Let's face it we all need that service center you can trust. They have never attempted to up sell me on anything and they have never pushed a repair onto me. I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership. Within ten minutes they told me they could inflate the tires and that my battery level was low. I asked them if they could replace the battery right there and they said of course. It took about half an hour for the battery to get delivered to the shop and for them to replace it! I was out of there in less than an hour. Seriously great service by these guys. They get you in and out quickly while performing high quality service on your car. Highly recommend this place for an auto repair shop.

Rich arranged to tow her car to the shop, diagnose the problem, and fix. He called me to let me know her car had also gone out of inspection, so he took care of that and a few other problems as well--keep in mind, he did ALL of this before ever even asking us for a credit card #, just based on our phone call. After, he drove the car home to my MIL, then took her back to the shop so she'd know how to get there when/if she needed anything else done. Felt like we had a member of the family helping us. The bad: 1. Left my car there overnight in order to ensure it was the first car up in the morning. I came by at 1500 the next day and it hadn't even been brought back. Over 24 hours for a 2 hour repair. 2. No call or communication from the shop during this time. 3. Labor price was high- especially on a military base where this should be discounted at least a bit.
