawless - ALL dog hair GONE. It's actually hard to believe this all occurred in a few hours. When I went to trade it in, the dealer said "we've never seen a trade in look like that, are you sure it's not a new car?" I just laughed. They proceeded to give me MORE than what I asked for the value. When you take your ride to Royal Detail, you're getting highly attentive service, professional results and an extremely fair price. The level of service is unmatched in most of today's auto industry. Without exaggeration, Yisrael is closer to an artist than a detailer and the proof is in the results. Yes, entering and exiting the wash can be tricky and if I owned this wash I would probably look at replacing that system with something that is less prone to problems. But with that exception this car wash is as good or better than any. I love the free use of the clothes to dry your car, I have always had to leave a bunch of rags in my car to dry with at other washes. What a hassle that was! They are exceptionally proud of their wash, if the monthly membership fees are any indication, but it beats the old hose and sponge method.

But it was really dirty on the back window and back hatch and you can see where the brushes stopped on the sides of the car. They told me I signed up for a promotion, which was not true. I went there yesterday, and the gate would not open for my monthly unlimited package. I came to find out they had changed the last 2 digits of my mobile number from "36" to "40", , which does not make sense considering I had proof of a receipt text message from the business. I spent over 30 minutes at the kiosk. I came to realize they had also changed both of our License Plates by adding an extra letter at the end of both plates. Instead of a normal Colorado Plate that is XXX-XXX, they somehow had 7 digits there. Buyer beware and monitor your credit card. I'll be cancelling my service.
