When we asked about it they said someone usually reaches out to go over billing ahead of time but they were on vacation and it's just a courtesy. They said "It is the patients responsibility to go over this with their insurance before they come to the appointment. " Not even a hint of care or concern about the negative impact this will have on our family. Terrible experience, worse after care, and makes me feel cheated and swindled. Boo this company and I would try any other practice before this one. Wish I could leave a zero star review.

Every time I call to either make an appointment or change one you can't reach anyone. I've been put…read moreon hold and left there until after lunch I'm guessing because I called at 12:40 something and magically after 1:00 they're able to help. You can tell by speaking to them they're not interested in helping you you seem more like a nuisance calling then an actual patient. Besides that the staff in my doctor's office is great and helpful it's just getting ahold of them that's the issue.
